Good coffee, usually fairly pleasant atmosphere, staff friendly. Looking a bit tired and shabby these days, probably time for some new furniture…

A very nice coffee. Cold coffee onto ice. I had it one time and just a regular coffee plus espressos. Sometimes stuff under pressure but very very good

The nice little cafe up the road where the owner knows about coffee was closed, so I figured I'd try here, thinking Nero was one of the less bad chains. My drink was something ridiculous like £4.20 and came in a paper cup despite saying I was going to drink it there. Maybe they hadn't washed any cups in a while. The place wasn't that busy but the furniture was arranged so that it felt cramped and awkward to move around. I sat down in among the old cups and plates of people who'd probably been and gone hours ago. The seats by the window had a life of their own, in an unpleasantly literal sense. I went over to the counter and explained that these are called fleas and what they need to do is called cleaning. I don't know how the coffee tasted, I took it with me but poured it on some plants.

Dirty environment unhelpful manager. Cups everywhere. Ran out of cream. Cake selection poor. Walked out without purchasing anything

Amazing staff very nice and knowledgeable in the arts of coffee and lovely environment definitely love to mix it up either going to coffee #1 or here with the only difference being whatever’s closest to me at the time

I come here every other Sunday with my girlfriend, never had a bad experience and I always enjoy the coffee. Relaxed and pleasant atmosphere always. You can't go wrong for prices with the Meekat discount.

The coffee is strong and delicious. My 9 year old girl loves a strawberry frap milkshake. I like a caramel late frap in summer. The atmosphere is pleasant. The cakes and sandwiches are a bit pricy.

It's not the place or the staff, it's the company. I've used neros for year's, not anymore. Unethical and avoiding paying tax. Our NHS is in tatters due to tax avoidance and the tory, keep your coffee. I did start using neros again but am disappointed. Your coffee keeps going up. Where's your loyalty to your customers. If you paid tax in England, it would help pay toward nhs

I don’t know about the rest of the stuff but there is a guy with a curly hair being so rude. I ordered iced cappuccino and iced frappe and I get cappuccino with no ice at all and a smoothie frappe wich you had to “drink” with a spoon.

Very disappointed with the system. I went with my client for a drink and she forgot to ask to transfered her points to her App. So we asked a couple of minutes later to the staff to do it and they said not allowed to put in because has to be in the moment of the payment.

I had good experience, great service, love this Caffè Nero, very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy environment plus toilets. 10/10 Dog friendly. Wheelchair accessible entrance, disabled parking in the High Street very close. This is a casual coffee shop chain with a menu of Italian style light dishes and specially blended drinks. Great for breakfast, come & taste butter- rich freshly baked pastries, creamy Tim's dairy yoghurt & stone baked all day breakfast panini available throughout the day, wide selection of sandwiches and lots of cakes.

Line up out the door, one person serving. When second member of staff showed up was a bit rude really. Please and thankyou go a long way. Try to look like you dont hate your job! on the plus size the coffee was quite good.

Staff excellent, always efficient and quick. Coffee always spot on and pastries as ever freshly made. I visit daily and that says it all. And very important to me.. Nero coffee just tastes more Italian than most high street vendors. Oh and VERY dog friendly.

Far to slow, took ten minutes to get served. Only two customers ordering for themselves. One customer served by two members of staff. Also unsure of their job when asked about a problem. Train your staff. They're friendly

First time visit. Quick service, friendly staff.

Visited on the 1st November 2022, around 1pm. Not particularly busy, but most tables had dirty cups etc left on them. The floor was strewn with scraps of food and general detritus. The disabled toilet (the only available toilet) was in desperate need of a deep clean. The pictures and mirrors on the wall looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Just a grubby place overall with a couple of seemingly oblivious staff. Do yourself a favour and walk on by.

Air conditioning is good and it's usually quiet. Probably because the service is terrible and the coffee is hit and miss.

No toilet paper in either toilet. Extremely dirty. June 2022 and no toilet paper, like in some third world country.

Called in for a coffee on Sunday 8th May 2022. Ordered two coffee's, It took three attempts to get a portion of milk in a mini-jug that wasn't cracked or chipped, each time the milk was poured from one jug to the other, the assistant was completely ignorant of hygiene. Then on arriving at the table, both spoons supplied were filthy, stained with coffee and dishwasher residue, even the replacement spoons we were given were not that clean. The overall cleanliness of the place is in question, the windows inside and out look as if they haven't seen a cleaner in months, a thick layer of dust on the ledges. If that is what the customer facing area is like, I dread to think what it's like behind the servery. I'm only thankful we chose not to eat there.

I’d like to leave a five start review for Charlotte who served us few days ago. Not always it’s friendly there and coffees been done not greatly few times. But Charlotte were brilliant, friendly and done everything with care. Great service from the young lady!

I had a nice tasting iced flat white but the windows were grimy making it difficult to see out and the bathrooms look like they could do with a smarten up.

Can be a queue, but always first class service.

It was lovely in Caffè Nero. The atmosphere was very pleasant and it was wonderful to sit in the warm and watch the world go by outside from the seats in the window. I had their macaroni cheese, a super-chocolatey cake and a mint hot chocolate all of which were incredibly scrummy and absolutely perfect. The lady who served me was really friendly and lovely and recommended the cake! All-in-all a really lovely experience.

Brilliant staff, fabulous coffee!

I bought 2 hot chocolates one had squirt of cream we both had marshmallows and it was regular size, it cost me over £7.00 oh I almost forgot a small packet of wafer biscuits. The hot chocolate was tasty once I could get to mine through the cream. I did notice tho that this was just over half a cup too. Can't believe that the cream and marshmallow costs extra

Unfortuntely they seem to have put in place Covid rules that defy logic. The manager and another member of staff were very rude to me and my young family because we had sat at a table with three chairs outside - but unbeknown to us (until after we had all bought drinks) the table should have had TWO chairs with one being moved by a prior customer. In any event there was absolutely no safety issue with this, at least not one that the manager could explain coherently. There are plenty of coffee shops in Andover where staff are friendly and on less of a power trip over something as minor as a moved chair.

I really liked it in here. Theres no shortage of coffee shops in Andover but this one had really friendly staff and good service. The atmosphere and music was great. Definitely will return.

A fantastic atmosphere and coffee with nice cake and service . Clean without the sticky tables that you get at places like this . I can recommend this branch , great British company with an Italian theme. One feedback would be be that every minute someone from the street a non costumer was using the toilet rendering it in a disgusting state ( not critical point for the staff)would return

Love my coffee here.. Staff are amazing just had new seats which look fab.. Plus I get 2 stamps as I take my own mug which is a bonus..

Met my friend for coffee lovely, the counter top and the ladies toilets need a good clean, no excuse for this. There are other coffee shops in the town which are nicer and cleaner try Blue Onion for instance!! You need to improve on cleanliness. Won't be visiting again.

I think it was very unfair for two trainee barista,s working together on a Saturday morning, with queues to the door,they became under extreme pressure,management need to look into this.

Staff are lovely, coffee is lovely and the shop has a comfy cosy feel. The only thing letting this place down are the toilets, not very clean.
