The best restaurants serving Other cuisines food in North West

Toast missing from the breakfast, paid an extra 1.90 for scrambled egg but recieve 2 fork fulls not 190 worth. Not value for money

As a regular Starbucks lover..my one and only coffee in the morning is a blonde caramel latte..as a Chef it's definitely my booster for the day..the whole team are absolutely awesome, friendly, polite, their customer service is spot on..Honestly get your hands on a blonde caramel latte..it's the way forward.. 30min wait for a Jacket Potato, which was hard but steaming hot, obviously part microwaved and overcooked. Not great.

I needed to book a room last minute for my son’s partner, baby and friend after their partners were involved in a serious motorcycle accident. Even though it was late evening JayPal sorted out a cot for the baby and was very helpful. My son’s partner said everything was fine at the hotel, room breakfast, service etc. Can’t comment on it’s suitability, location, etc for a holiday as they just needed somewhere to stay overnight near to Kings College Hospital

Edit - since the shopping centre closed and the Nero opened over the road this place has improved so much. I always thought a lack of staff was behind the slow service and chaotic atmosphere, and now it's quieter and less rushed the café is so much nicer and service is so much better. It's clean, well stocked, the staff are lovely, the coffee is a great price compared to Nero, the food is better, and the atmosphere is calm and friendly. Lots of the customers and staff know each other, making it a friendly place to be. The floor to ceiling glass walls are lovely to sit at and take in the outside world.

I only give food 3 stars as it’s very over priced for the portion you get. Staff are very welcoming, drinks always made to order. Can get busy round lunchtime

I don’t know if anyone sees this but I ordered it to the wrong address so I don’t know if I get my money back so I can order it again or it’s still coming

The tables could have been cleaner but the staff make up with their service and music
