Subway in St. Helens

Ordered from here today. Didn’t ask for it to be toasted.. it was, didn’t ask for cheese.. they put cheese on, it was squashed In the bottom of the bag with my drink on top of it. Basically inedible cause I can’t have cheese due to allergies, and can’t even get a refund. It’s not difficult to make a follow instructions and make a sandwich ,how incompetent can they be!

rider was really polite and was very professional food was a good as always

Wrong ingredients adeed to one meal and the bread was soaked underneath over 60 quid for a treat for us all which tasted bland and soggy

Absolutely fuming! Ordered two foot long meal deals with surcharge & what not come to £30. Mine arrives minus the patty. Veggie Delite that they've been doing for years. A vegetable patty. Way before they started doing the plant based one. It took 8 calls to get through to someone at Bridge Street. Told them i had been sent out a toasted bread roll with salad & sauce only!!!??? ie a salad butty. Not even cheese. And the shop is claiming that is how a veggie delite sub comes now!? RIP OFF. CRAZY.

Wont let me leave 0 stars or refund me so here ya go! I received a dry, plain “sub”, should have been a steak and cheese footlong but it was literally dry, plain bread + some of the salad items id ordered….. i was delivered cold bread with a few slices of onion, and that was about it?! Crisps was also missing from my “meal deal”

My food very cold it had no jalapeños on even though I asked and my drink was Pepsi and not Fanta

order totally wrong again, this time it was the subs. ordered one 6 one 12 inch with extra meat. received two 6 inch no extras. took the money for a 12 inch though

one item wasn't delivered and I would like a refund on the long foot sandwich please

Waited about an hour and when the food arrived it was stone cold and one of the subs didn’t even have any salad on it. Absolute let down

order showed as delivery never arrived no easy way of contacting anyone ..

I went into subway Eccleston about 2 weeks ago and never had a problem I got seen to by a boy called Tom and his service was excellent the food was great and he was very polite but I went into bridge street yesterday about 1.30 and when I got seen to the woman spoke to me very rushed wasn’t very polite and made me feel like I wasn’t welcome there and the food was gross and mushy will not be coming back

Never get the waffle fries waste of money they was like soggy flaps on a sunday morning

Hash browns were Luke warm and wrong sauce. No sauce on the salad.

No happy place a order and it not turned up saying been delivered so the driver rather took it or gone the wrong house not good when you spend £17 on food

one sub is warm and the other is freezing cold

Marked as delivered 20 minutes ago. Tracking turned off and no food arrived yet. No way of contacting just eat or store.

Very poor. Came 1 and half hours later than said. Had to ring subway. Food was absolutely freezing. Need a refund.

The food was all mushed together hot and cold the subs where all squashed disappointment

Both sandwiches were like mush, they were cold and inedible, I ordered some additional dips that never came, the only thing that was right was the choco donut, the app wouldn’t let me claim a refund on more than one sandwich which is appalling, also wouldn’t let me claim for the dips that I never got.

Food was cold fries where freezing need to put drinks in a separate bag made the food worse didn’t cut the footlong in half

All Star Chicken is awful. Absolutely dry. Subway have taken the Great Caesar. Removed the Caesar dressing and given us a chicken sandwich.

We think one of our bottle of cokes was taken

Tasty as always. Far nicer when wrapped in paper before boxing and sauce added unlike other subways who box and pot sauce separately. I asked for extra sauce and got as for disabled person that needed as soft as possible and they did this for me. Brilliant service all round x

Delivery was late and the 'Hot' Side was cold. Won't be ordering again

my sub was toasted when I didn't click that column. Don't understand why it was toasted

The Philli Steak we ordered was not as requested, we ordered extra cheese which it did not have on it. there was next to no steak on it and hardly any filling. A joke when paying £16 for a sandwich! The food was cold and one of the staff didn't get to have theirs as their finishing time was before the meal come. The other Philli steak must of been sat for that long it was soggy and couldn't be picked up to eat. I don't know why I don't learn my lesson and stop ordering from here as this has happened before. We were calling the restaurant as the up-date said the food was ready to collect at 11:40 and the driver was the restaurant but for the next 30 minutes we were being up-dated saying it will be another 20 minutes, then another 20 minutes. The food must of been sat for 40 minutes +

food was shocking wasn't what I ordered!

food was left outside the door, I think the courier tried to ring but I didn't hear the call. my dog didn't react if he knocked or rang the bell either. consequently the sub melt was a bit cool, not uneatable, but I'd have preferred it a bit warmer. packing a cold bottled drink in the same bag didn't help either!.

