El personal es fabuloso y amable y la gran elección de comida, especialmente para sin gluten. Preciosos cócteles y vino. Incluso nos dieron un pequeño pudín de celebración ya que era mi cumpleaños de amigos. Maravillosa experiencia.

Fantástico cóctel con Callum sesiones. Teníamos el lugar para nosotros solos, lo que era perfecto para un grupo o 28! Una gran relación calidad-precio, lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

My BFF and I visited Bournemouth for just one night. After grabbing some lunch, we were on the hunt for coffee! As coffee-loving Americans, and first-time visitors to the UK, we didn’t know what to expect from our first experience at a coffee shop. And we found, Lily at the Bournemouth Caffè Nero. 🙌🏼 We always order (or would make at home with espresso-makers) Brevé Lattes, either iced or hot. A standard latte is made using milk, steamed for hot or cold for iced. The brevé means that half-n-half is used in place of milk. But, as we learned as we continued our trek around England, no barista was familiar with a “brevé latte.” Nor did they even know what half-n-half was! Lily listened patiently as we explained our American form of coffee and helped us to achieve something very similar. She did it all with a friendly smile and with professionalism. She was obviously a competent barista and has superb customer skills. Thanks to Lily. We visited the store once again in Bournemouth the following morning and gave our thanks and goodbyes to her. Because of her help, we were able to visit many other Caffè Nero locations and order what was wanted more easily. (Even if they were surprised by this crazy way that some Americans take their lattes. Note: If one is curious about our habits, there’s less sugar in half-n-half than in milk…and tastes way better.)

Came in with a big group of mates for lunch and we’re lokked after well. The food service was fast despite it being pretty busy and when it came there were empty plates all round! Not only that but we were a big group of lads and we were all able to get different beers because of how many they had on offer. Will definitely be coming back here again!

Seis de nosotros llamamos aquí después de caminar por el mercado de Navidad y decidimos tomar una taza de té / café y pasteles. El servicio era excelente y el ambiente de la cafetería en Waterstones era muy bueno. Todos nos relajamos y tuvimos una hora muy agradable calentando y disfrutando del ambiente. Los precios de las bebidas y pasteles son muy realistas y las dos señoritas que nos sirvieron fueron muy eficientes y amables. Gracias por nuestra breve visita el jueves 28 de noviembre. 👌😊🍵☕

Mientras en Bournemouth y entre reuniones en el negocio de café y una galleta, que tenía un precio razonable por £2,70. Sábado en la ventana y pudo ver el mundo pasar como disfruté de mi refresco. Hay buenos inodoros limpios en la parte trasera del restaurante. Muy buena relación calidad-precio y volveré.

Personal muy poco comprometido y reacio a servir. Muy pocas opciones de helados. Usar las manos para transferir el helado de la tina congelada al cono. Porciones escasas para ascendieron a £ 9 para 3 cucharadas pequeñas. No es un buen ambiente

Loved my visit to Prom Café! Great beachside vibe, tasty food (the panini was spot on), and friendly staff. Perfect place to chill with a coffee and enjoy the sea view. Bonus points for being dog-friendly too!

Pret siempre ha sido el ir a tomar un café después de un largo viaje en tren a Waterloo, pero lamentablemente todo el lugar ahora se ve sucio. También visité su café frente a la estación de Cannon Street y tomé la peor taza de té de la historia. ¡Vamos Pret invierte dinero en tu café y límpialos!

Fui temprano por la tarde a tomar un café y un muffin. La única cosa que me pareció decepcionante, fue aparte de dar mi orden, no había interacción verbal entre el personal y el cliente. Estaban felices de charlar entre ellos, así que es bueno saber que no se aburrirán mientras trabajan.
