We visited for the first time today, just popped in for a takeaway iced coffee but ended up buying a bag of coffee beans which were ground for us there and then. Staff were really friendly and knowledgeable, coffee tasted great and it looks like a lovely place to relax.

Absolutely love it here, such a friendly team and the food and drinks are always amazing. I get the drink subscription because I’m here so much and it’s great to chill out in, or do uni work because they have plenty of plug sockets! Best coffee place in Liverpool!

Not a great experience. No real information (including opening hours) on their website so had to trust Google. Went for breakfast, ordered a panini but was told they don't serve them until "later". Coffee was fine but was served in a filthy plastic beaker (see pic). We were there at about 8:20 and the toilet was already grubby. Don't think I'll be rushing back.

Coffee poured by people who care. The clue is in the name. I have been coming here for years, whenever I'm back in town, and it is consistently excellent. As good a Long Black as it can be. Thank you, don't change a thing.

Great coffee served in a slightly odd, handle-less, plastic (?) receptacle. Nice place though and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Will be back.

Absolutely loved this branch! I visited for a ‘girls on the go’ event and it was my first time. But i will definitely be coming back to just work or chill. I tried their strawberry matcha for the first time and I loved it. I’m not a matcha girl but this drink will turn me into one! What i loved the most are the vibes and the ambience

Used to be a lovely atmosphere and the staff where always happy.. unfortunately they now look deeply unhappy and I don't like going here anymore.. my last visit the food was stale and the poor girl was on her own.. shop was rammed felt sorry for her.. poor management leads to your customers finding other more friendly atmospheres to sit in!

During my recent visit, I had a brief bite to eat and enjoyed a cup of coffee. The coffee was of exceptional quality, and the manager demonstrated remarkable helpfulness and professionalism. I anticipate returning in the near future.

Came in for a quick coffee after a trip into town. Served by Jordan who was very friendly. He was attentive, knowledgeable and made a great Cortado. This shop has a lovely vibe and all the staff seem happy to be there which is always a plus. A great, dog-friendly space. Worth a visit!

Standard flavored coffee, small and regular sizes. The shop has plenty of seating space. Most people come to work. There is wifi available, but they can't access it. There is 1 bathroom.

Cheap and relaxing. Good for having a chat or studying.

No large cups - wrong order given - and when I walked all the way back up gave me 2 drinks as apology but they were like Luke warm milk with a hint of coffee - overall not good

Great coffee that’s why I always visit on a regular basics. But I encountered an awkward situation which leaves me to question the nature why it happened. I went into one of location in Liverpool, I went to the counter to place my order, while by the counter I notice that the staff were preparing coffee for what looks like a photoshoot was taking place at the side of the shop/ restaurant so I decided to wait without being acknowledged but then I am a regular customer there and always get treated with respect maybe after this my service will change. Today went quite different because I sat down to wait while what I walked in on the staff were doing get done but then a white man walked in to the counter and he was acknowledged straight away and then the server looked at me and said something but because I had one earphone in my ears I didn’t hear well, I told him he could serve the man first because i was starting to think what is this. I must admit I am always in there buying coffee in the same clothing so maybe I look some type of way or maybe it’s just prejudice because I don’t want to feel it’s racial. I felt embarrassed but I can’t tell what I felt because even the coffee starting to taste different just from the experience. I wanted to say something to the server but I don’t know what the turn out would feel.

In recent months the vibe in here has become immaculate- brilliant service, baristas always remember my name and order; really helps create a sense of community. Ideal place for people watching with the best coffee in the area hands down. Big up Tom, honestly has bought such a good vibe to the place.

As a student, 92 Hardman Street has bene instrumental in my studies as a safe and inclusive place to work. Staff like Tom and Beau always make the place welcoming and the cosy vibes are matched with the baristas kindness and friendly faces :)

The cofee latte is good. The atmosphere is not that much.

Best latte and mocha I’ve had during my stay in the UK. Very friendly staff, high quality coffee, great sweets. Couldn’t think of any better alternative for the rainy winter mornings than to drop by and spend some time in.

Stopped in on a cold December day for some hot chocolate and a breakfast sandwich. It was very quiet, laid back, with local clientele from the surrounding schools and apartments. Service dog friendly. Hot chocolate was delicious and ham and cheese toastie wasn’t too heavy - crispy and tasty. It’s worth noting I don’t know if they make it fresh, but it was nice either way.

I popped in yesterday with my cousin and her 8 year daughter. One of the best coffee I have ever had here in Liverpool. The service, the atmosphere and the ambiance was over 5 star. Small and quirky yet welcoming. Anybody can fit in. I have lived in Liverpool for over 28 years and I can honestly say I have found my place to hang out with my kindle and coffee. Thank you for a wonderful experience . I shall be back.

Nice place where you can have your own cup of coffee without any problem. You can just order and sit and enjoy. I enjoy my coffee here as well as my friend. We have a wonderful time spent here and unforgotten memories.

