Orgânico in Liverpool

Visité este lugar durante mi descanso de 30 minutos para comer. Mi novio había pedido nuestra comida 20 minutos antes para asegurarse de que no nos apresuraran. Cuando llegué, me senté allí durante 25 minutos sin comida. Finalmente, tuve que irme, así que mi novio le preguntó al empleado de la mesa qué estaba pasando. ¡Admitió que ni siquiera había hecho mi pedido! Ella sólo procesó su pedido de comida. Si bien puedo entender cierta confusión ya que una persona estaba pidiendo dos, no puedo entender por qué me dejó sentarme allí durante 25 minutos mirando a mi alrededor sin venir a tomar mi orden? El lugar no estaba ocupado - ella estaba detrás de la caja sin hacer nada todo el tiempo. Lo que es peor, ni siquiera se disculpó por el error. Cuando salí después de desperdiciar toda mi pausa para comer y no tener nada que comer, ella simplemente bajó la cabeza y me ignoró. Absolutamente decepcionante.

Me encantaba ir a lo orgánico, pero qué decepción este fin de semana... El servicio era promedio y la comida era decepcionante. . . Normalmente con el desayuno inglés pero los huevos revueltos estaban mal cocidos... El café era muy lechoso y tampoco estoy seguro de que usaran leche de barista. Por lo general teníamos pastel, pero estábamos tan decepcionados que nos lo saltamos.

He estado viniendo aquí por varios años y esta vez será la última. He intentado contactar con ellos por correo electrónico, mensajero Y Fb para reservar una mesa en el pasado. . ninguna respuesta (y no tengo teléfono). El servicio es lento, carece de interacción alegre y estimulante y tiene un sobreprecio. Ayer los batidos habían aumentado a £ 7 y era bastante insípido. Yo también lo hago mejor. Las opciones veganas son principalmente sopa de barra sustituida con carne o una ensalada, y no lo que yo llamo saludable. Agradezco que ayer parecían tener poco personal, pero chef y servidor carecía de ajetreo y sonrisas. Tomó siglos solo para conseguir un batido (estábamos almorzando, pero decidimos no hacerlo debido a las opciones del menú) y el servidor no se estaba concentrando en configurar la máquina de tarjetas cuando le había dicho que queríamos pagar en efectivo, luego dando un cambio equivocado y desafiándome en esto. Me encantaba este lugar, pero con otros lugares mejores no voy a volver. Quiero una buena relación calidad-precio, personal feliz, comida más saludable y personal razonablemente motivado!

- NO ENTRES A ESTE RESTAURANTE SI TIENES ALERGIA A LOS FRUTOS SECOS - Mi novio y yo nos destacamos mirando el menú cuando el dueño nos escucha estar preocupados por la contaminación cruzada debido a la cantidad de frutos secos en el menú y con su mala alergia es que no pensamos que debíamos ir en el dueño se bajó de su llamada telefónica nos pidió que viniéramos a mostrar todas las procorsiones que toman con mantener vegano y lácteos separados, ya que también es alérgico a los lácteos dijimos numours veces la alergia a los frutos secos es lo que más nos preocupa y nos dijo que todo está separado Como un minuto después de probar su batido, estaba teniendo una reacción. Le dijimos al pesebre que teníamos que irnos. Nos dijo que no había nueces en nada realmente grosero, considerando que no era él quien tenía la reacción. Nos fuimos y el pesebre nos persiguió por el camino, porque debía pagar por mi comida, ya que no tuve una reacción. Le dije que no me la comí. Dijo que podíamos terminar. Ese no era el punto. El hecho es que no tenía hambre ahora porque me preocupaba que mi novio muriera. Todo era por dinero, no por el error que habían cometido, y cómo lo estaba haciendo mi novio, nunca volverá.

Incredible choice for vegetarians/vegans fresh ingredients very healthy but very tasty. Lovely outdoor seating when the sun was out.

This is an amazing restaurant, lovely decor and calm environment. Brilliant mix of vegan and vegetarian options and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend.

It’s not always easy to find a quality vegan breakfast so I was delighted to come across Organico. The Organico Breakfast with scrambled tofu was both delicious and substantial and set me up nicely for the day. Very friendly and efficient service too!

The cakes must be left out for days, it was rock hard and seems just bought from Costco. Definitely not worth the ridiculous cost of £5 a slice! Would not recommend, also the staff seem to be treated not very well it’s a very weird vibe from the restaurant, disappointing as this place seems to have potential. Do not waste your money, this place is way too expensive for the experience you get.

