Love coming to you. Highlight of my month. Time for me. Simon is a star, always get a fab haircut, gorgeous hot choc or prosecco. Ladies on reception always greet you with a smile. Best thing I ever was coming to your salon this year..

I loved my first time at this hair salon. Great customer service, friendly and professional. I loved how Hannah styled my hair, it's usually hard for me to get the cut right because of the different texture of my hair, but she made it beautiful and I love it so much!. I recommend her and will definitely book with her again. Thank you!

This was the first time I have visited the salon. Staff were so welcoming. I am very pleased with the quality of service and cut and will definitely be back.

Hannah listened carefully to my colour needs and chose the perfect shade, applying it so it would be multi tonal, despite being a global all over colour. She also gave me a lovely cut with loose long layers which last and keep my hair looking beautiful. Lastly she gave me a wonderful voluminous blow dry using kms heat styling spray which holds as well as protects the hair from heat damage. First class as always. Had the best experience today in the salon. The salon is beautiful and well set out. From when I came in to when I left the service was incredible. Hanna did and amazing job, I love my hair!

This was my first time having highlights with Zara and I was very pleased with them. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and helped me as I am on crutches at the moment. Also I had a lovely coffee and biscuit and all in all it was a very good experience.

I had the most lovely haircut from Lucy. She was really attentive to what I wanted and so talented and professional, really lovely to chat to as well. A great price too. My hair hasn’t felt this healthy in a long time 😊

Having highlights and a cut and finish takes a long, long time but this salon makes it a very comfortable and relaxing visit. Tina is an absolute genius and artist with highlights. She suggests colours and discusses them with you and helps you make an informed decision. She also does a brilliant cut, again offering advice and suggestions. Thank you TCH. Simon is absolutely amazing with Aiden and makes him feel at ease. He does exactly what is asked (if not better) and Aiden loves his hairstyle. May did my purple and Pink in my hair and I love it. It is so vibrant and the colour lasts for ages. Such a wonderful much of people that work here and they are so friendly.

I had my hair coloured by Amy and blow dried by Zara. The salon is so lovely and the outcome was great! I’d had old brassy balayage from a different salon and I didn’t want to keep adding so much bleach to my hair, so Amy perfectly created a colour that blended with my natural hair colour, but bringing in some lightness still. It’s means I have minimal maintenance with the colour now and I love it. The blow dry was great too, I got compliments on how healthy my hair looked, despite not having a cut at this appointment and it needed a good cut! Thanks girls! Can’t wait to come back

Fantastic experience once again. My daughters absolutely love getting their hair done here. Mercedes and Alice treat them so well and take the time to consult with them (10y and 7y). Both hair stylists gave fabulous haircuts. Definitely worth getting their hair cut here. Also, the hot chocolate goes down a treat.

I have just had my hair cut by Simon. He used a new technique of cutting which was absolutely brilliant. Instead of scissors he used a razor type tool which did not drag on my hair and left a sharp neat bob. Thank you so much for taking the extra time on my hair and for creating such a manageable beautiful bob that I am absolutely over the moon with. I give Simon 10/10 for everything. Went last week for a men's haircut and had a really positive experience. Hannah was very friendly and easy to talk to. I came with a specific haircut in mind and I didn't have any difficulty explaining what I wanted. I was also able to get some great advice from Hannah who is a clear professional. Will definitely get my hair cut from here again!

I was meant to get a haircut by Simon the principal stylist and was very disappointed at his behaviour. I was told by Simon he will not be able to give me a full blow out and curl as part of my cut, when that is what I had paid my deposit for. Simon had an event to go too and said due to his event he will not be able to give me the full service I had my deposit paid for, very unethical, as I had already traveled to get to the salon. I have never come across this unprofessionalism where a clients needs came second, due to the hair dresser having to attend an event. Very disrespectful. Simon offered to cut my hair without the full blow out however I decided to decline and leave, as I’m not getting the service forwhat I paid for as Simons priority on the following day was to attend an event and secondly Simon made me feel very uncomfortable, and very unkind. I wanted to come to this hair dresser as I had an amazing experience with Lizz-Anne when I came last time for my hair cut, due to her being unavailable on the day. I had decided to chose Simon, unfortunately, and I very much regret it. I will not be coming to Company hair dressing anymore due the disrespect I had experienced in person. Very disappointing.

