I do love H&H at Tesco Broadbridge Heath! The staff are so helpful and friendly. Have a chat with them, as it considerably adds to the quality of your time there! The staff like it too! Drinks are great. Personally I'm a fan of the filter coffee.

Great variety of coffee, tea & hot chocolate drinks. Have had their breakfast wrap which is superb. Enjoy their spiced coffee also. No rush service with plenty of comfy seats. Also do take away

Possibly the best coffee in the area, with some tasty snacks. Usually good service although staff seem to change a lot!

Friendly staff. Asked for a coffee with oat milk and a dairy free cake. They had no oat milk (how can you have no oat milk, you’re in a giant tesco) and gave me the wrong cake, one with dairy in it. Not great for £7ish

I’ve visited this place a few times - it always goes the same way. Loads of people queuing for service. One young guy working hard, making coffee and serving. It seems they are understaffed. He calls for help, no one comes, he calls out again. Out of nowhere a gaggle of staff appear. Soon once the queue goes down, they disappear and the whole saga starts again. Hats off to the young guy who seems to do most the work. Regarding the coffee, it’s worth all the queuing.

Can't fault the store, however I have no idea which coffee they use but I personally cannot stand it. This is my own personal opinion so can't deduct stars.

We had some time to pass whilst visiting Horsham for the cat show at the leisure centre so went across to Tesco for some breakfast. The Harris and Hoole cafe was excellent in providing healthy sandwiches and great coffee.

Expensive place for coffee and snacks. Coffee was served cold from a flask . £2.60 for a small sized cup . Not value for money !

I visited last week with my Mum. The queue was huge. One member of staff was working and rushed off her feet. She was calling out to customers who had already sat down to collect their coffee as she made it. The area behind the counter looked a mess, quite clearly the one member of staff is not enough. When I saw the size of the tiny coffee cups we decided not to bother waiting. More staff definitely needed!

Lovely coffee shop set within Tesco store. Tried their Honeycomb Latte which was delicious... especially in tandem with a Pain au Raisin. Not the cheapest, but good quality.

I have been here several times and what is so nice about this place is the preternaturally friendly attitude of the staff. The coffee is lovely too and the mince pie (my annual indulgence) quite delicious. Seats are comfy. My only small niggle is that the cafe can look scruffy at times strewn with old newspapers and uncollected crockery etc.

Popped in for a quick bite to eat & lovely pot of tea before doing my shopping. Yes it is expensive but no more than other coffee shop chains. Nice ambience & plenty of papers to read & comfy chairs to sink into. Caters for families with high chairs & kids “sandwich meal deals”. Found out I can buy the ceramics which are used in the cafe. May purchase as they add to the relaxing experience and make the tea taste lovely.

Popped in for a coffee before a shop. We are frequent coffee shop visitors so know that popping out for a coffee is never cheap but this place is verging on daylight robbery. 2 medium coffees and a muffin for over £9! A medium flat white is £3.40 in this place. Plus you have to clear your own table. For this reason we won’t be going back.

This coffee shop is located within the Tesco Extra supermarket in Broadbridge Heath, near Horsham. The staff are polite and efficient, no problem there. The food on display looks tired and unappetising except for the Cheese Toastie which I have eaten several times and is quite tasty. What astonishes me about this place is the charge for coffee which, for reasons unknown to many of us, just happens to be higher than any other coffee shop in the area. When I pay over three pounds for a cup of coffee I expect a different location than one housed inside a supermarket with counter service only. The regular cappuccino or latte comes at £3,10 and a regular flat which at £3,40! I am just wondering how and why this place can justify charging this high price for a coffee. Perhaps someone at Harris & Hoole can explain this to me. That being said, the place is usually quite busy and most guests there are in fact drinking coffee!

I visited here last Friday evening around 5.45pm. My Husband and I both chose hot chocolate to drink. Firstly the young lady behind the counter was disinterested in serving us us. When the drinks arrived my Husbands was tepid and mine colder again. I asked for a replacement which obviously was annoying for the young lady. On it's arrival the drink was only luke warm. Disgusting service and produce will not ever visit again.

I was lured in by the big hurrah given by an acquaintance, having never heard of the brand. . As a company they may be special in London, but out here in a large rural supermarket, they are just another coffee shop. Decor pleasant, lighting too bright, music too loud. But the coffee tastes good and the food looked tempting (I wasn't tempted!)

My experience here has bothered me enough to write this. Having dropped my car off in Broadbridge Heath for servicing, I was left to finding a coffee shop on foot so I could continue to work for a few hours while it was being done. This was 5 minutes away so I headed there. There didn't seem to be any sings for a coffee shop in Tesco, however before leaving I asked a member of staff and found that it was hidden away on the first floor only signposted right outside. As I have a gluten intolerance I asked the young guy at the counter if they served any food which wasn't bread or pastry based. His reply was a very abrupt "NO". Ok so I'll just have a mug of tea. I sat down and within 10-15 minutes someone shouted "pot of tea". Despite ordering a mug I turned around and acknowledged the guy. I was busy with work so I didn't get up immediately to fetch it. Next thing I know the guy comes over and slams the tray with the tea on the table. He then stormed off without even acknowledging the stunned thank you I gave him. The experience I had was enough for me to leave and take a 15 minute walk to Stooks at the newbridge garden centre. Despite being really busy the service and experience here was exponentially better.

Birthday meal: The location is lovely in the hamlet of Dragons Green. Characteristic vintage pub with a new restaurant in the brilliant barn extension. It was the first time they were using the well decorated barn as a restaurant. The food we ate was the Sunday roasts. It was decent but there wasn’t enough food. They looked short staffed and the two waitresses were extremely busy. Our desserts took an hour to come, and considering they are pre-made and heated in the microwave for 20 seconds, it was far too long. We were served chocolate icecream with our sticky toffee pudding and the apple crumble was dumped on the plate upside down. When you’re paying £7 for dessert and £17 for dinner it’s quite expensive. I wouldn’t rush back, there are better alternatives.
