greggs in St. Helens

I don’t know if anyone sees this but I ordered it to the wrong address so I don’t know if I get my money back so I can order it again or it’s still coming

Food was not what I ordered got a letter saying sorry they had put some cookies in.

Person who served me no customer service didn’t even butter sausage bap bought 2 got thrown in the bin when got to work …..

Food was ok, just so over priced on this app with delivery

I usually visit here with my client as he usually gets his regular tea and cheese and onion Pasty mmm as for me usually a regular coffee or a flat white. The staff are amazing and helpful

Food arrived quickly and steak bakes were nice and warm, however I didn't receive one of the drinks I ordered.

Never tried pizza from Greggs. Honestly it was gorgeous.will definitely recommend it and will order again.spicy chicken was very nice.

Food, cold , should not deliver by bicycle

Normally good service in here, but not today for some reason. Bought quite a bit of food for the whole family then was asked if I wanted a carrier bag. When I said yes I was passed a paper bag. Difficult trying to open it and then putting all the items in it took a while in the small space to do it, all the time the queue was building behind me so no one could be served but the member of staff still didn't assist. Maybe just an off day, but not good

For Greggs, this is the best local bakery in town. Staff are so delightful and very helpful.

Order was sent with a delivery driver on a bike as I had ordered coffee half of the drink had spilt was leaking out of the bag and dropped on my carpet on arrival. Not ideal to send hot drinks with that transport

Wrong order delivered. Missing most of the items. Sent a coffee that I didn't order which soaked everything.

The coffee was a mess when it arrived. Some coffee had spilled out and the paper back was a wet mess.

Driver delivered my food to previous address, they called me and told me so when the driver arrived they had to return to previous dropoff to collect my food and then bring it back. By the time we received the correct order it was stone cold and we had waited too long.

Food was as cold as Rose in the Titanic, atleast they turned the kettle on for my coffee. Delivery was good though.

Terrible tasteless food. Sausage rolls are skinny with not much pastry, no beef, looks and tastes like a cheap supermarket pork sausage roll. Cookies had more choc chips than cookie, were over baked and lacked taste. This was my first time having anything from Greggs, there's unlikely to be a second time, I'll stick to small independent bakeries.

Food was fine, the delivery driver was so rude, claimed to be outside waiting, although didn’t use the door bell and then purposely kept some of my order, out of spite. I am in absolute shock, such a rude man

Food arrived on time everything was in the order. The order was nice and hot. Delivery driver was nice and polite and everything came in separate bags. So nothing was spoiled. Would definitely order from this branch again.

Delivery driver didn’t drop off food, called to get a refund or the same food and they told me they couldn’t do anything for me. After waiting 1 hour and 30 mins mins them and they said they knew about it but th e was nothing they could do about it. Shocking service and I still don’t have my food or my money back!!!!!!

Breakfast was freezibg bacon not even cooked.. have thrown it in the bin after a very bad night in hospital with my kid. Just eat couldn’t even help

Some of the staff are ignorant and rude. Some are lovely though.

Getting too pricey now , me thinks that someone is taking the the water.

I am a regular Greggs customer.. I buy their mocha almost daily.. but this is the first time I visit this branch. I did not believe the negative reviews. However.. it was the worst Mocha I ever had 🙄.. it tasted like espresso with water .. I could not drink it despite needing a hot drink and threw it away.. I would not recommend this branch.

Delivery driver was on a bicycle, my coffee had spilled everywhere by the time he got here

Delivery driver was professional and on time . However the actual Greggs it’s self wasn’t the breakfast baguettes were cold and one of the hot chocolates was missing the mint syrup that I paid an extra 55p for .

The one thing about Gregg's is the fact they don't keep their food warm, just pay the tax and let your customers buy a hot pasty for once

No complaints on deliver (on time). What was delivered was shocking, drinks spilt all over bag and onto food bag tainting the food... I'm sure the restaurant wouldn't endorse this lack of care.

Twice I've been here now and the order has been wrong first time got a barm instead of a baguette. Second time ( nearly got a barm again ) there was no omelette on the bacon and omelette baguette that i asked for . Seriously what's wrong with people these days .???

The restaurant its self seemed to take ages to get it prepared let alone sent out - Pizza dry and cold. Once the food was with the delivery driver, it arrived quickly.

Got my daily coffee from here. Friendly hard working staff.

My tea had no milk or sugar, I have no milk in the house so my drink is wasted. My bacon barn was cold.
