The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Wealden South East

Very poor service,the girl behind the bar could not serve alcohol because she was under age,she had to keep getting the Manageress who was not that helpful,I had to open my two bottles of Prosecco,and pour my own Guinness Zero,which is her job,their general manner and demeanour was not what you would expect.

Lovely. The two young girls that work here are amazing. They sing as a duet whilst they serve. Lovely atmosphere. Clean. Good stopping place for a coffee and quick rest. Keep it up

A lovely little find for cake 🍰 and coffee ☕️ stop and lovely to sit outside in the sunshine ☀️ Staff both in the farm shop and tearoom were friendly. Peach and pistachio cake was delicious and flat white coffee was in a decent size cup at last! Sadly no wifi and missing opportunities to upsell, as we went and ordered another coffee ourselves but would have been nice when our dirty cups were cleared- unsure if there was waiting service. Farm shop has a fantastic range of ciders, mustards, jams, sweet and biscuit tins, array of fruits🍋‍🟩 🍌🍊🍎🍓-ideal if you want a unique gift - lovely touch! Set back off the road and loads of parking!

Another fabulous evening at The Star. Tonight saw the VE Celebrations and whilst watching the village join together to mark such an historic event, we enjoyed superb food and wine. We were beautifully looked after by Louise. Thank you. ❤️

Maybe they should put on there website that they are shut instead of people driving there and wasting there time to find out they are shut plums

Breakfast crap Cold eggs not cooked needs staff to be more customer focused food not will not use any more food not hot so management needs to look at it

Perfectly good place to stop for lunch on a 50 mile bike ride - OK scenery nothing to write home about, but good coffee, paninis, and cake.

There is no cafe here that I could find actually, only a coffee machine by the entrance, which is free if you make a purchase in store and take your own cup with you.

Dreadful customer service and food. We had cheesey chips which were all squashed together in a lump with hardly any cheese on top. The toasted sandwiches were served in a paper bag instead of a carton making them soggy. Coffee was cold and overpriced. Such a shame as the view sitting outside is lovely. Won't be going back !

Booked online even though previous reviews were not overly positive. However, it exceeded our expectations and provided very good value for money. Check in was straightforward and we went to our room. Although it would have benefited from a really deep clean, it was pretty clean. The beds were comfortable and the en-suite had all we needed. The room was quiet and we slept well. We had booked breakfast the night before as it was cheaper to do this. There was a very good selection and we were well looked after by Fraser. The hot good was very good. We did the same for the next breakfast but we’re overcharged. I pointed it out and suggested they put the extra in the charity box. All in all a very good stay and we would certainly return there. To be fair, except for the deep clean and overcharge, it would have been 5 stars.

Food and drink fine but don't drop in if you are walking your dog. I live alone with my dog and I like to take her a Jack Russell with me. I often go into cafes and pubs with my dog but Costas do not allow dogs.

Family friendly and relaxed with a wide menu at acceptable prices. Good atmosphere and friendly staff

Me, my dad and Debbie went there to have snacks to eat. I had a piece of chocolate cake with a candy cane on top which I quite liked. It was a great day.

Not been here for years and impressed by the quality of Garden Centre and plants since visiting years ago. Enjoyed sitting outside at cafe with sandwich and chips.
