Munchies’ Craft in Brighton and Hove

Great position in the Lanes. Waitress not interested, the manager/owner was lovely. The coffee was nice but the gluten free pancake with egg and bacon is a strange tasting combination. The bacon was undercooked (tiny portion) the egg over cooked, teaspoon of avocado, and the pancakes were very unusual. We chose those as my husband is gluten intolerant and whether the sauce is not gluten free or something else in that dish, but he has been ‘glutened’ and is suffering today. The idea of the dish is nice but the taste is weird.

Mediocre breakfast. Pancakes tasteless and doughy - not edible. Minimal bacon and egg too cooked. CBD smoothie really nice! Recommend for drinks only.

Came across this bar on a night-time stroll and it was a joyous find. A lovely bar run by a lovely lady and excellent cocktails. Don't walk past as we nearly did, stop, have some of their wonderful cocktails and you will not regret it

Amazing place with great food and drinks in heart of Brighton. Service was perfect by super friendly staff. Ash was very kind and funny lady. Also place is pet friendly. Highly recomended 👍

I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and taste of food provided by this establishment. I ordered the man a man, triple chocolate waffle and salmon avocado poached egg sourdough. I have eaten an authentic man a man in Turkey and I am pleased to say that the one I ordered from this shop was quality comparable. Full flavoured, well cooked and nicely presented. Under the 2 for one deal I was very happy with the price. However, if it was just one I would say it was a tad pricy. The sourdough salmon avo & egg was also impressive. A decent amount of all ingredients which fairly covered each slice of toast, the poached eggs were cooked very well, one slightly overdone but still had a fair amount of runny yolk. The presentation overall was slightly hindered, however I assume this was during transportation. Otherwise a lovely breakfast. The waffle exceeded expectations. It was the last thing eaten. Considering it had been sat for about an hour I was very happy. The waffle was not soggy, bouncy with an ever so subtle crisp on the outside, perfectly decorated with a favourable coverage of banana and chocolate. I am very pleased with this order. 5* from me.

Amazing restaurant where you can discover new traditional Turkish cuisine. Staff very friendly and explained history of dishes. Will definitely be back. 10/10

Lovely little space with artworks, a bar and food. Great vibes for dancing on Friday nights with a Latino DJ and the downstairs is a cool space to hang

Amazing food! The cafe has the friendliest dog I've met. Sandwishes were delicious + A vast array of Turkish tapas (mezzes) 😍

Very good standard and attention to detail here. Some might think it’s a little bit pricey but with what’s going on in the world and the cost of living in Brighton I think these prices are fair. Really good ingredients and decent cocktails. Quirky and hip! Intimate and cozy! I will return. :-)

Amazing cocktails.. best in town! You have to go. Friendly staff and cosy but funky surroundings. Just a shame not open all night 😄

Good service and really good food! We had Blue Moon pancakes and two customised waffles and all were very delicious! There is a very beautiful dog that hangs out in the restaurant, which is an added bonus if you happen to like dogs:)

Coffee was fabulous and we had honestly the best chicken sandwich we have had for years. All on a comfy sofa cuddling Alex the retriever. So cute in her basketball vest, bandana and jewellery. We heard from the art gallery next door that there is a secret cocktail bar downstairs (oops - is that a spoiler?) but didn’t go as it was midday. Would definitely go back to Munchies.

Cosy spot for a great lunch, and Alex the dog is just the sweetest. Can tell this place is run with love. Thank you!