Driver did not wait for the order to be complete, leaving a sub at the restaurant

The food is ok but my delivery is wrong, I ordered a foot long chicken tikka and a 6” bmt and you got it round the wrong way

Came in lunch time had ham and cheese and tuna as everything out of stock even the basic sauces they have certain portion control this wasn’t use had a very thing scrapping of tuna the salad on was clearly past its best awful

I made my own sub and it come completely different to what I asked for and a few items was missing.

wring drink missing crisps, missing cookie dried up meatballs. utter shambles. disappointed is an understatement. driver service excellent can't fault his service but the shop leaves a lot to be desired

Brilliant delivery and the food was great. Give the delivery driver a pay rise and a promotion for the fast delivery.

Ordered a chicken tikka wrap with added salami (that I paid to add) and I received a plain chicken wrap which was mostly lettuce. At least the three sides arrived okay, hadh browns and meatballs, if not slightly overdone.

Meat in sandwich is wrong, it's tikka chicken not roast chicken, not what I ordered and didn't enjoy it!

Ordered the series legendary teriyaki and Bombay. Got a plain meatball (completely wrong) and teriyaki with no veg or anything.

tasty but the presentation was an absolute joke bread was half cut and the toppings where very obviously just dumped on top very disappointing for the price and considering how much i love ordering from subway

Thr order wad wrong when I phoned the shop they said take the things you don't like off. I said its in the bread I can't eat peppers he said there's nothing he can do I said disgusting service I will never use that shop again

Freezing cold, hard cheese bites with no sauce given despite asking. Sandwich was burnt on ends and had no cheese even though paid extra for it. Had I received this in store I would have asked for all to be refreshed. Only bit right was the cookie!

Completely wrong order and the delivery guy just gets off

I was waiting at least 10 mins when I said to the lad is there anyone else here? Even though I could hear someone in the back, he just said without looking up no just me, no sorry, I'm on my own, or explanation. when he got round to me I asked him for a ham wrap. He then put two pieces of ham on wrap, now I get this regularly so I know you get four pieces. When I queried this he said I was wrong. His attitude was disgusting! I left without my dinner having wasted 20mins of my lunch hour. Won't be going again to this branch..

I member years ago once I bought something from there and the staff weren’t helpful or friendly and didn’t say thank you or ewt and overcharge me for no reasons. not even a smile and I not returning back again

Food was cold all of it. Wedges and hash browns were obviously warm ups from earlier and the wedges were not seasoned as ordered. The 6 inch sub was missing. Wrong items in the 12 inch sub. As there is no number to call them on and get it rectified I had to get a partial refund front just eat. I won't be using this subway again.

Missing a lot of items and what we got some of it was wrong. Took 2 hours to be delivered.

We were missing the garlic bread. Our cheese and toasted sandwiches were stone cold, minimal meat and overloaded with onion. My sandwich was not on the bread I ordered. Pigs in blankets side were awful! Three of the five were missing their “blanket” and were not vey nice at all. Would not order again

missing the ben a jerrys ice cream and paid for a 1.5l of tango n only got 500ml

Food was cold - need going in the microwave.... Also, I have only got 1 stamp… I order back in October (24th) ... i should have 2 stamps. Can you please look into this – much appreciated.

Absolutely disgusting! Spent around £30 and 90% of our order was wrong! After all that time we ended up having to go out for food!

Ordered food from subway came freezing cold not toasted and 40 minutes late

Driver arrived quickly once order received, seemed to be a delay with order being ready and driver having to wait, but from order to delivery was around 40 minutes so not too terrible

The chilli heatwave nachos were made with plain Doritos, and there weren't any jalapeños on it. It was cold by the time it arrived, but the packaging has no insulation for deliveries. The spiced Moroccan patty didn't taste as if it had any spice at all, rather it was an ordinary patty. The wrap was flat, everything in it was just mixed up together. It was OK but I wouldn't order it again.

Single filling instead of double

Can't rate the food as I decided to give up waiting . There was two staff on one was doing telephone orders and the other was doing training I understand people have to learn but surely you're customers come first would not of minded if they acknowledged me and said be with you in a moment. Very poor customer service 🥱

Lovely philly cheese steak sub. Good quality ingredients & quick delivery!
