I visit pret in Horsham on a regular basis and really enjoy my experiences there. The ladies in there are so welcoming especially Mihaela and Olivia who always go out of their way to make my visit comfortable. They always say hello and goodbye and always ask how my day is going. Very polite workers and will def carry on visiting

Coffee was cold and tasted like the milk had gone sour. Quite revolting. Overpriced. Won't be returning. The place was also very dirty.

Latte and cappucino were tepid, had to get staff to remake , also the original cappucino was a latte with chocolate on top, no milk foam . Then the tables were unstable with one leg shorter than the others , needed to put cardboard under a table corner or the drinks would spill. Would have bought a baguette, but they appeared uncooked ( relative to other Prets we have been in) tables around were left cluttered and we had to clear our own and wipe it down ourselves.

I went here for a sandwich and a coffee with the family. Pret A Manger has severely deteriorated in its food offering in the past 3-4 years. The quality, choice and portion size of its lunch food items is now appalling and a huge decline on what they used to provide. I had a very basic sandwich here because the other options were over priced for what they included. You can almost play a game of spot the filling...the cost accountants have run their food offering into the ground. Try and start offering some value, and have some pride in what you are putting out there.

Dropped into here this morning, had to air my annoyance. Asked for a Flat white, it was made very quickly, went to drink it and it was a tired looking milky coffee… Told the staff and no apology just took it and remade it whilst chatting to another member of staff. Gave it to me whilst still chatting… Call me old fashioned but what happened to a tiny bit of customer service. May of well got it from a machine.

Until recently they served warm pastries. But now they don't. Otherwise the place is reasonable and generally busy. Annoyed that some people who are working or studying just stay there for ages without buying too much and taking up seats.

The best fast food on the high street, often very busy and noisy, great service though. The chefs chicken salad is delish.

I went into Pret for a cup of tea. I was given what looked like dishwater. When I asked if I could please have another cup with the milk on the side I was initially told to reorder. When I explained I just wanted to replace the cup I had I was ignored for about 5 minutes and left standing at the counter. I then enquired again if it would be possible to have a replacement cup of tea and was told to wait. I did this and then the waitress went over to the sink area to have a whisper about me (made obvious by the glances and sniggers). I eventually received a very nice cup of tea, hence the one star.

If I could put one star I would. I am disgusted by the poor customer service that Horsham Pret A Manger staff have to offer. I don’t live in Horsham but have visited a couple of times as I commute that way but the way that I see the staff speak to especially the college students is unreasonable. They get so huffy to the people who have brought the Pret subscription and would not recommend

We stopped off here for a coffee and a snack, tables are a bit too close together, service is ok, coffee and snack ok.

Worst Customer service Ever, Sub standard Hygiene.... Filthy tables,dirty toilets But best of all was how the Manageress looked me up and down and smirked when i said i would be eating in

Visited at 1200 hrs 26th October 2020, tables were dirty and no one cleaning them, stood by table, nothing, had to clean table, empty cups and half eaten sandwiches and disinfect table my self, no hand gel at entrance, disgusting, management needs to get a grip we are in a pandemic. Other tables left dirty, all around this place needs to be closed, hope the kitchens are not the same.

On our visit to Pret on Saturday 24th Oct the tables were far too close together, the tables weren't being cleaned between sittings and the floor was sticky and covered in crumbs. They obviously haven't heard theres a pandemic. It's not the staffs fault. There was only 3 or 4 of them and they were rushed off their feet and were polite and professional as always.

I called in for lunch mid-week. It was very busy when I arrived but I managed to find some single seating. My open turkey sandwich was very fresh and tasty but was quite awkward to eat. The staff knew I was eating in but I wasn't given a plate or any cutlery so I had to balance my sandwich on top of its wrapper and search out a disposable takeaway fork. The decor was nice and everywhere looked clean.

Soups ,sandwiches ,wraps teas coffees all that is needed for a break whilst shopping or work times they have good veggie options which suit me and very polite and pleasant service .

