Great food here... Have been here many times for breakfast and it always hits the spot! Service always good and atmosphere is spot on!

Nice welcome, order taken promptly. Unfortunately the server seemed more interested in talking to her friends than serving our food, which as a result was delivered lukewarm at best. This was however quickly rectified.

Lovely bar in a great location. Curtis and Joe are the loveliest bar men. I had a lovely margarita made by joe, Curtis was a great person to chat to whilst I sipped a cocktail. Very welcoming vibe.

Coffee and food good. Unpleasant experience with customer service, was served lukewarm coffee and asked for it be made again. Later the waitress came back and asked with passive aggressive tone if "the coffee is hot enough for me". A shame for an otherwise nice experience.

Went on my birthday for bottomless brunch. Exceptional service from the host and our server Nathan. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely come again

Butter is a relaxed bar for people who want a nice drink and just to decompress. You need to know what you want but if you do you are good! I'd recommend an old fashioned.

Visité este lugar durante mi descanso de 30 minutos para comer. Mi novio había pedido nuestra comida 20 minutos antes para asegurarse de que no nos apresuraran. Cuando llegué, me senté allí durante 25 minutos sin comida. Finalmente, tuve que irme, así que mi novio le preguntó al empleado de la mesa qué estaba pasando. ¡Admitió que ni siquiera había hecho mi pedido! Ella sólo procesó su pedido de comida. Si bien puedo entender cierta confusión ya que una persona estaba pidiendo dos, no puedo entender por qué me dejó sentarme allí durante 25 minutos mirando a mi alrededor sin venir a tomar mi orden? El lugar no estaba ocupado - ella estaba detrás de la caja sin hacer nada todo el tiempo. Lo que es peor, ni siquiera se disculpó por el error. Cuando salí después de desperdiciar toda mi pausa para comer y no tener nada que comer, ella simplemente bajó la cabeza y me ignoró. Absolutamente decepcionante.

I wanted an iced tea and so Max & Martha helped me on decide on an iced tea concoction to come up with then and there! I picked lemongrass tea to go with their signature peach iced tea and it was absolutely gorgeous. I really appreciated them coming up with something that craved my taste buds and were so friendly!! Will most certainly be back and will be becoming a regular!! 💕💕💕💕

Bouncers kicked me out because some random girl accused me of taking photos of her, even after I showed the bouncers my camera roll (there was no photos of her) they still put me up against a car and threatened me with police. Don’t go here if you aren’t willing to deal with delusional bouncer

6pm on a Saturday & the place had 11 customers, 9 just having coffee/tea. We stopped in for a snack. Staff were friendly enough. Fish finger butty, bowl of fries, a tea & a pint of brew dog. £27. The butty was the biggest disappointment. Thin white bread as if from a supermarket budget sliced loaf and over toasted. The 'fish fingers' were very dry & and overdone, like chewing on Gandhi's flip flop. Only 3 brew dog beers on tap, rest in bottles. Two, single toilets (one a baby changing area) which I think would be an issue if the place were near full. Food was overpriced & poor. Wasn't a good visit in summary.

Such a beautiful place! We loved the classic breakfast, but unfortunately, the pancakes weren’t as good as we had hoped. I absolutely loved the cocktail I had — it was the bartender’s recommendation, and it was amazing!

Lovely meal, great price for location. Great view over Albert docks. A little slow to take our order but not a problem as we werent in any hurry.
