Brix & Co in Bournemouth

Fantástico cóctel con Callum sesiones. Teníamos el lugar para nosotros solos, lo que era perfecto para un grupo o 28! Una gran relación calidad-precio, lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

Fui aquí con una gallina y reservamos la tarde haciendo una clase magistral de cócteles. Fue informativo, divertido y, por supuesto, ¡tuvimos que beber mucho! ! Definitivamente lo recomendaría, aunque por la noche, volvimos a disfrutar de la noche allí y atrae a algunas personas extrañas. .

Equipo de fiesta de Navidad, nos dieron a probar un número de cócteles y cada uno hacer un cóctel de nuestra elección. Callum - nuestro barman para la noche - era muy conocedor compartir la historia de algunos de los cócteles - claramente apasionado de su sujeto. Nos alojamos durante un tiempo después de la clase maestra y el resto del equipo brix también eran muy serviciales - gracias por avisarme sobre el contenido de alcohol de una bebida mi amigo tenía 😄 "recomendados"

Qué lugar tan fantástico para una clase magistral de cócteles. Reservamos este lugar para la fiesta de Navidad de nuestro equipo (11 de nosotros) y no solo pudimos probar muchos cócteles sino que también nos informaron sobre la historia.

¡Ojalá pudiera calificar esta clase magistral superior a 5 estrellas! Tuvimos una clase de 2 horas con Callum the Bar Manager, que era divertido, conocedor y apasionado de la mixología. Los cócteles eran deliciosos y generosos. Teníamos el estándar para nosotros mismos, lo que hacía que toda la experiencia fuera más íntima. Recomiendo esta actividad a cualquiera, no solo a las fiestas de gallinas. Fantástico precio.

Brix & Co es un gran pequeño hallazgo.En una franja de barras y clubes de cadenas comerciales y corporativas.Brix es el único lugar donde obtendrás un cóctel adecuado.El excelente servicio y la buena selección de licores hacen que los cócteles tengan un gran valor @ 7. 95.El jueves tuvieron un DJ tocando increíbles funk y jazz en las primeras horasIncreíble bar indie, vale la pena una visita.

Vistied aquí los sábados y el gerente del bar, Callum realmente conoce sus cosas y es muy apasionado de la mixología. Me sentí que aprendí mucho mientras me divertía con una gallina! Muy complaciente, ya que no todos en el grupo podían beber y todavía hacía que todos se sintieran parte de la acción, los cócteles sin alcohol se prepararon tan bien como los tragos de mocktail, ¡lo cual fue increíble! Todo estaba delicioso, no una bebida que no compraría, que probamos. La experiencia no fue apresurada ni nada, y estoy seguro que podría haber durado más si no tuviéramos que ir a nuestra próxima actividad. En general, muy recomendado ha sido hacer experiencias como esta antes normalmente en cadenas como revoluciones de vodka y ninguna está a la par con esto.

We went with friends to the cocktail masterclass and it was really fun! Lots of really decent cocktails, the bartender knew his stuff and everything tasted awesome. Would definitely recommend

Guau guau guau! Qué fantástico pub! Increíbles cócteles y boy no sé lo suyo. Gabriel Algunos datos sobre la historia de preparación de cócteles y nos hizo a todos y cada uno de nosotros las gallinas se sientan bienvenidos. Incluso nos preparó un strawberry shortcake con un poco de experimentación. Todos lo pasamos de maravilla, especialmente la de soltera :D muchas gracias. Y una vez el cóctel de clase haciendo era más y abrió sus puertas al público tenía un ambiente maravilloso. Estaba limpio y bien decorado y buena música. Sin duda volveremos

Enjoyed a cosy trip here with some friends. Very chilled few drinks (apart from designated driver!). FYI we found best value nearby parking at St Paul's Lane, BH8 8AJ!

Bumped into this little gem on the way back from ameal out, popped in for a quick drink at 10.30pm left at 2.30 am !! Loved the deep house music , cocktails and relaxed atmosphere , not too busy fotr the weekend before Christmas. Glad we found it and will go back next time we visit.