Myself and my family visit Horsham regularly and always stop in Pret to refuel! The coconut flat white can sometimes be a bit ropey, but the food and service is brilliant and we really enjoy stopping by to rest our little legs when we are out shopping! It gets really busy so more seating would be good, but otherwise it's a great place!

Hello ,I was yesterday to take my usual lunch as I do every day around 11:30 -12:30 and before to enter in Pret Horsham I see in front of the main shop entrance ,but before the outside tables area, A old man who did not fell too well and He look very dizzy .When I wanted to go in the shop to let staff member of Pret know about what I saw ( about the old man )l I saw this girl Michelle from Pret running from inside of the shop to get outside fast , pass me very polite and ask her colleagues for a bottle of water .When I turn back my head I see Her catching the old man with a "magic"power and hold him:the old man was very close to hit the table in front of him with his head. Was very close ...........that impact ....I don't to think about it ...Excellent reaction and catch!Pure Angel reactions !After that all Her facts ,reactions ,the First Aid She done was with OUT any hesitations and very confident in what She does. I honestly tell you guys I remained like a stone and I did not have any reaction in the next 3-5 minutes . This girl ask for a phone ...She don't get one because everybody was shocked about what was going on and She run for the office phone I guess and the ambulance was there and help the old man and take him away to hospital .Today I was to have my usual lunch and I see her again , smiling ,very polite with that good energy and vibe like usual.I notice her name it's NOT Michelle and it's Michaela .I personally thanked Her again today for showing me once more time that, YES! angels exist and should be appreciated as much now when we still have them around.Sincerely , C. Pret is situated in the centre of the main street and is accessible for wheelchairs.Plenty of space, the food is great and have a good selection, however the new menu is not available here as yet. The manager and her staff are amazing and friendly. I would give it 5 stars if it had more seating and there were less people with a bottle of water and spending hours on their laptops.

The cafe was nice and clean but very busy at noon. I ordered a cappucino and the service was very fast. Would go again.

I come here for my salad and can of coke (ironic) probably 3 times a week, Elisha is always in there, always smiling - and is externally friendly. The only thing I would say is to bring this up to 5 bubbles is - the salads should have an option to remove stuff - for example my friend has a tomato allergy but most the salads have tomato!

Absolutely love a pret...... coconut latte, yum yum nice shop to be in, gets busy so sitting not always an option but they are popular I guess.....so wish they had more seating.Many food options, hot food available and have good options for vegetarians and vegans.Service is always friendly and polite. I always visit when in Horsham.

The offerings were standard Pret but the staff seemed half asleep [Sunday afternoon]. The male toilet was poor with a dirty pan, water everywhere and a semi-blocked sink; this was in direct contrast to the front of shop appearance. And something many people judge by; poor hand dryer ………..I could breathe harder than that. An issue of willingness to tell staff to do an unpleasant job or a lack of training/ enthusiasm to do it?

I used to go there after night shift with a friend as you can have something more than just coffee and sweet things. Actually I meet there most of the time with different friends, is just good. But is it very busy, difficult to find a table any day of the week during peak times. Once my daughter and me pass by and she wanted to stop there because she was hungry. I was telling her to hurry up to go home and a member of staff came out with a ginger bread and gave it to her, she was so pleased. Such a nice touch.

Lovely coffee, great toasties, and salads. Main problem is that it is very busy, and there can be problems getting seats!

Fast service with friendly staff. I love the breakfast selection and I think it is very reasonable for the price. It’s open early so perfect before work. Enjoy!

I really love this spot for it's pain au raisin and flat white - amazing. It's a great place to plug in (to their free wifi) and get a couple of things done sipping on one of their amazing hot drinks. My wifi didn't want to connect at first, but the manager was very happy to help with the issue and I was online in no time.

I used to come here everyday for breakfast before I start work, and I used to get a cheese and tomato hot pastry. I’m a vegetarian so this was perfect for me. The last time I came, I was following my routine. Get my pastry, pay, leave, then go to my work staffroom and eat it.

Nice place in a very nice part of town. Food was tasty and fresh and service friendly. Reasonable prices

I really enjoyed their chocolate croissant and cappuccino. Very fresh and well done. The only minus is that is packed and hard to find a free table. They should put more tables.

