We visited the bubble works bubble tea shop today for the first time. Lots of flavours to try. Thanks for being so patient and helping us choose as we had no clue what it was all about.I must say it was absolutely yummy....We will definitely buy again.

A lovely little coffee shop situated centrally in Horsham. They have lovely coffees and wonderful staff. A nice addition is the small chocolate which is served with the coffee. Prices are average, meaning that they're roughly the general market rate for a highstreet coffee shop. I can't speak to the food as I didn't have any, though there was a selection of sweet treats available as one went in and they looked very nice.

Service very good. Food so so. I had full English with poached eggs. Hash Brown's very good. Eggs cold. Bacon hard. Tea bag left in the tea cup - which was OK- but nowhere to put it. Pancakes - 3 - came with 3 fried eggs which was a surprise.

I visit pret in Horsham on a regular basis and really enjoy my experiences there. The ladies in there are so welcoming especially Mihaela and Olivia who always go out of their way to make my visit comfortable. They always say hello and goodbye and always ask how my day is going. Very polite workers and will def carry on visiting

Spent a few hours studying here. Cafe was comfortable and relaxed with friendly staff. Both the food and drink was a decent quality, the summer menu was particularly good.

Service slow and concerns about hygiene. One person serving to start, the food a drink took some time even though they were not busy. The food was not heated properly bacon cold. I am not sure the staff have had any food handling traing. When people asked for cutlery they passed it by holding the eating end would suggest holding in napkin. The cake display had smears all over it and the cakes looked stale.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Our team went to The Crown for our Christmas lunch, and it was an absolute nightmare. We paid a £40 deposit for 8 people, expecting a delicious festive meal based on the enticing menu. Unfortunately, everything that could go wrong did. Upon arrival, we ordered drinks and food, and about 20 minutes later, the barman informed us that they were out of turkey for the sandwich. Fine, no problem—I’ll go for the Christmas burger instead. But then, he came back and said, "Your group has ordered 4 burgers, but we only have 3 available." So, I reluctantly settled for a cheese toasty. Another 20 minutes passed, and the food started to arrive—if you can even call it food. My "cheese toasty" was nothing like the description on the menu. It was supposed to be a medley of mature Cheddar, Gouda, and Emmental, with béchamel sauce on toasted farmhouse bread. What I got was a sad, cold slice of basic Hovis bread with barely any cheese and an overwhelming amount of béchamel sauce, which made it soggy. The sandwich hadn’t even been grilled properly—it was cold before it even made it to the table. This monstrosity was nearly £8, and it came with a wilted side salad that had clearly been sitting out in the warmth for far too long. As if that wasn’t bad enough, my colleagues’ burgers were burnt to a crisp yet somehow still cold in the middle. The Karaage sticky chicken was slimy and unappetizing. To top it off, the water glasses had lipstick marks on them, the tables were filthy, and the toilets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The bar staff did ask how everything was, but at that point, we just wanted to leave. Honestly, it wasn’t their fault—they were just doing their job. But the chefs and management need to seriously listen to the endless bad reviews. If you can’t make a proper toasty, then don’t offer one on the menu. And if you’re going to serve a festive menu, at least make sure you can follow through with it. This was a total disappointment, and I will never return. An embarrassment of a British pub.

I always have a lovely lunch here with a nice atmosphere. It's a good place to go if you are on your own as you do not feel out of place and it's very private You were busy when I came in and luckily I managed to get the last seat I was appalled to see one person sitting on a table meant for four with a laptop on one seat and a coat on the other and people were struggling to get a seat I think staff should be more vocal and split the tables so that more people can sit down A family of four walked in and walked out again
