A food led pub where families are prioritised. Most of the seating is reserved for diners, hence I was asked to leave one seat at an unoccupied and unreserved table. Sadly, I was neither offered another seat nor did any adult customers offer me seat on which infants and toddlers were occupying, despite my wearing of my hidden disability lanyard. However, my pint of Oxford Gold was in good nick. I left once some of the toddlers started screaming.

We walked in here and found a fab table to have some late night drinks. Great service, something that wasn’t on the menu, was soon sourced and was great.

Fantastic historical room, beautifully presented and furnished - pub like in style. Well situated on Marlow Hight Street. Good facilities with the attached pub/hotel/restaurant. Buffet served was good quality and interesting. Beer good. Could up the game on staff, nice enough but there’s opportunity for being a bit more formal. Gents loo floor horrid. A few folk walked in to room and had to be told it was a private function. But a great venue for 20/30 guests.

Fantastic location. Felt like it was our own private pub. Private bar service was superb plus the food and nibbles we ordered for our guests were excellent. Very easy to set up and organise via Manager Steve W

Fantastic find on our visit to Marlow. Easy for a lot of pubs/bars to bow down to the big breweries and mass produced stuff but this little gem has a great selection of beer from great breweries. This time they had a takeover event so all available were from one brewery but plenty of bottles available from different breweries as well. Shared a plate of their BBQ pork nachos and a great pint of IPA from Tap Social Movement from Oxford. Was fantastic to see beer available from a very socially conscious brewery so a massive well done to Dan and The Churchill Tap for what they're doing. Will look out for the next takeover event and make an effort to visit again.

We had been to The Chequers earlier in the year and this time back in Marlow we ventured next door to try The Churchill Tap. Safe to say we were not disappointed. A great selection of specialist craft beers, not every you can have an apricot & ginger beer! Dan's doing a great job with the beers & food menu fantastic to see someone involved in everything from selecting beers & wines to creating a food menu as well and sounds like the future has lots more for The Churchill Tap. I shared the nachos with my husband and although very VERY messy was very good! Lots of cheese, salsa and pulled pork. They'll be updating their food menu regularly so will look forward to something different next time we are in Marlow Keep doing what you are doing!

This is a great bar with a selection of god ales. However on many occassions it is closed for a private party. Sometimes when it is open there is no one at the bar and they ask you to go to the next door bar which is busy and they don't have the same range of beers. A bit of a disaster really.

Never been in before having visited the bar next door a few time a for beer and food but with time to kill doing the taxi run for children decided to pop in for a sneaky beer Really nice interior and very quiet but does it really need the music and at the volume it plays. Let’s it down a bit but good beer and it’s a nice little snug

A truly cracking pub, lovely atmosphere and a very good selection of Ales including ones from one of my favorite breweries "Rebellion". Although we didn't sample the food, what we saw looked very good, and the menu was nice.

A few of us went here for a Christmas Drink. It's a nice looking clean bar. Prices not to bad a good selection of beers and spirits. The only problem I saw was the staff where were they note to manager you need more staff working on a Friday night especially the Friday before Christmas.

This place needs some serious customer service training. Not a smile or welcome from any of the waiting staff. Bar staff were not polite at all. No space in the restaurant so I was sat in the bar. Food was less than average. No green veg served. Waterery overcooked red cabbage and soggy parsnips. Meat was tasteless. All this for an exhoribitant £14. Glass of average red wine £6.10. Happy dogs all over the place. Won't be going again.

We chose this for a family get-together and we're delighted with the choice of dishes, the friendly service (including welcoming children), excellent wines and my favourite local beer on draught - Rebellion, brewed just outside the town!

We were in Marlow for a weekend. At a bit of a loose end on the Saturday we popped into 'The Tap'. Turned into a bit of a session. A great selection of cask and bottled ales and a good choice of wines. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

We went here to eat on a Monday evening - being one of the pubs open on a Monday. Very average food - very average service - not very cheap. We will not be going back. There are so many options on Marlow High Street, that we think the Chequers needs to "up its game" to win new friends and clients - better places are really close

A great addition to our high street. Used to have a very friendly barman but I haven't seen him for a while which is a shame as the atmosphere isn't quite the same without a 'cheeky chappie' behind the bar.

Great choice of draft, keg and bottled beers, with a list to chose from and a staff member to advise if required. A good selection of "not your standard" beers from around the world makes this worth visiting.

Loved this place. We were very lucky to sit at the chefs table. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly and we were made very welcome. There was even a sausage for Mabel. Really enjoyed it. Thank you.

I've been searching for a bakery that could truly rival the pastries I had in Italy, and I finally found it in Green Delight. Their croissants are flaky and buttery, their cannoli are creamy and perfectly sweet, and their tiramisu is the best I've ever tasted. The staff are incredibly friendly and passionate about their craft, and the bakery itself has a charming, old-world atmosphere. If you're a fan of Italian pastries, this is a must-visit.

We hadn’t been to the Mayflower before, having driven past it on numerous occasions. I am so glad my wife and I called in on the spur of the moment a few weeks ago and have been back several times since. One of us has a range of food allergies, and it is sometimes problematic to choose food from a given menu. Not so for the Mayflower, who have a wonderful chef and staff prepared to change things to accommodate our unusual requests. The food tastes delicious, is freshly prepared in generous quantities and great value for money. This is a wonderful place to eat, and highly recommended.
