Costa Coffee Andover in Test Valley

It's ok, it's a Costa..... Why are they always so dirty inside? Food remains on the tables, chairs & all over the floor, does no-one ever clean during opening hours? Given their prices for a drink & small selection of food you really do expect a bit more really.

Costa is my favourite coffee shop and Andover lived up to expectations, with the notable exception that the staff were particularly friendly and helpful! Pleasantly cool and spacious on a warm afternoon. PS: don't know if there's been a revamp but I don't recognise the photos posted here as beign of the Andover shop.

By the time the toastie arrived it was cold, the delivery time kept changing and getting longer… not great … I guess that downside of food deliveries

I am a regular at Costa coffee high street Andover the lady called Ella is so warm and friendly. Out of all the Costas I have been to she is the first and best staff member that makes me feel welcomed. If the boss is reading this please give her a promotion.from Tammy a regular customer 🙂

Rude blamed me for him getting the location wrong and had a go at me for his mistake when it clearly said the location postcode too I want a refund he was rude and my food is now cold

driver had forgotten half the order, so costa had called for us to let the driver know, so he could drive back for the rest of our food.

Didn’t give me m my full order i wanted 2 bacon baps and I paid for them they only sent one I want my second one or someone will be very upset they don’t have any breakfast

You never sent me a cappuccino and I am allergic to diary and u didn’t send me oat milk. It was a normal white coffee and also the cup was split and went everywhere. Not a happy person.

Food and drink quality very good as always but the packaging (costa cup) split open at in the bottom and more than half the drink was all over my table and kitchen floor! Probably a one off as never happened before… just annoying!

I haven't received my order, got a call from driver saying they couldn't deliver. I put the address as B&M postcode SP10 4DU but i didnt see the woodlands part so i asked the driver to deliver it to my workplace which is B&M Their answer was No. I would like a full refund please

The staff here are very nice, we had a toasted sandwich and each and shared a cake, all very nice.

One coffee was fab, but the second was bitter, knowing my coffee and watching it being made the group handle wasn't cleaned probably after use which made our second coffee extremely bitter

For some reason it always appears dark and uninviting to me.

This Costa is always busy and bustling with people. It's a lovely place to go and spend some time - it can get noisy but not too much to have a conversation, it's a lively sort of noise. Sometimes it's a worry that I might not get a table but so far it's never happened. I really enjoy the Costa drinks and food. They have such a wonderful selection of items. Their reward system is pretty good too and I have had a fair number of free hot chocolates! It can be a bit awkward getting through the doors with a buggy and I can't imagine it's very accessible for wheelchair users but I could be wrong. The customers inside often help out with the doors which is lovely and definitely makes it easier.

A typical Costa venue, but sadly a little dilapidated. Could do with a bit of TLC, otherwise just as good as the other Costas I have visited

Bog standard Costa, thing I don't like is the sub standard WiFi. When I first used it the WiFi told me prepared to be dazzled by it cos my laptop is WiFi 6 compatible so yeah ping is great but download speeds for an update were like 200 kB per second so some killjoy has throttled it way down in case anyone needs it for anything other than instant internet access, more corporate stupidity from the companies that keep wanting more from us for dwindling returns

Staff are always attentive and welcoming, drinks and food is certainly tasty, and the general atmosphere of the cafe is very nice.

Pleasant staff, clean tidy. Was hard to hear the gent serving due to the perspex though. He battled through with my repeated requests to repeat himself!

Very nice coffee, but slow service. Great for a relaxing break; not good if you're in a hurry. Staff are friendly though, so that's a plus point.

Really like Costa in my town,staff are really friendly, and they make lovely drinks.

Social distance maintained , NHS track & trace in place, also hand sanitizers at reach and masks won in shop. Very helpful and friendly staff. First time to have a cuppa out with a favourite cake slice. Costa accepts cash hence have lots of customers whilst other are only taking card payments. Clean environment.

Dr repente tenìa mucho sed y luego vi Costa Coffe y decidìa de comprar un cafè para llevar con panecillos frambuesas. Era fantastico debido a mezcla de granos de cafè. Estupendo y no es caro.

