really good food but maybe wrap it in foil to keep the heat in it was cold by the time it got to me .

Super venue for afternoon tea. Delicious selection of sandwiches, savouries, scones with jam and cream and variety of cakes and pastries. (Far too many calories!) A choice of teas and coffee, as much as one could drink. What delighted me was the freshness of every single item I ate. Simply wonderful. Only comments from our group were that they arrived extremely hungry and it seemed ages before the food arrived. And a few of us would have preferred a savoury scone rather than a sweet one. However, suffice to say that we cleared as much as we could and were happy to take the rest home in the boxes provided.

Went to Bradbeers Restaurant Saturday 12th October, the food was great, the service was great but that is where it ends. The Restaurant itself was like going into a works canteen, not comfy seating, cheap tables set out like a service station and zero atmosphere - no music just very very bland. You get the feeling it was OK 20 years ago but it is defiantly not OK now. It is for that reason alone l will not be returning.

Three cars converged on Stockbridge, each car travelling 1.5hrs to meet for a birthday celebration - eight covers.  Once our drink orders had been delivered, any unused glasses remained on our tables through our meal, that was 16 glasses collecting whatever bugs we had brought with us.  Our table was booked for 1230, it was 1330 when our food arrived.  During that hour of waiting, nobody came to see if needed more drinks, similarly, nobody came to enquire if we were enjoying our meals.  Even after our main course, a long wait endured while we waited for plates to be cleared and questions asked about deserts and/or more drinks.  Overall, the food was good and car parking was easy.  Finally, the management may consider re-designing the menu - an orange typeface on yellow paper can be a real challenge, especially when created in a small font.

Antonio has got to be the best Cafe Nero employee ever.... I have been in many cafe Nero's in my time (I have a touring caravan so visit all over) but Antonio is just wonderful. Always makes you feel welcome, like he has all the time in the world for you. I have seen how takes that little extra time with lonely customers. He always makes sure all customers are happy. The whole store is always clean neat and tidy, counters are well stocked. I went in asking about chatty café and now can not wait to be seeing more of Antonio and learning from his outstanding work. He is a credit to the company.

Excellent pub, great beer (the 6X was the best I've had for a long time), great food and great service, highly recommended, we will definitely return very soon. And we did return, many times.

Shout out to staff member Andy today. Called in with my sister and partner for lunch at 2pm. We came and selected a table before joining the queue. There were crocks on the table but despite being on a break Andy jumped up and cleared the table. We thanked him and settled down.. My sister ordered a wet cappuccino, when she stirred it it was far from wet but not wanted to make a fuss she spooned out the froth and commented that it wasn't quite what she ordered but she was going to drink it. Again Andy jumped up and insisted on remaking her drink. It can be hard to find good service so we made a point of asking his name before we left so we can say thank you A particular thank you from my partner and I as we had brought my sister to Romsey as a day out and it means a lot that she was treated so well

The service was incredibly slow, we were told there was a staff storage. The food was cold and we had to wait at least 6 minutes for the cake selection. We had to wait 20 minutes for a table.

Sunday lunch. The tasteless chewy meat -I had pork my partner beef arrived on top of a small portion of greyish mash, surrounded by a greasy, watery orange "gravy"? which was almost spilling off the plate.A very small dish of mixed vegetables. It was awful. We had lunched previously (last year) and it was really good.

Thank you so much for a wonderful day, staff were fantastic! I had my baby shower here, on a Sunday afternoon! The staff couldn’t do enough for us and the food was fantastic. Everyone that came were impressed with The Exchange.

Cheese straws, notice said they were the best around lol. You have to be joking, hard pastry, no cheese in fact they were tasteless. Tired one the rest went in the bin. Don't waste your money, this bakery is way over rated.

The code is always pretty good here which is why I use it. However the whole cafe is filthy. Piled up dog hairs in corners, sticky tables a toilet that has not even had a vacuum in weeks and has not been inspected all week. Today it has no toilet paper. Yucky!

This place is great. Best coffee shop in Andover. Great friendly staff. Roxzy and her team are fantastic! Always friendly, always accommodating... They make me and my family, including my little toddler feel like part of the family.