One of the best Lattes I have had since coming to visit Liverpool. Would highly recommend. Space feels a bit small when it gets busy but great space to work, with good wifi.

"Baristas" dont know where the beans are from and enjoy telling stories to each other in front of waiting customers of how customers have complained and what they said in return to them. Ordered some cake at 11am but told no plates despite only having 4 customers in the shop. Coffee poor and often made to feel unwelcome. Also dont go in the toilet its vile

Nice but coffee was cold. Bought 2 cakes and both were claggy and bland.

Their hot latte & americano were perfecttt especially the americano, and their pain au chocolat was also delicious, I was really in love with this cafe. And The staff were amazing and friendly, I highly recommend it!!🤍

I had an amazing experience at the coffee shop during a busy time due to graduations! The team handled the rush exceptionally well, keeping everything running smoothly. A special thanks to the woman with blonde curly hair who served us; she was friendly and attentive. I must say, the management team deserves praise for assembling such a caring and efficient group of individuals. They truly look after each other and provide exceptional service. I'll definitely be returning to enjoy more great coffee and the wonderful atmosphere they've created next time I am in Liverpool!

Paid 5.80 for an ice cold sandwich on plain white bread, staff informed me at 12pm that there was only 2 sandwiches left, so I said I’d take them both. I was shocked with the half arsed attempt of a sandwich, what do you mean there was only two left you could’ve slapped that together in ten seconds; if you left out the part of leaving it in a freezer for the day. Grim…..

Awful coffee and raw pain au chocolat

Had 2 Americanos on 13/07 at about 1230. First one just about OK. 2nd one just brown water. Not OK. Couldn't be bothered complaining, would have only been irritated by being offered to pay for "another shot". How about serving up what I pay for? This place used to be pretty good, but now, as well as serving P, its taking the P. Liked the photo display tho, and the atmos.

Got a batch brew and it tasted like hot water. Served in very large, tall cup, which got me dubious before I even tasted it. Proper pour over was £3.80, which I thought was a bit steep (and I live in London!). Great location/space, and the staff were really nice. I think I just ordered wrong, or was unlucky, so will definitely try again, but with an espresso drink.

Visited before a theatre trip for a quick lunch. Very tasty toastie and good coffee. Good friendly service. Would consider coming back next time I am in that part of the city.

Dropped into this 92 Degrees outlet as my twin brother Stephen and I were wandering around the vibrant Baltic Triangle District,been here before ,always had a good time and so it proved on our latest visit. A great looking cafe ,industrial style decor and furnishings and lots of seating options ,it's a great cafe to chill out in. We were here on a Friday afternoon ,we ordered a flat white coffee ,served steaming hot ,we chilled out and planned out the day ahead while sipping our coffee's. I must say the coffee here is really good ,a quality brew ,it's consistent till the last drop ,a really good and refreshing coffee indeed. We really enjoyed our coffee's in here before we moved on and as on every other visit to here we had a great home. This 92 Degrees outlet is easy to locate along Jamaica Street in the Baltic Triangle District. Opening hours are; Monday to Sunday,9am till 5pm. Well worth checking out if you're in the area.

So we normally go the Baltic for breakfast as we work here but this was our first time. My mate ordered the club sandwich and I got the phillicheesesteak it was lovely and can’t complain and staff were awesome

I was with my partner and my 2 momths old son. We had a tasteful ham&cheese toastie with coffee. Good to have a chat or work.(We did both) Nice atmosphere with high ceiling. They are selling good quality coffee beans, so i bought one. Good to take a baby. There is a changing table. I'll definately go back soon.

This place was very good a few years ago but has really gone downhill. A lot of the baristas are sub-par and have no sense of urgency, leaving customers waiting for a long time even for a takeout coffee. They also have a ridiculous card-only policy which is very frustrating and completely unnecessary. I won’t be going back to give them another chance until they accept cash again.

My first visit Sadly was dissapointed with my pastry( croissant) ...definitely not fresh and wasn't offered the option for warming it up. I didn't complain at the time. Service was good and staff friendly and welcoming. Dog friendly too...I had 3 with me!!!

If I pay over £10 for food, I'd at least expect to sit in warmth. Its a good place, and a similar concept to Liverpool's Baltic Market, but so expensive for sitting on a cold bench. I'd recommend going for one then going to Spoons where the drinks are half the price, and it's warm!

From paying to getting the coffee took ten minutes, other people there also waiting a long time. VERY Overpriced and not worth it either. Try once but not again. One star because it was hot.

Been twice and the staff seem friendly enough however you will wait ages for your coffee and it will be quite mediocre. They do seem busy and I don't doubt that the staff are hard working, however waiting 20 minutes for your coffee isn't ideal.

Visited for breakfast. Incredible coffee (best we’ve had in Liverpool) and great huevos rancheros. Slightly too many nacho chips and would have been better in a bigger bowl to make it easier to get at for eating.