As a regular client of The Company I usually see the wonderful Liz Ann, however she was unavailable, so I was booked to see Simon. Being a woman of habit I was feeling a little anxious to be putting my hair into someone other than Liz Ann's hands. I needn't have worried. Simon was an absolute star, talking me through every step & taking time to explain what he was doing & why. My hair looked fabulous & still does. I had a wonderful experience yesterday! I was a bit nervous for my appointment as it was my first time visiting the salon. It all changed when I was greeted by the Salon owner Vince, who was very kind and showed me to the waiting area upstairs. I only waited a few minutes and then was shown to my seat where I met Zara who did my cut. She was very nice to talk to and gave me some great advice on how to curl my hair! I’m very happy with how my hair turned out and already booked in to come back and get some colour done, can’t wait ☺️

I have been using the company for an couple of years now. I was fortunate to stumble upon Richard for my second visit as my introduction stylist was not available. What can I say ' I've never looked back! I have the most fine straight fluffy hair ' and this guy gave me style's I thought was not possible. Honestly ' an asset. Book in advance is my advice!

They make you feel special… the salon is warm and trendy. You get well looked after and I think Hanna is amazing. I always get a great cut and she styles it beautifully. I have had colours too and they are brilliant.

I always feel welcome at The Company salon. Everyone is really friendly and accommodating. I feel there is such a professional and modern atmosphere in the salon and all the staff are really friendly and professional The drinks that are offered are lovely, to be offered a cuppachino or cold drink is really thoughtful while you wait. My experience with my hair is brilliant, never been disappointed, and always felt happy and confident with the results. A lovely salon and seems to really care about clients and staff

Excellent cut once again by Abbey!

Really deliberated what to add here but think it's important that potential customers have a realistic idea as to what to potentially expect, given my poor experience and the general impression left by comments overheard from other customers (i.e. 'it was a bit orange last time, can we make it.. less orange this time?') I'd like to stress that the stylists at the salon genuinely seem really lovely, the manager in particular was exceptionally helpful and empathetic after seeing the state I was in after two VERY botched attempts at what should have been a simple refresh and unproblematic to anyone charging premium prices for the service. After being given block, unblended, brassy highlights that ruined the natural balayage effect that I went in with, I was offered a 45 min appointment to try and rectify something that took 4 hours to create. I then pushed back after getting opinions from other salons (all of whom could not understand what and how on earth it had gone so wrong), I was offered a 2 hour slot that then turned my lovely, healthy natural hair colour bright orange and straw-like - despite me initially emphasizing that I just wanted the ends freshened up and my natural hair left alone. I missed two days of work, was gaslighted by a senior female member of staff who made me feel awful for clearly stating the obvious (that my hair looked absolutely nothing like what I'd requested by saying 'theres different ways to do a balayage.. what did you actually expect?' as I pointed out the chunky block lines that were reminiscent of Ginger Spice and completely different to the single, natural photo I'd shown on my phone to avoid any confusion with terms used). £200 down, hair ruined and made to feel awful for merely expecting a very straight forward touch up (something that had been confirmed in the initial consultation), I ended up having to go to Toni and Guy - who actually charged me half the price and fixed the mess as well as possible, although I've been putting at home hair treatments on ever since to try and salvage what was once brilliantly conditioned hair. The manager did indeed give me a refund after I showed up at the salon in tears due to the state of my hair and managed the situation with commendable kindness and understanding, which is really the only reason for the stars given, but the service and results were very poor relative to the price the salon charges. Honest review based on multiple disappointments from the salon, nothing personal, but would have hugely benefited me if I'd been aware of similar experiences prior to selecting this salon above other local, more reasonably priced establishments. Update: 1 month into a 6 month trip, the original orange has come through to the point where I'm having to wear a hat in the sun more often than not to stop it getting brighter. Thank you Hair Company for ruining my hair and the majority of the photos from my trip of a lifetime.

I had my hair natural for a long time now so it was a bit daunting to choose someone to help me change it. Caroline was very welcoming and I felt in good hands throughout. The balayage has exceeded my expectations. I’m very happy with the results and she shaped my hair beautifully. I will definitely be back.

Hannah is the best. She listens to what my wishes are, advises me, and said "No" to carrot coloured hair when I'm tired and stressed! I've come home with wonderful hair in amazing condition. Having been with my previous salon for many years until it sadly closed just before Christmas I was desperately looking for a new salon. My first appointment as a new client was with Hannah and it was a wonderfully welcoming experience! Everyone was so friendly and the salon is beautiful. I had my first appointment today with Simon.I cannot express how fantastic he was. He knew I was nervous after previous disastrous hair cuts over a number of years in various places. Id almost given up with my dry wavy hair! Pony tails forever for me I thought, until a friend introduced me to Simon. What a lovely knowledgeable guy! He spent ages with me asking questions and listening to me to help guide me in the best way regarding cut, products, and styling. Today I have had the best experience I have ever had in a salon, and have left with a haircut I love, and I know what to use and how to care for my hair at home. Amazing! Thankyou Simon!

As a nervous person when it comes to haircuts, I definitely choose wisely - Abbey was amazing. Put me at ease, very friendly, professional, and knows her stuff. She advised on the next steps and any future work I wanted - but only after I asked, it wasn't pushed on me at all. The whole place felt friendly and amazing.
