Bubble Works - Bubble Tea in Horsham

We visited the bubble works bubble tea shop today for the first time. Lots of flavours to try. Thanks for being so patient and helping us choose as we had no clue what it was all about.I must say it was absolutely yummy....We will definitely buy again.

The drink was great and I could see the effort that the lady put into the drink, and she was lovely! She made everything from scratch and I would give it a 5/5.

I visited for the first time today, I love bubble tea so was excited to see a new place in horsham! I’ve been to the other bubble tea shop in the mall which was rubbish, definitely go to this one instead! I had the pineapple tea and it was delicious and also a flavour I’d never seen before! I’m glad I was offered a loyalty card as I’ll be coming back! The service was also friendly!

Firstly, the staff didn’t know what was on their menu, and what it consisted of and described the creme brûlée drink as “I don’t know how to describe it or what it is”. When I ordered a golden Oreo milkshake the two girls spoke about how they didn’t know how to make it between themselves and said spoke for around 5 minutes about how they hate making milkshakes as it takes so long to clean the equipment and it takes a long time to make them. Customer service infront of customers is disgusting. The taste of them both was awful, by no means a milkshake or frappe. We asked for no pearls and got the worst pearls on the menu. My partner threw his drink straight away after one sip. My golden Oreo milkshake was an original Oreo - not golden - not the end of the world but also not what I asked for. Won’t be returning.

Came in today for my first bubble tea with my husband and daughter! This poor girl was busy serving the masses but she made it look easy. With the perfect measure of professionalism and quirky theatricalness (yes I made this up) She was great and I don’t normally review! She made perfect suggestions for what everyone was to have and knew the menu inside out! Along with speaking two languages whilst she done it so that everyone knew what they were getting! Can’t praise her enough honestly! I wanted to write her a review as credit where credit is due and ohhh I think her name was anna hope I remembered correctly! Thank you!

Great tea, great customer service and overall a great time. I would highly recommend it. Bubble Works is fantastic and it has so much choice.

Stopped in for a drink on the way home from work and I absolutely loved it! Going to make it a weekly stop off! Highly recommend.

Great bubble tea, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and well prepared. Upon entry we were greeted by staff asking what we were like or if we required any help making a decision.

So nice to see new businesses starting up here especially after the last couple of years. The tea was delicious and loved the panda graffiti inside

I was always sceptical to try bubble tea but a friend insisted we go to this new place that just opened. I was amazed at the flavour variations and the taste was surprisingly nice. Staff were really friendly and helpful and the service was really smooth considering it’s new. Faultless and hope this place does well. Will be making the journey and going back every now and again.