The wife and i were in Bournemouth for a Saturday night get away. Was early evening when we walked past, quiet inside people wise but the delicious house tunes flowing through the door enticed me in.Had excellent quality Czech beer on draft, reminiscent of the real ma coy in Prague!!! Asked for a wine for the wife and the service the barman put into was brilliant. My wife asked for ice as the vast majority of places do not serve wine to my wife's liking. As it was a large wine he filled the glass with ice and swilled it round till the glass had condensation, then poured the wine in. As the wife said perfect.....Stayed in here for a couple of drinks, loved the service, the decor, the laid back atmosphere and of course the tunes. Certainly had my foot tapping moment or to (i'm 47)I implore you to visit this bar no matter what time of your night out you are passing.

We popped in here during a hen do walk around the pubs of Bournemouth. It was relatively empty as it was still early but we were a party of 24 so soon filled the place. The bar staff were fantastic, cocktail making how it should be, and couldn't do enough for us, even gave the bride to be a free cocktail. For a smaller bar there are large comfy seated areas, perfect for small groups. I would recommend to anyone who wants a proper cocktail.....

What a fab place to go!! Had a cocktail making master class with Gabriel for my hen do activity and it was such fun!! I walked in very hungover and unsure if i was going to be able to enjoy it and within minutes Gabriel had lifted my mood with his fab sense of humour and great banter!! Left there on a massive high and a little bit tipsy haha and went back later in the evening for more cocktails. Such a lovely bar with really welcoming staff. Booked here for a friend's Hen Do and had a great time! Gabe and co were brilliant hosts - so friendly and funny, putting everyone at ease. The lesson was informative in a fun way, and made sense of the different cocktail types and flavours. Everyone had a great time making their own concoction behind the bar - we made some great cocktails! Brilliant ice breaker if not everyone knows each other.

Had an amazing cocktail making session for my friends hen do!!! Gabe made it relaxed and fun!! One of the best hen do activities I've done! We even went back that evening for more of his lovely cocktails, it was a lovely bar!

I organised a hen do of 7 girls to come here for a cocktail making class during the day. The barman Gabriel was brilliant. He had us all laughing and we had so much fun making cocktails. We later came back here on our night out, and true to his word we had discounted cocktails all night. The atmosphere was great and I've never tasted drinks like it. They were delicious. I would recommend this bar to anyone on a night out in bournemouth, or anyone looking to do the cocktail making class.

Tell the staff your flavour, and watch them create a unique cocktail right before your eyes! Real friendly staff, nothing too much trouble! Great friendly atmosphere, and great music! Will be back again!

Lovely, edgy bar with really great bar staff. Great atmosphere in there with a wide variety of drinks suitable for all tastes.

Myself and 5 other girls went for a cocktail masterclass here for a hen do, the bar was closed for us and we had the best time! Gabrielle was our host and ensured we all had fun, he taught us how to make lots of delicious cocktails and also about why different flavours work so well together! He was brilliant at making us all feel welcome and he helped us when we had the chance to get behind the bar and make our own. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for lots of laughs, amazing cocktails and a really fun,relaxed time. Thank you so much! Cannot rate this highly enough, will definitely be returning!

We booked out the bar for a few hours on a Saturday afternoon for a cocktail making hen party event. Was truly an amazing experience! So much fun, really lovely friendly staff that were very accommodating and made the experience one that would be tough to beat. We all loved it so much we came back later that night for more amazing cocktails. Would highly recommend this establishment.

I went there last night with my friends. I don't mind paying £10 for a cocktail, however I expect it to be of a reasonable quality.Do you remember Sunny Delight? That's pretty much what my Pina Colada tasted like. It was evident that the bar staff had put very little alcohol in our drinks, and then tried to hide this by dumping enough sugar in the drink to give someone type 2 diabetes.My friends old fashioneds were equally as terrible. We didn't finish them. We didn't even bother asking the bar tenders for a replacement. They evidently didn't have a clue.It would appear that the management are trying to take advantage of customers who are either too drunk, pretentious or down right thick, to know any better. My best advice is to save your money for one of the numerous REAL cocktail bars in Bournemouth.