During the midweek I stepped in here to get some lunch. Had some vegetable crisps, a prosciutto baguette with rocket, and a hot chocolate. I sat in, and, please, notice, you have to pay more to sit in, than if you take your purchase away. The food is always fresh and I can't complain - I return every now and again, when I'm in the mood.

Living locally I have tried all the regular coffee shops etc in town but I have to admit that although certain elements of the place could be a bit better it is the best place to snack.

Have uses this site for lunch on some occasions. Seating was very comfortable and there is a very varied range of food on offer. I especially like the baguettes.

Love this place. The café is the best and I am a major coffee lover. Pret is always going to be the favourite of me and my friends. The Horsham Pret has it all. Great coffee, friendly service, wall socket to plug in my Ipad so I can work, eat and drink coffee all at the same time. The food menu keeps changing so they keep it interesting. Just cant go wrong. Carlos is the manager there and he has brought together a great team of people.

The inside seating is lovely and has a lovely atmosphere. The coffee is divine and the snacks are very varied and delicious.

Tuve una gran jamón y rocket baguette aquí. Totalmente fresco y uno de los mejores baguettes alrededor. Sin embargo, costo extra 75 p para sentarse y comer, que aunque era un poco rara. La baguette era ya de 3 libras. 85. Lo iré la próxima vez.

Comida sana. Menú tiene una gran elección, algo para todos los gustos. Outlet limpio con personal agradable, ideal para un aperitivo mientras compras práctico.

A nice place for coffee and a quick meal, it's a good choice for simple, good quality food. Plenty of seats inside this Pret, with a few outside and right in the middle of the town.

Best place for coffee, almond croissants, salads, sandwiches, everything really. We stop in here every time we are in Horsham. It's always a lovely experience and I'm often in just past 7:00 am and they are always ready with a skinny flat white or two! All the Prets are good but what makes this especially good is Carlos, the manager. His kindness and big smile make it just that extra special place to come and have a coffee and anything to eat.

Whilst I wish the cups were larger (I like my milk) the coffee is always nice. Stopped for lunch & requested a favor from the team, regarding a sandwich - not a problem. Considering this is a chain this branch acts like its a small business - brilliant

This is our favourite coffee place in Horsham. The coffee is always well prepared, and tastes good. There is always a lot of food selection to choose from, ranging from salads, baguettes, soups and filled croissants . Plus of course they have a wide choice of sweet pastries and cakes, perfect with a flat white. The staff seem to be all hard working, in particular Domenico who is always on hand with his friendly face. A nice smile really does go along way.. The only negative thing I would say is it is impossible to get a seat when busy, especially when there are some folk who think it's acceptable to sit there for hours nursing a cold cup of coffee , but never mind the rest of us who actually want to eat , drink and go. A few times we've walked in , not found a table then left. But that's how business works I suppose, so be prepared to pounce on a table as soon as its vacated, because trust me you'll be beaten to it by others...

This is the worst Pret I have been in, I ordered two teas and a macchiato. The teas turned up and I waited for my macchiato , what turned up was a latte. I said that it wasn't a macchiato , he took it back and said he would remake it. I waited and waited until I asked where my drink was. I was told in a abrupt manner that it was being made . When it turned up it was a strange macchiato but having waited so long I drank it. This is nothing like the Pret in Crawley, what a let down!!!!

I recently got a fresh, fresh, fresh baguette from this place. It was an Italian prosciutto with salad, and couldn't be any fresher. I read somewhere that Pret's USP is that they make all food fresh on the day, and discard anything left over at the end of the day. That seems to be spot on ! Highly recommended if you want some fresh lunch !

It was lunch time but the sandwich shelves were nearly empty! I wanted something with cheese at 12:15 but none to be had. After 15 minutes of asking, the manager offerred to get one made - but it would take another 10 minutes. Should I have wated?