My Dad and I chose to visit here for some brunch whilst in Liverpool and would definitely return. My dad is vegetarian and it’s hard to find a decent full vegetarian breakfast which is big enough and actually made with nice ingredients! This was just that and for a reasonable price. There were lots of sweet bakes available on the counter too if you would prefer a coffee date over brunch. We visited on a weekday afternoon and it was quite quiet then, the staff were lovely and the setting is beautiful.

Walking past the cakes on the counter, certainly helped the appetite, good selection of drinks available, we all ate something different, but would probably have been quite happy eating, any of the other 3 dishes, we shared 2 cakes after which were delivered with 4 spoons for sharing, a good lunch ambiance with nice, clean toilets, so 5 stars all round, food was of great quality and quantity as described in the menu

So, we have ordered yesterday and today for lunch delivery. Lots to choose from the interesting menu. Had the breakfast for lunch today :), and we had tacos yesterday. Got to say, the food was absolutely delicious, and delivered by a smiling, friendly driver.....thank you guys xx

Best breakfast I've had in a cafe for a long time. Very tasty and good value; I had the avocado on toast with salad. Lunch was also excellent ; a buddha bowl . The staff were welcoming and polite. The only downside for me is that the lunch was far too much for me to eat. I would like to see small portions offered for those with small appetites.

Great Location. Sunny outside seating area making it a good place to take a break and relax from the hustle and bustle. My coconut milk cappuccino and carrot cake were both excellent. In particular the carrot cake was outstanding;the best I have tasted anywhere. Great customer service and value for money.

An amazing place, would recommend this venue to anyone wanting to have something healthy and alternative to all of the other restaurants that are around in Bold street. The staff are amazing and wonderful to speak to, they have really good communication skills and the food that is created by the kitchen staff are works of art and taste as good as they look. Everything is priced reasonably as well as having deals every now and then to make the experience all the more memorable. 10/10 would go again

Great place. Well-priced breakfast/brunch/lunch with a huge variety of options. Also dog-friendly so VERY happy on that! I had the green omelette which was fantastic! Chockful of spinach with crunchy kale and more spinach atop and other greens. The saltiness of the feta was a great contrast. Very filling meal. My husband got the feta omelette with sausage he raved about. One thing I think could be added to the omelette is a piece of sourdough. Having to pay extra comes across as mean to me. Lovely staff and very IG-friendly decor. The next day I got the Buddha Bowl for takeaway and was overall very pleased, save for the green beans and broccoli rabe (which I don’t recall in the ingredients but I may have misremembered). The hummus and avo were very moreish as were the roasted peppers and onions. On a negative point the vegan salted chocolate caramel cake looks amazing but is not. It tastes too “vegan” sadly, with very little chocolate flavour except an odd taste. I threw 1/4 of it away. I would defo still return.

We googled vegan food and went here as a result, it’s fantastic, really cute in green and pink, great menu and delicious food. We had breakfast 2 days in row , had we been staying longer we would have returned.loved it

Ordered 2 coffees and 2 vegan desserts which were delicious. Sat out the front in the morning sun and it was all rather pleasant. Will definitely be back.

Went to this place months ago with my friend and still wretch every time I walk by it. Ordered a vegan dish which was covered in rubbery orange cheese that smelt and looked horrific. It tasted even worse. Alongside that, the manager acts so overly lovely to customers but I saw the way he speaks to his staff. He is seemed so disrespectful and passive aggressive toward them. I really hope for God’s sake that this place has improved since I last went that they have replaced the manager.

Went today for breakfast, and the food was not a disappointment! My partner went for the pain au chocolat and I went for the vegan pancakes. I literally couldn’t even finish the plate, there was loads! Definitely good value for money. Will definitely be back!

I had no idea food should have so many flavours. All the taste buds were exploding. My only concern with going back is … I now have high expeditions! Can’t wait to explore the rest of the menu

Great coffee, great service but the food was very below standard and expensive for what it was- avoid the tofu scramble- not good

Stopped off at Organico for a coffee and cake, and were greeted by a lovely server called Megan, who was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The cake, coffee and service was exceptional - we would definitely recommend the red velvet cake!

Absolutely beautiful and tasty food. Presentation was fantastic as well as the taste. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We met the manager who shared his passion for healthy food. A total delight , we will definitely make this restaurant a regular visit.
