Not great. Asked for a kids sausage, chips and beans and ham,egg & chips. Took 30 minutes to arrive. The wrong kids meal came out so it was sent back. Ham was nice, the egg was microwaved and hard, as were the chips. I sent the eggs back as hard yolk with a meal isn't nice. Also then they still came back hard. Seems a lot of the hot food is microwaved. Chips could at least be done in an air fryer or fried. Not great at all. Won't be coming back.

This place has really gone downhill. Staff at the bar are young and inexperienced. They actually look miserable or unhappy whilst serving customers. The night we went (Saturday), we were told that there were no Stardust beers on due to a delivery issueâŠ.This meant we were reduced to a choice of basically one beer given we didnât want to drink lager or stout, all were from the Marlow brewery. I can forgive the delivery issue, but they made no attempt to remove the out of stock beers from the menu online and inside the venue. This meant we had to listen to the awkward explanation every time someone came to the bar to order. Staff looked tired having to explain it. A DJ was setting up in the corner and we walked past later on to see loads of teenagers in there dancing to drum n bass. This is currently a confused business , with the name and decor conflicting with the reality. I would describe this as a chicken shop with a bar attached.

I can only confirm Green Delight Bakery is an absolute gem in the heart of Wooburn Green! I can't really understand where the complaints are coming from. My son regularly asks me to stop by for a full English breakfast/brunch after his Sunday matches and every bite is always fresh and delicious. I generally go for the eggs Benedict, the poached eggs are cooked to perfectionâsilky yolks that melt in my mouth. The ingredients are clearly top-quality, and the service is warm and welcoming. A must-visit spot! âââââ

Superb breakfast. Nice view. Charming setting. Highly recommend. The full breakfast is a cracking price at ÂŁ9.50 and the rest of the menu looks good too. They have a bit of a reputation for a fantastic Sunday roast so will be back to try that. Friends have and said it was delicious.

I had a disappointing and unfriendly experience at this restaurant. My friend and I both ordered medium-rare Bavette steaks. However, when they were served, we immediately noticed a clear difference in color and doneness between the two steaks. I approached one of the staff members and explained that my steak, which I ordered medium-rare, was clearly undercooked and closer to rare, especially compared to my friendâs, which was properly cooked to medium-rare. Instead of addressing the issue politely, the staff member responded by asking, âIs this your first Bavette steak?â â a comment that felt patronizing and made me feel as if I didnât know anything about steak. The steak was taken back to the kitchen to be recooked, but unfortunately, the situation only worsened. Part of the steak came back overcooked, while another part remained undercooked. It had clearly been quickly seared on too high a temperature, rather than simply further cooked. I raised my concern again, and I believe the manager came over. Rather than trying to de-escalate the situation, she chose to defend the kitchen by stating that all Bavette steaks are cooked to the same temperature. However, it was clear from the appearance and taste that the two steaks were cooked very differently. Overall, I did not feel comfortable being questioned about my experience with steak, and I was disappointed that the staff focused more on defending themselves than on resolving the issue professionally. I feel that this experience was not typical of the one which they wish to give.

Excellent breakfast spot (never been later in the day but I'd be surprised if it isn't good then too). Decent choice of dishes and a good variety of hot and cold drinks. Very clean. Friendly staff. Well cooked food. Decent value for money although not cheap. There's a sign up saying you may have to wait 30 minutes for food at busy times but they seem pretty quick.

My friends & I have been eating here regularly for years now - I recommend it to anyone who enjoys Indian or Nepalese cuisine (a good selection of really tasty dishes, good value and catering for different levels of spicy 'heat') and they're serving some more 'traditional' pub fare again now, too. They know how to look after their ales and have a selection of lagers, plus cider and all the usual drinks you'd expect to find in a pub. The staff are great - friendly & helpful, get to know their regulars and I've lost count of the number of times that I've just been thinking that "I ought to go and order food" when, as if by magic, someone will appear to take my order. The place is divided into separate 'restaurant' and 'pub' sections, with a good-sized beer garden in front, so you can pick your preferred setting for food &/or drink. There's a decent car park in front, too, with free parking for customers.
