Perfectly good place to stop for lunch on a 50 mile bike ride - OK scenery nothing to write home about, but good coffee, paninis, and cake.

Just been into Costa coffee Polegate for a take out coffee. Discussed by the filthy state of the counter and coffee making area. Needs a good clean and sanitise. Even the staff look grubby and scruffy

I don't understand that if staff have made the coffee why then can't customers sit in ? What's the hassle. Its been going on for a while. Bet costa is loosing loads of money

I arrive at 11:35 with my partner for 2 hot chocolate, The service was outrageous. There was a man (bald, small and a little bit of a beard) running around trying to make drinks. One of your staff members was walking around on their phone! (Long brown hair and make up) while another was just standing their laughing! Absolutely awful service. Refused a refund for it and decided to leave. Will not be coming again. Doesn’t even deserve a star rating. Feel sorry for the man trying to do everything.

I popped into costa today having not been for a while I ordered a caramel latte and believe me I was not disappointed! The service was impeccable the lady serving me was very informative about the rewards systems Costa provide. As for the coffee it speaks for itself having not yet had my first coffee of the day it was beautiful! Cannot fault it! Silky soft milk and piping hot just how I like it! Thank you guys so much for such a positive experience I will be back! X

My trips to here are always enjoyable.The staff are a good balance of polite , efficient and friendly.The coffee is Excellent and the toilet facilities are spacious and clean which with my issues is very important .

Told at 18 20 (40 minutes before closing) that the machine had already been turned off so hot food was not available.

Been to this costa on a couple of occasions always to meet people - good central location with parking near by

Called in for a coffee whilst motorbike had it’s tyres changed. The coffee and hit sandwich was up to the normal excellent Costa standard. What made this visit to a Costa so different to other visits were the staff. Seldom have I come across such a happy and pleasent staff. All good humour and very helpful. 5 stars for service and good atmosphere. Thank you, you have made my day.

Customer service is good. Coffee as expected. But this is the 5th or 6th time every time I’ve been in and you try and order something and it’s not on stock. Never get this problem in any other costa. Felt like writing a review before but as they just opened thought it was just teething problems.

We went there today 13/08/17 The coffee was served quickley & was as good as most costas I have been to There is outside seating & the shop is next to the train station The only slight complaint was that on a hot day the air con did not appear to be on ?

Costa has been in Polegate a while now so time to review it. It's well located and a good size, so allows for plenty to sit in it and relax. Two of the staff particularly shine when it comes to going the extra mile with a smile for the customers. Shauna and Chloe have come to my attention as both always engage with the customer and give that little bit extra, also they know their stuff and are very quick to prepare and present your drink, no matter what the order is. They are there before opening time, put in extra effort and are very professional. It is just round the corner from the rail station and opens at 0630 in the week, so captures most of the commuters. It always appears clean and friendly. A welcome long overdue addition to Polegate. Chloe and Shauna keep up the good work.

entered: great service not for massive amounts of people easy get and leave clean but not toilets its not incredibly big but it does not need to be. great coffee cos its costa sandwiches are ok but cold