Absolutely amazing place, small but cushty, the staff are lovely and play some good music, I would recommend this place due to cheap drinks and a nice vibe and free atmosphere

This is one fun Bar. No food, just superb staff, outstanding cocktails and a young vibe..... not for the oldies this one. Visited on a Thursday night and straight back there on the Friday night. We did not bother searching for any other place to spend quite a few hours!

What a gem this was. Classy, friendly and amazing cocktails. Had a smashing evening without the riff raff you get at some of the unmentionables you find in Bournemouth. Definitely going back.

5 bar staff v few customers still a unmeasurable wait to be served as staff more amused by themselves than serving. First visit since previous owner, shan't be back again

I am reviewing this as a cocktail bar and not a restaurant. The venue is great and plays nice deep house music. Nothing too heavy. The cocktails are amazing and for that reason it gets 5 stars

i came here on a Saturday night and had around 5-6 rounds cocktails, each one was put together by enthusiastic bar staff who looked like they were having fun, they were swinging the bottles around and clearly having a good time, all the cocktails were delicious and with the 25% off were very reasonably priced however without 25% off your looking at roughly around 9 pounds for a cocktail. i would recommend the Toblerone cocktail

A little on the small side but gerally not overly busy, great cocktails, friendly staff. Always worth a visit to start the night out for a cocktail or two. Music is a little loud sometimes and would be nicer to be able to chat with friends

Me and my boyfriend spent our date night sipping cocktails in Brix, we both work in the industry so we don't often get a night off...so having a night where we were thoroughly pampered was just what we wanted! The bar staff were fantastic, no request was too much for them. They created some fabulous cocktails for us, unique, based on what kind of flavours we like. The decor sets a great mood for couples, moody colours, little booths and candles. looking for someone to take your partner next date night this is the one!

Visited Brix for the first time last year, great atmosphere, well stocked bar and amazing crepe's.Now a regular visitor, cant wait to sample the new menu, when it starts in march.Highly recommended!

We popped into Brix & Co, early evening on a Friday, having heard that they were a new eaterie specialising in crepes something that myself and the mrs have been searching for in the local area for some time. So this was very much a recon mission..One thing should be made clear from the off, Brix is not really a restaurant, it is a bar with extremely good, well prepared food. Don't expect a massive menu, these guys have opted for the do one thing and do it well (they do do a few things well but we'll get to that later) rather than attempting to please the masses. The focus of this place is its crepes and that is what the people should come for.The bar itself is small but perfectly formed, with a wide range of liquors and potions to tempt you from the cocktail side of things, but that was not our primary concern. A good selection of crepes were to be found on the menu along with a selection of some other, fairly standard, but good quality, fayre. There are not a great amount of tables in the main bar but we got one so it didn't really matter.Once we had ordered, the crepes themselves came out perfectly presented, 4/5* hotel restaurant style, which, to be honest was an unexpected but very welcome surprise. Also in good time, no more than a 5-8 minute wait. I opted for the savory Creamy Chicken and my partner, a sweeter number involving no shortage of strawberries and cream. Both were crepe perfection. The flavours and presentation were spot on, and our expectations more than met.To drink, we ordered a pina colada and I wasnt really sure so left it in the hands of the Barman Sam, he noted what i liked and came up with something delicious involving some house infused Wild Turkey (infused with a real house) whisky. The guy knows his stuff. Both were more than adequate for our needs and certainly warmed us up for meeting friends in another popular live music bar just up the hill.In summation if your going to visit B&C don't expect a full restaurant operation, it is not. It is however a very tidy, good quality bar, which excels in its specialties. Highly recommended for a quick bite to eat early evening, especially if you want to experience something a little different from the standard pub grub available in the town centre.
