We got the Latte Lounge to do the catering for my Nans funeral. We chose the "End of life" cold buffet. It was absolutely spot on, delicious sandwiches, gorgeous savoury pastries, scotch eggs and more.... All freshly homemade. There was plenty to feed everyone! The amount of people that commented on how fabulous the food tasted (which was many) was the result of the professionalism of Sharen and her team. Thank you for taking care of us xx

We often go to this lovely cafe in Bridlington; it never disappoints. The coffee is perfect and we recently enjoyed a delicious, small cooked breakfast. It's a friendly place, the service is good, food arrives quickly and it is a nice, relaxing environment.

We went to the Latte Lounge for a late lunch on a nice sunny Saturday. It was reasonably busy but there were a couple of empty tables. We waited quite a while for our order to be taken and my wife was thinking of leaving so I found the waitress and asked if she could take our order which she did promtly. I ordered a small breakfast and my wife ordered a brie, bacon and cranberry toastie. Unfortunately the waitress came back and said they couldn't do any breakfasts which was a surprise as breakfasts were at the top of the menu so I had to settle for soup. When the food came it was fine and the prices are very reasonable but we couldn't understand why breakfasts weren't available. We noticed they had asked someone to bring in some milk so even if the demand was greater than normal they could have topped up the fridge earlier. I hate to be critical but on the basis of our visit we have to be objective and honestly reflect our experience. We used to visit this cafe way back in the days it was called Indulgence and we always enjoyed the experience, I doubt we will return.

Stumbled across the latte lounge this morning, and what a pleasure it was! I had smashed avocado with a fried egg on sourdough and my friend had the same with bacon, it was the perfect portion and great value for money! The service was very friendly and accommodating, I would definitely recommend… their cake looks yummy too!

Coffee stop only. Located off a side road along the High Street and near a useful car and coach park. We popped in for a quick coffee break while looking around Tenterden. The staff were friendly, polite and attentive. Coffee tasted of coffee and was very nice. Seating is available outside and inside. The menu looked great, well priced and we would have no hesitation in returning again and also trying something on the menu. A well priced coffee and menu listing.

Although we were a little late for breakfast they were still very accommodating. Good, fresh produce and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and great caramel lattes.

I've been a customer for a little while now, and in lockdown we had their afternoon tea boxes. These have all been lovely, good quality food, well presented and thoroughly enjoyed. I've also had breakfast, lunch etc there and also have been to their other business which has been lovely every time. On this basis, I asked the owner if she could provide food for my daughter's birthday party. It may have been a difficult request as we wanted something a little bit different to the usual 'beige' party food. She agreed and offered to drop it off at the party location which was really kind. Day of the party, food arrives. I was busy trying to get the hall etc set up so didn't have a chance to look at it properly... Well when I did I was so disappointed. Everything was so poor, sandwiches weren't what I had asked for and looked like they had been made by a small child, sausages were wet and slimy, pastries for the adults were dry and hard, fruit kebabs were disgusting (how can you go wrong with a fruit kebab?!) It was just terrible and we didn't feel we could serve it. It was embarrassing. I didn't do the party food myself as I wanted to be stress free but unfortunately it had the opposite effect. I accept people don't always get things right but I feel the way you handle things is so important. Good customer service is essential and unfortunately I don't feel we have received this. My partner called to talk about it the next day and I was offered a 'free brownie box' £75 worth of inedible food and this is what I'm offered. I declined with reasons why and was offered a £50 refund as a 'gesture of good will' We were told the owner doesn't like saying no, that would of been SO much easier and I could of sorted something else out beforehand, rather than the day of the party! If you want a nice coffee and some lunch with a friendly face, then here is a good place to go, if you want fresh, edible party food, go elsewhere.

Happened upon The Latte Lounge one rainy day. We were met with big smiles and genuine friendliness. A relatively new addition to Tenterden, thanks to all of the lockdowns, this place is a must if you want a spot to eat. Very vegetarian friendly, with plenty of choice. I had the cheese, onion and tomato toastie. It came piping hot, with a beautiful salad, coleslaw and dressing. One of the best toasties I have had the pleasure of eating in a cafe/food bar. Oozing with cheese and well worth the price. The coffee is fantastic too! My son went for avocado on toast and absolutely loved it! He has a severe peanut allergy and struggles to eat out, but the girls were so helpful and lovely and we were reassured of no peanuts and so he had a delicious milk shake too. When we went back on his birthday he got a little treat which really made his day. A family run business that deserves to thrive in these difficult times. Definitely recommend a visit to The Latte Lounge, prepare to be delighted! Just leave room for 3 more please.

Susie's Kitchen closed & reopened as The Latte Lounge a week ago. New entry on TripAdvisor awaited Popped in for a light lunch. Their toasted sandwiches are delicious & come with a salad garnish coleslaw & a chutney. The set up is clean & pleasing. The staff are very welcoming. We wish them every success in this new venture. Look out for them under the new name on TripAdvisor

Went there expecting to get food and decent beer. NO Food. Looks like pub is up for sale with little interest. Beer was OK, but pub noisy due to football. Definitely one to avoid. Went to Eureka for a nice curry instead,

We had a very good meal at The George at Molash; we were welcomed on arrival and shown to our table, the service was very efficient and the waitresses were professional but also friendly. They looked after us superbly. We chose our meals and these took a little time to come out but we were not worried about this as we were chatting and food was cooked freshly to order. Other tables were informed about a wait for some foods as they were cooked freshly to order. This didn’t affect us too much as we ate quite early - table was booked for 6.30pm. The pub was very clean and tidy. The portions were good - for both dinner and we had a dessert. We finished the evening with herbal teas and were shown a selection to choose from. Overall we had a very nice evening at The George, and had good food, service and atmosphere.

One of the very best Sunday lunches I have experienced. Served piping hot and with a smile from our server. Beef was generous and left pink in the middle, great Yorkshires crisp on the out side but soft and tasty in the middle. Fantastic choice of vegetables roasted parsnips, red cabbage, cauliflower in white sauce and a side bowl of cabbage, broccoli and green beans. Roast potatoes were perfect for us crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Thick, tasty gravy and lots of it. Just a great and memorable lunch. Good selection of wine by the glass and beers. Staff are all smiles, efficient and charming. Instead of the beef my wife tried the vegetarian option and declared great alternative!

Previously visited the Tearooms when they were located outside the front of Perry Court. The food was excellent and cheese, chutney sandwiches were huge and fresh. Has to be said for the new cafe the staff are great - however the new sandwiches are appalling. Cheap supermarket, sliced bread and a smattering of grated cheese for ££. Phenomenally expensive. A huge disappointment and wouldn't return.