Let me start by saying that we love this place but the reason for the average rating is because of the management. So many times we have been unable to get a seat mostly because management allow people to work, ALL DAY, from the tables. These selfish people take up a lot of tables (some running their businesses from here) on their computers. They mostly don't eat or drink (maybe the odd coffee) but take up the space anyway. So less profit for Pret and very annoying to most customers, who come in to have lunch or a coffee, but walk out again due to lack of seating. Come on Pret - stop this practice its very bad business sense.

Great selection of food, good value drinks and healthy options available too. Pre is really good for gluten free, veggie, vegan and straight carnivores. Best porridge anywhere too! Staff are very good. Only issue is that often there is nowhere to sit and people nab seats before they get their food.

Always visit a pret wherever we go, as you can guarantee consistent quality and value. This one is no exception, very busy, a good sign, good quality and good value what more can be said.

It was really busy in the shop even though it was just a regular Tuesday lunchtime in November. We ordered coffee, chose a sandwich and ate in. The staff that we engaged with were all friendly, the coffee was hot, the sandwich was nice and the place was clean That's about all you need from a coffee shop at lunchtime and it was well provided.We will be back.

I visit Pret most days and have always been greeted with a smile and hello how are you? Always have a Classic Frappe and it is consistently awesome, occasionally I take a snack which is also excellent. Horsham has many car parks so access to the town is excellent.

Normally excellent. However since Lucasz left (manager?) all the tables have been rearranged to seat 4 people, single or couples don't really want to join people they don't know, there are no tables available for 1 or 2 people. Today the 2 tables by the wall with low lights were not working so a bit dark on table, air conditioning was really cold and draughty. Cobwebs were noticeable Staff as usual all had beautiful faces and smiles and were their usual charming selvesI hope this is just a one off bad day

I have never been disappointed with this cafe chain and the Horsham branch is no exception. Good coffee and superb sandwiches. Some comfy soft seats.

Always love the food it's always tasty and lots of choice coffee normally good but thus trip I ordered hazelnut latte and it was bitter still my first choice for a coffee shop stop !

I volunteer in a local charity shop and often have breakfast here before my shift. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the atmosphere is homely. Food is same as other Pret but that is quality and tasty. I usually have a choc croissant and latte.

There are few times that you can walking into a place and get truly brilliant customer service. The manager of this branch is awesome a shear delight to watch him interacting with the customers. The team seems genuinely really happy. Great food Great service a Great place.

You cannot really fault a pret a mangers. The baguettes are always nice and fresh and the filling are tasty. The coffee is nice and if you want it a little weak that's no problem. We normally use a pret every week . Good value

In my opinion Pret has the nicest coffee out of all the chains. There is always a good choice of cookies, sandwiches etc.

We frequent this branch of Pret on a Weekly basis. Why? So many reasons...Mainly as I believe the Manager Lucas has the winning combination that gives his branch all the qualities essential to stand out from all the other coffee shops. From the moment you walk in the place is buzzing with atmosphere. The team are clearly happy to be part of the family and without being pushy are happy to have a chat. The food is always perfectly displayed and the team are always on the ball when it comes to replenishment.The Manager makes it his job to welcome and chat to his customers. I always feel at ease even when on my own. So clean and bright. I cannot rate it enough! Love love love!

Many many selections of sandwiches - hot and cold to choose from. Had Pret on weekly basis for more than 3 years and by far they are still he best sandwich place! Not just those but chocolates and desserts etc. worth the ££

I like Pret but find the food a bit repetitive, however, having said that the food is fresh and tasty, but sometimes struggle to get a table at lunchtimes and it all seems a bit rushed.

I had a Chai Latte and a carrot cake. It was so tasty and good!I was really impressed.Would definitely return again. All the food looked delicious!

Had a nice flat white with a friend sat in a sun trap outside - overpowered by smokers. Friend and professional staff. Some seating is a bit cramped both inside and out. Food continues to be excellent.

Pret in Horsham is usually the quieter of the coffee places, possibly because the service is slower and a bit awkward. The coffee is not as good as Costa or Starbucks. The staff are polite and friendly. The problem is that once you've given your order and paid you then have to queue again to receive your order and tell them what it is. There's not much room to collect your coffee/tea/muffing etc. It all just feels awkward and badly set out.

