Amazing selection of salads, so nice to be able to eat the rainbow ! Huge portions, pictured is a 5-salad plate. I also had a takeaway box that was huge for £10.50 for 5 salads. Staff were very knowledgeable on their dishes. Separately, there was an incident outside before we arrived at the premises, which had affected my baby and I. The staff were beyond incredible, getting me a glass of water and cleaning baby and I up. Their kindness turned our situation from awful to calm for which I am so grateful!

I'm only in Brighton for a few weeks and I really wish I'd found this place sooner! I took home 5 salads to have with a borek for lunch and a baked potato for dinner. All of it was delicious. Brilliant healthy options.

I've never had such tasty salads before. Popped in before going to the cinema. The range of different salads were amazing. I had 3 different ones for under £10 and felt full up as the amount was generous. There are main dishes to have with the salads but to be honest the salads were enough for me. I was eating with a friend who wouldn't normally eat in a veggie place but she loved her meal too. I wish I lived nearer as I would visit often. There was the opportunity to vote for this restaurant in a local foodie awards so I didn't hesitate.

I really recommend the stuffed aubergine it’s delicious, very filling and just the right level of seasoning. Stuffed aubergine is seldom a very satisfying meal but on this occasion it was a substantial main course. I was very impressed.

Delicious fresh and healthy food. We ordered takeaway for 9 people - each had main with 3 salads. They were very friendly and helpful and delivered on time with the perfect order; each boxed and named. Would definitely recommend

Been here quite a few times now and I'm always pleased with how consistent the food and service are. Good prices, nice atmosphere (not too busy, not too stuffy) and a wide range of options to suit most diets and preferences. Solidly recommended.

Had the halal baked chicken and three vegetable sides. Chicken was deliciously soft and fell off the bone, the salads are always great can't go wrong with any of them - but highly recommend the smart salad, a mixture of broccoli, avocado and dill. Great lunch spot!

Ordered on uber eats Saturday earlier evening. Beef lasagne was just warm shame tasted nice despite that.. I thought the side salads came hot, maybe my mistake stone cold. Green beans/ roasted veg/roasted sweet potatoes, theses all tasted amazing! Love love love. Fudge chocolate cake unfortunately the piece I received was stale I'll definitely try the mains again great flavour and great price

Really good experience! Hanti the waitress was really nice and friendly! I said I want the aubergine which was fresh out of the oven instead of the lasagna I chose, she just kindly said yes and changed it for me and ask me to take the lasagna as well! I’m definitely gonna back again!

Loved it here! Super welcoming staff as soon as you walk in, good deals (I got the main and salad for 8.50 - salad was incredible with a very generous portion size!). Cute and laid back atmosphere. And delicious!!! Would highly recommend.

Foodilic serves the most delicious scrumptious food…we love it! The salads all look so beautiful making it so difficult to choose and when you do they are all just so deliciously tasty! The beef lasagne is the best I’ve had anywhere, the chicken is beautifully cooked and vegetarian dishes are just as good. With very friendly and efficient service and fantastic prices Foodilic is always our place of choice when visiting Brighton.

The salads were ok but very greasy. Also, there is only religious halal meat.

A welcome change from the fast food chains all around it. Real food instead of ultra processed red meat. Good range for vegans, vegetarians and flexitarians like us.

Went to get coffee and brunch. The coffee really wasn’t good - ordered a flat white but the cup was only 1/3 full. Had the sourdough,poached egg and salmon. But the salmon didn’t taste good at all, the food was cold and wasn’t well presented. The deli options looked better, so would probably go for that if I went again rather than the brunch options.

Lovely fresh food, very tasty sourdough and nice eggs. They have lasagne and a load of salads which look delicious, has a Mediterranean feel to the dishes. Coffee was okay, could be better. Tasty avocado and nice atmosphere.

I’ve been here several times now and all aspects have been excellent. The food, the value and the service. The halal chicken is tender and flavorful, the beef goulash is also amazing. All the salads/sides are well seasoned and tasty. It’s my go to spot for food.

Visited Foodilic for some breakfast as I noticed noticed they had some vegan options available but sadly didn’t get the chance to try. To start with I hadn’t noticed until sitting down that T he A-boards outside, the shopfront and the signage all looked a bit run down, the tables and menu’s could‘ve done with a good wipe clean and the place generally looked a little worn and in need of some TLC which normally this is something I could look past had the staff been pleasant which was not the case. Rude man came over in a huff and begrudgingly sat us, he then barked a few questions at us and then (quite rudely) told a homeless man to get away from the shop and was so rude it created a rather unpleasant atmosphere so we left. Sad as the food looked good

They went above and beyond to make our day special and I can not thank them enough. Anyone thinking of using Foodilic as a caterer shouldn’t hesitate. Dipu and Marie were responsive, insightful and very helpful planning and organizing the whole thing! Even hiring extra staff to run our bar for us. This extends into the restaurant, defo worth a visit! Thanks again guys!

If you want to healthy food, this is maybe a right place. You can eat a lot of vegetables just for £7.50. However, I would say the taste is terrible. There are no tasty dishes. Service is moderately good in spite of the cheap price. In conclusion, you shouldn't choose this restaurant if you want to eat delicious food in Brighton.

Great value - wish it was still serve-your-self with the salad bar but still highly enjoyable

This place was so lovely for me and my two children. We loved the food (I had stuffed aubergine and salads, the children had lasagne and prawn linguine. We also loved being able to sit at the table and do a bit of a craft project without being in the way, in fact the owner loved seeing what we were up to! We will definitely be back here next time we are in Brighton.

