The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in Brighton and Hove South East

The upstairs area is dirty and sticky. We were the first clients in the morning using the upstairs area, so it should have been clean, but it wasn’t. Could barely see through the window, tables were sticky. The coffee took ages to arrive, when it finally did was watery and I asked to the man about it, he was reluctant in replacing it, arguing that the coffee is fine. I was about to walk away and he said he will replaced it straight away. Croissants were not fresh, hard and crumbly. The location is great, on George street.

Sadly, this is just an expensive gimmick. We are both cat lovers, but none of them were interested in being stroked. There are 8 cats and there were 2 cat fights within 30 minutes. We were charged £6.99 each for the 30 minutes, then £22 for a coffee, coke, and 2 slices of chocolate cake. There was a very limited menu and although the lady was lovely, the place is tiny and there were only 6 of us in there. Unless you want to pay to watch cats sleeping don't bother

Wonderful experience in the restaurant today. The girl in the shop, Reyann, was very helpful and acknowledged that I didn't want to be rushed and took her time in serving me. Very lovely atmosphere and food was delicious 😋

Doesn't look like much from the outside, but well worth a visit. Attentive knowledgeable staff seemed to really want to ensure you had a good time without interfering with your reason for being there, in our case meeting up with friends we had not seen in a long time. The staff attended our table as and when we needed them, without us looking or asking for them. Good vegetarian options. Lots of gluten free options. All of which were very tasty, beautifully presented dishes all at sensible prices. Would whole heartedly recommend The Better Half.

Wow very impressive b&b, feels deluxe!!! Gorgeous rooms and view, and free breakfast in your room!!! So nice I've booked it twice. Perfect location too. Definitely coming back. Lovely pub downstairs, will try the food later but menu looks ideal!!!! Wonderful staff.

We came to Brighton for a friends 40th and needed a place to stay for the night and so booked this hotel. We loved it! Clean, comfortable, amazing value for money. Nestled in the heart of Brighton only a few minute walk from the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful nothing was too much. Highly recommend - Thank you!

What a fantastic place, I spent new years eve here with my friends, the atmosphere was spot on, everyone was so welcoming, the dj line up was quality. Thanx for having us❤

Decidimos un espolón del momento para ir aquí para el almuerzo del domingo. Me alegro de haberlo hecho. La comida era excepcional. Fue sin duda el mejor almuerzo de domingo de pub que hemos tenido. Los dos comimos panza de cerdo, la carne estaba tan tierna que se derritió en tu boca. El crepitar era maravilloso, muy crujiente pero tan fácil de comer. Las verduras se cocinaron a la perfección. Teníamos una botella de vino sangiovese encantador para lavarlo. El personal era muy amable y acogedor. Realmente fue una alegría comer en este encantador pub. ¡Volveremos!

Solía usar Pelicanos regularmente cuando abrió por primera vez - hace algunos años. Visité ayer por primera vez en años. Pedí azúcar cuando llegaron nuestras bebidas y me dijeron "aw mate el azúcar está abajo", así que me fui abajo para encontrar un poco de azúcar. Pastel que falta en el pedido, así que mi compañero fue a buscarlo. El tipo dijo que olvidó la pastelería. Realmente servicio de personal. No valió la pena molestarse por una taza promedio de café lechoso

Pub nel centro storico di Brighton, vi consiglio di fare una sosta qui per degustare un’ottima birra in un atmosfera silenziosa e tranquilla.

It was OK. The food was pretty good, however the service was extremely slow. There was only one waitress across the entire restaurant and she did amazing and told you as you came in that she’s by herself. However, it took about 30-40 minutes for our food to be made. The pancakes are nice and fluffy. If you get the mixed berries make sure to remember they are frozen berries which are just let out to defrost. The others who were with me got The Hash and Isla’s breakfast from what I can remember, and both said there was too many potatoes as well as they tasted like they’d come from a freezer. The staff are quite friendly and two other staff members came to help out. Overall, the restaurant has a beautiful layout and food is nice, I just wish there was better service as it turned people away from this beautiful restaurant.

Out cycling and popped in to Mack’s Cafe for lunch. We both had breakfast that was cooked exactly as we requested and both were delicious. Try the breakfast you won’t be disappointed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Have visited twice on a Saturday evening to find the place over run with hen parties. Does not make for a nice atmosphere and I doubt I’ll return. Such a shame as the place has so much potential.

Great to see the Grange cafe open again. Tasty home made food whilst sitting in a peaceful tranquil walled garden- very relaxing & scones warm, straight out of the oven