We visited here several times during our trip to Horsham, and especially loved the Mochacinnos. Such a lovely, warm and homely atmosphere with comfortable seating, friendly and attentive staff, and food that comes quickly without much of a wait. I especially loved the way the room decor was done, with beautiful designs & colours on the walls. A great selection of high quality food & beverages to choose from, just slightly pricey and can get quite noisy.

Large seating area but despite this gets incredibly busy on Saturdays. Quick, slick service and the usual good quality food freshly prepared.

The two shot cappuccino was fine but their Victoria sponge was heavy, moist and the cream/jam filling was almost hard.

Can get very busy at lunch time and the tables don't get cleared quickly enough but the food makes up for it. Staff are always friendly and very quick to serve on the tills although making coffee does seem to take longer than other places. Food recommendations:Porridge - it's the most amazing porridge I've ever tasted!Chicken Caesar salad. Mushroom risotto soup.

Coffee was overly strong when compared to normal, and chicken sandwich was not to the normal quality, must have been an off day.

Nice fresh salads, good selection, cakes looked nicer than they tasted they were a bit dry, staff friendly enough, would visit again mush more to offer than rival coffee shops, just what Horsham needed.

I love the food here but it's sometimes a hassle to get a table ... but at least you don't have to queue up hours to get your coffee order like some other cafes - Costa!. The green tea here is great, really nice and aromatic and worth going for that alone. My favourite cafe for food in Horsham ...

Macaroni cheese with cauliflower and kale. Mostly tough kale. Dried out. 95p for a bag of crisps with a few crisps in the bottom. Disappointing. Plus, server calling me and everyone else ,darling' is it just me or is this not on nowadays? He was friendly and helpful but I wish one of his colleagues would have a quiet word.

I have been a regular here for years, but within the last month have had to go elsewhere.Management have crammed in extra tables in four extra areas (front right, just past the food cabinets on the left, then further back on the left and the back middle).Im assuming management will say this is so there is more seating available for their customers as previously there was a huge central swathe of unused floor space in the middle of the shop, all the seating was to the rear with only a few tables at the front. Cynically I believe it was done to increase sales like the Costa refit next door which did a similar thing in cramming in more tables.The overall effect now is crammed, cramped and unpleasant.The lovely round tables have been replaced with very small square tables for two people with very little space in between, visually it looks awful, the tables are so small they woud better suit a classroom, they are so close together you almost knock elbows with the next table.Because there are more tables, the noise level in there can only be described as bedlam, most of the noise is the staff attempting to clean, move chairs and clattering about continuosly and in such close proximity to the customers, it is an extremely noisy, stressful and unpleasant atmosphere, any ambience they had has been destroyed.The extra tables mean more work and the tables are not cleared or cleaned as often as they used to and the toilets are more messy than normal.In their efforts to generate increased profits form the extra tables they have driven people away.I now have my coffee at Cafe Nero (comfy leather sofas, good wifi , service a little slow) or upstairs at Beales (peaceful, clean, but wifi access awful).The only time of day one can get a peaceful coffee in Pret now is first thing int he morning or just before closing time.Just like Costa, the refit/extra tables have increased the level of noise, increased the level of dirty, uncleared tables and it is pointless even thinking about going here at lunchtime as the noise is terrible. You literally need ear defenders for all the staff shouting orders, kids screeching and running about, staff banging about and too many people squashed into too many tables which are all too small and too close to each other.very, very disappointing.

This Pret is quite a large size and has an excellent choice of food and great coffee. Service is very good and the price is what you would expect. Nice Cafe to have lunch at.

I pop in here on occasion for a quick lunch every now and then and have never had bad service. I like the variation for food choices comparing to other high Street brands. The service is good and the coffee lovely. Nicely done pret.

