Wow what an amazing place. Staff super friendly and helpful. I’ve been coming here weekly for nearly 4 years!!! I’ve worked my way through the entire menu and all the specials, and not once have I had a bad meal. Finally treated myself to an afternoon tea and wow what can I say!!!! Cakes are all so fresh and scones made daily, good choice of sandwich filling too. I highly recommend Peggotts and also advice to book, as it gets super busy. Also a lovely garden to sit in once the weather warms up. A real little gem in the town.

Friends recommended this place, so we made a special journey to visit. We both ordered crispy baked potato. Waited, waited and waited. When it came the potatoes were not cooked through. Opted for a sandwich, and waited again. We had the temerity to complain that we had that it had taken an hour and a half just to finish up with a sandwich. We were corrected by the staff, who calculated we had only been one hour twenty minutes! , and so followed some very unpleasant sarcasm, but one word of a apology. So many better places to enjoy in the area

Haven't seen many recent reviews here so thought I'd add one. It's very popular usually although we're later and it's gradually getting people in. Excellent coffee and we tried the homemade Anzac biscuits which were also very good. Friendly staff but being a small place and busy, people should be patient.

Short drive from the Ashford Outlet centre and well worth taking a detour. Pretty village, lovely pub and friendly welcoming staff. The food was very good too - both opted for a baguette with chips and salad. Delicious. Small garden at the rear with a tractor for the kids and an electric charging point.

Previously visited the Tearooms when they were located outside the front of Perry Court. The food was excellent and cheese, chutney sandwiches were huge and fresh. Has to be said for the new cafe the staff are great - however the new sandwiches are appalling. Cheap supermarket, sliced bread and a smattering of grated cheese for ££. Phenomenally expensive. A huge disappointment and wouldn't return.

Recommended to go here by one of the shop owners in the town I'm very glad we did. Don't be fooled by looking in and thinking it's full. There is a very large room at the back. The staff are really lovely. The food was delicious. We did have a bit of a wait, but it didn't matter while it was worth it to get freshly cooked hot food. They were very busy, but we were not rushed. Will definitely go here again. Added bonus the loos are very clean

Popped in here for a brunch before an appointment. Very warm welcome from Antonio. Came up quickly with menus. Drinks ordered quickly - lovely generous cup of coffee. We just had a fry-up, bacon, sausage, egg, fried bread - husband added beans. Lovely warm plates, with us very quickly. Perfect amount and the fried bread was to-die-for, light, golden, crispy and fluffy inside - I could’ve eaten just a plate of it on its own! Lovely waitress Irina - even cut off the tops of our tomato sauce sachets. Nice atmosphere and warm and welcoming and set us up beautifully as it was bitter cold outside!

Went there expecting to get food and decent beer. NO Food. Looks like pub is up for sale with little interest. Beer was OK, but pub noisy due to football. Definitely one to avoid. Went to Eureka for a nice curry instead,

When you are in the Ham Street Garden Centre this is a great place to drop into for a drink and/or a snack. Very friendly, helpful staff with a good choice on the menu. Prices are not too bad and, an added bonus, there are dog friendly tables.

We got the Latte Lounge to do the catering for my Nans funeral. We chose the "End of life" cold buffet. It was absolutely spot on, delicious sandwiches, gorgeous savoury pastries, scotch eggs and more.... All freshly homemade. There was plenty to feed everyone! The amount of people that commented on how fabulous the food tasted (which was many) was the result of the professionalism of Sharen and her team. Thank you for taking care of us xx

Very friendly & attentive staff. Food was served quickly & reasonably priced. Pizza was good, homemade garlic sauce was 10/10.