Festive hot chocolate was delicious and the staff are very friendly. Also made my daughter feel very welcome and happy.

I normally love going into this Costa location, but the last two visits haven’t been so unpleasant. On both occasions I have been served by Erika and I have to say her customer service skills are pants. Erika came across as moody and just unwelcoming. I’ve never had any issue with the staff in there until now.

I went in for a coffee and something to eat I ordered a latte a Fajita wrap and a muffin as a treat. The wrap was hot until I bit into it and it was stone cold inside we told the staff who then took it away and reheated it again it came back piping hot and filling spilled on my plate I had cut it in half to eat originally the staff member told me he didn't know how to do it. Things were advertised but not available. However it was clean but I couldn't understand why items for sale mugs biscuits that kind of thing are on a rack as you walk in and not away from the main traffic when we are having a pandemic. I would go again I just would order food.

My husband and I visited Costa Andover whilst the coffee was lovely very disappointed in the fact that my husbands veterans discount card was refused. As Andover is a garrison town this was quite a shock as he was able to use it on the M1 won't be using Costa Andover again

I visited the Costa Coffee shop on the High Street in Andover and it was a most enjoyable experience. It is a good sized Costa Coffee shop with plenty of seating inside. It had plug sockets to recharge your mobile phone. It has free wifi. It also has toilets. I purchased a cup of the Twinnings breakfast tea and it was of top quality. The service was quick and efficient and the staff are friendly and helpful too. I would recommend a visit to the the Costa Coffee shop on High Street in Andover.

Varieties coffee available. Busy most of the time but the staffs are very fast.

My partner and I visit this Costa often and know the staff well. They are all so friendly and helpful and make each visit so nice and comfortable. Robin especially has done an amazing job running the business while her manager Tammy has been on a well deserved holiday. I would always recommend this Costa to anyone who wants a lovely drink and even more amazing staff 😊

Me preguntè que tener por almuerzo y de repente me vi Costa Coffee y sabìa estaba el mejor Lugar para un taza de cafè y pastel delicioso y sobre todo sabìa no fue caro. Aunque estaba muy ocupado estaba desesperada necesidad para cafè asì que fui dentro. Un decisìon muy bueno. Cafè excelente y postre delicioso y por so no fuera bastante esta cafeterìa estaba may sofisticado. Almuerzo perfecto.

The queue was long, as you'd expect at this time of year, but only two staff doing drinks. If you want a different blend, then you have to pay extra, the blend should be optional. The tables take a while to get cleaned. There are better options around so I'd personally go there.

Tengo que mi esposa tome un buen cafè asi que fuimos Costa coffee. Esta Lugar es muy limpio y sofisticada y es en el corazon de la ciudad. Me doy cuenta esta Lugar es el mejor de Andover y no es caro.

A lovely place for a good quality coffee break. We were disappointed that they didn't have the bonfire spiced drinks available. Staff are friendly.

The place is good usually it is quite nice in there but today the music was playing so loud you couldn't hear yourself talking it was awful it gave me a headache.

Not sure i like the new look..doesnt seem to be as many chairs.and not as comfortable as the old one.

Not the best of environments even though just upgraded. Air con far too cold and windy. Service slow but coffee good. Also a bit noisy.

A nice large store with familiar Costa feel and it’s very comfy. Perfect place to visit for a business chat to get out of the office. Staff really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

If you go early you can get a great bacon roll for £2 with your coffee, well worth it

Fairly large Costa with limited outdoor seating. Waiting times not terrible but could be better, I felt like the staff were quite under pressure here. Cakes looked a bit old.

We had a lovely coffee, a chance to escape the kids for a few minutes. The team also donated a raffle prize for are charity bbq in aid of the Hampshire &Isle of Wight Air Ambulance, which helped raise over £1500. The raffle raises the most money so all donations are really important. Thanks again 😀 looking forward to my next coffe with you and hopefully cake too 😋

I'm disabled altho with crutches but staff are very accommodating and will always assist by bringing items to your table. I love Costa and can't beat it. Thank you for your help and see you soon

Twice now I have had a latte in haverfordwest made by the same person, and twice it has been barely warm, staff need training on how to make the drinks properly

Only go in when quiet, but always quick service.