Noi italiani in viaggio, incontriamo, spesso difficoltà nella scelta di locali per una breve sosta necessaria per mangiare qualcosa che piaccia anche ai nostri figli! Qui sono ottimi i butter croissant, cornetti semplici senza ripieno ed i panini con ingredienti di buona qualità, scelgo sempre piatti con buone insalate e igienicame ben confezionati. Frutta in bicchieri monouso sigillati e bevande analcoliche come succhi e frullati di frutta. Posate monouso, ambiente accogliente e caffè espresso in media superiore agli standard inglesi. Prezzi in linea con catene di ristoro simili presenti in tutto il territorio inglese. Possibilità di ricaricare le batterie di telefono cellulare, tablet e computer che mi risulta utile!

A very busy day in Horsham with a Ferrari Rallye. As a result very difficult to find some where to sit down and eat. Food always of an exceptionally high quality here at Prets.

Good, tasty food for enjoying in the small courtyard or to take away. As this is part of a chain there are no great surprises but at least you can be sure of the standard you are going to receive. More wholesome than burger bars!

We visit almost every Saturday when in town.The coffee is good and the best value around,The sarnies and rolls etc are made there fresh ,Well worth a visit ,

Had a very tasty light lunch here, quite surprised as don't usually go for chain restaurants. Was a cold day so went for warm Halloumi and falafel wrap, really yummy and my husband had a pulled pork, quinoa pot, which again was very tasty, hot and full of meat. The juices were great too, you can really taste everything is natural with no nasty additives.Will definitely go back.

Fresh decent tasting coffee, fresh good tasting food and good seating. The loos are generally pretty clean which is important when you are often in to change your daughter's nappy! Overall this is getting a four because the service varies depending on staff. There is better capture of your coffee order at peak times than at launch now. If you're regular they remember you and your usual which helps.

I took my sister there for the first time, having been recently with a friend. It was Friday 1.00pm half of the food wasn't available albeit shortly after saw a chef bring out replacements. Had the Lebanese chicken in flat bread with a coconut crush. The food was excellent but the surroundings were very busy and if you managed to find a table it looked grubby. There wasn't a cup/glass to get a drink of water, so didn't bother as no one to ask. Should of had a take out and it would have been more enjoyable and saved myself a few pounds.

I visit here often the people are lovely and food choices are great but today the thing I was most surprised with was the ladies toilet it was unclean, no toilet roll, air freshener on floor broken and toilet needed a good clean as rim was very dirty Shame as everything else good

The Food and atmosphere is great hear, plenty of seating, quick service, all good. The Staff are happy and the selection of food is good. Clean Restaurant

Come here frequently; better than a city Pret in that it caters for people who want to sit and stay a while. It has all the usual Pret features e.g. excellent quality fresh food, pastries made throughout the day. Especially enjoy the pain au raisin. The coffee is a good standard. The staff are friendly. One thing different to city Prets and this lets it down slightly is the loss of queue order from when drinks are ordered to collected as the barista often needs reminding of orders when you get there. So if someone gets to them first or queue jumps this isn't picked up; only an issue if you're British I guess!

Best coffe in the UK. The croissants and the sandwiches are fresh and tasty. Best green tea ever. The staff is very kind polite and friendly. I enjoy going there. Well done!

Have just switched to this coffee shop after being a Costa customer for many years. This coffee shop is the best out of all the horsham coffee shop chains. Spotlessly clean, this is one of the main thingS ive noticed. Once or twice the ladies toilets have had tissue on the floor but overall they keep on top of trays, clutter and rubbish, during the hour I was there I noticed many times the staff walking around (with dustpan & brush & rubbish bags) and including the toilets to give everything the once over and it is appreciated and noticed. Tables are always wiped down and clean, the tables and floors arent sticky.The shop its self is spacious and well designed and attractively decorated.The staff are courteous, friendly, helpful and professional, they all look happy to work there and there is no attitude, sulleness or apathy, all the staff are a credit to the branch.The food is excellent and fresh and the coffee is well made, hot, generously sized and well priced.Lots of seatring available and never appears too crammed, too cluttered or too anything, a nice relaxing environment and the staff leave you in peace, no unecessary mopping, wiping or hovering. Stress free and lovely experience.