Foodilic is a great place for lunch. Really good food and nice staff. Good vibe. I had the spanokapita with a delicious salad. I asked about the wines and received knowledgeable information. I chose a dry rose that was good.

Beef goulash is very nice and tender however the menu is looking tired now and hasn’t changed in years. Such a shame the North St branch closed as this offered a nicer selection of food. Please can the menu be updated / increased. I know it’s easier said then done but more choice who’ll bring people back

When I went to the store I immediately felt this is the right place. I love the way the food is prepared and presented. I was treated by one of the staff (sorry I forgot to ask his name) who warmly welcomed and invited me to try two of the main courses, the beef stew and the bean stew, both of which were so savory. I chosed his top 3 salads since I was so indecisive when facing so many great options. He went into great details about the ingredients in each salad and said a sunny day would be better for a particular salad in a very humorous way (it is heavily rainning today). Until all my questions were resolved, the staff was always very patient and welcoming and I really appreciated his generous style. All of the salads were served warm, not cold, which is very friendly to people like me who are just starting to be vegetarians. I ended up taking away a large salad ( 1 main course + 3 salads) + a carrot cake and a cinnamon swirl (super tasty and would highly recommend it! ). Will definitely be back and hopefully next time I can remember the name of this lovely staff member. 😊☀️🥗

Such a great spot. We wanted some tasty, quick, easy and healthy family-friendly food and this place ticked all the boxes. So much nicer than having the usual fast food and it was all so delicious. So many options, especially the salads, which are bright, colourful and sooo good! Plus it’s good value too - less than £30 for the three of us including drinks and enough for leftovers for dinner too!

My friend and I had lunch here. The variety of 'salads' available was amazing. Each had their own distinct flavour and texture. The service was impeccable, our server was genuinely lovely. All diets are catered for too. The food is delicious and at a really reasonable price. I'll be going back 😀

Went here to get dinner for two adults and a small baby. This place is really good if you're trying to feed a baby healthy, flavorful adult food that's not too sweet or salty.

You get alot of food for the price, the £7 box seems small, and decided to got for the 10.50 box. Eat in is a extra 50p which I didnt agree with so ate out. However very good quality food with wholesome ingredients. Healthy and tasty. Vegan friendly place. Salads were delicious and main was very nice. Will be back for sure

Come here every time I’m in Brighton. Should branch out, but it’s just so yum, can’t quite bring myself to! Fab salads, great portions, and excellent value for healthy tasty food. You’re not here for the designer furnishings, but it’s a nice atmos. Chill and informal so it’s good for kids too - and always pleasant staff - 100% recommend.

This is by far my favourite place to eat in Brighton. Not only is it delicious, healthy homemade food, it’s run by the nicest people in town. Each salad is a work of art and you’re able to have your choice of three plus a main for under £15 - enough to quite happily feed two people. They also make wonderful cakes and allow you to take it all away in a near cardboard box - very convenient as it’s just a stone’s throw away from the sea. I grew up in Brighton and have lived here for 30 years; Foodilic is always the first restaurant I recommend.

Great restaurant on the high street. Very affordable for a variety of choices and great taste. They have offers of main +salad for 8£ or 3 salads and main for 13. But I decided to grab a Salad which I split it into two types as I was confused what to choose. i also had a cheese bourak which cost me total of 6.50 £. Beautiful ambiance with cozy decor and Very welcoming and friendly staff.

Foodilic you are normally great, but I just ate my first slice of cake in 4 months and it was the worst cake I’ve ever ever bought. It was completely stale, clearly it had been sliced and left for a while. If you’re going to store individually sliced cakes in your cabinet, please wrap them. Generally really great though

Heerlijk en gezond eten, niet duur. Self service, gratis drinkwater. De slaatjes waren super lekker met verse ingrediënten en heerlijke vinaigrette. De moussaka en lasagne om duimen en vingers bij af te likken. Een absolute aanrader in Brighton en een verademing bij alle fastfood restaurants in de stad. We betaalden 11 € voor een bord met lasagne of moussaka of kip en drie soorten side dishes (salades).

Loads of delicious looking salads visible through the front window, which were as good as they looked. We had the beef lasagne with them which was average, but we would definitely come back for the salads!

Went for brunch and waited ages so decided to ask staff what was happening and was told that they'd forgot to put our order through!... No apologies whatsoever, no offer to give us another coffee as we'd finished the first one. When asked to clean the table, staff was purposely doing it slowly, watching us holding our plates and waiting!!!... Will not come back or recommend. Inside was extremely hot/ no air! Toilet disgusting. Food left open as people go down the toilet, not hygienic, no score on doors?! Used to be great but, sadly, quality and service have gone down. Best to go to Ideya in the lanes 👍

In search of an early morning breakfast spot that wasn't one of the usual fast-food chains like McDonald's or Subway, I stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to give it a try. I have been frequenting Foodilic for years and have grown to love the people who work there as much as the wonderful food. From the incredibly soulful Marie to the awesomely jovial Ferdous , Paola and the just as amazing newer addition to their team . The place is ultra clean, and the dishes delicious and well-served. It's very much a dayltime vibe but they have beer wine or just plain water which they infuse with mint! if you are that way inclined. Also a wonderful Mocha and cakes. They open late! which is something else :-) They deserve every bit of recognition

it was okay, the reviews got my hopes up. the service wasn’t anything special, the food was alright. we had a full english and the eggs were pretty solid which was disappointing. also it was incredibly warm in the building, there was little to no air flow which wasn’t great.

Had a great experience at Foodilic. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The food was great with lots of vegetarian options - the ingredients tasted fresh and I enjoyed all of the hot mains and salads I tried. When we got there, there was live music playing with a chilled and intimate vibe. I definitely recommend this place for lunch or dinner.
