Breakfast with a view !! Absolutely incredible food, pot of tea that fills 3 cups ! Great price for the location and great value for money .. so full up 😊 loved it and the staff were very friendly .. a seagull kept coming near by but I knew that was a risk sitting outside on a sunny day by the waterfront .. it didn’t steal my food though 😊 grateful to of experienced peaberry coffee house & kitchen . Thank you x

Looked good and busy so we stopped for lunch. We all had sandwiches where the bread was toasted but was rock hard. In the picture the Club looked good but was a real jaw workout to eat. Over £50 for 3 sandwiches and drinks didn’t feel good value.

What a wonderful place. It's easy to rest on your laurels in a tourist trap and make do with a business that just does enough. Not at Peaberry. Everything was excellent! From quick attentive service from the lovely Aiden, to the extremely comfy seats, the beautiful views and then the food. The food. Fabulous menu, perfectly executed. Delicious! Oh, and excellent coffee. Oh and a gentle little 'hair of the dog' selection - Bloody Mary, Pineapple Mimosa etc. Yup, the perfect weekend brunch. Thank you Peaberry😋

There was excellent service at a lovely restaurant and the Peaberry breakfast was hands down the best full English I’ve ever had! Why can’t other restaurants not do it like this?!

What a great place. We had the Tiramisu French toast which was fabulous. We just dived in so the photo was taken after a few bites. We had a lovely experience and served by Hannah who was helpful and seemed to go out of her way to be kind. We don't visit Liverpool often, but when we do this is where we will go.

Food and atmosphere was nice, but the staff were rubbish! Totally ignorant, takes ages to receive your order. Wouldn’t recommend, plenty of other nice places around the dock instead.

Had a fab little solo lunch. Had a lovely little cocktail and a beef brisket toastie. Was really busy and felt understaffed but the servers Aidan and Ella were the loveliest!!

Asistió un miércoles por la mañana alrededor de las 11: 30 am y estaba muy ocupado, así que un poco de espera para la comida (que nos pre-advirtieron de antemano), pero eso no fue un problema para nosotros. La comida era deliciosa. Pedí los hachís browns cargados con tocino y huevos aunque se olvidaron de incluir la parte del huevo, estaba delicioso de todos modos y muy amablemente lo sacaron de la factura a pesar de que dije que no era un problema, lo disfruté todo igual, así que eso fue muy amable de su parte. Sin duda volvería de nuevo y recomiendo encarecidamente!

Absolutely delicious food! We ordered the Akuri and the hashbrown stack, and we thoroughly enjoyed both dishes. The ambiance was great too. Although it was rush hour when we visited, the food arrived within about 30 minutes. Considering it was a weekend morning, the staff was quite prompt and helpful.

This place is a little gem. We've been visiting here for about 3 years now. It has such a friendly atmosphere and is right in the heart of the Albert Dock. The food is absolutely delicious and caters for every diet with it's varied menu. Service is great . I always feel like I've had the best treat when I've been here.

We had the best time here - Our server went above and beyond, understanding that some of our party were late, keeping us refreshed with drinks, handing us extra napkins when it was clear we needed them without us needing to ask, being discreet when it came to bringing out a birthday cake, the list goes on! Staff were brilliant, food was brilliant, couldn’t have asked for more.

Really enjoyed our visit. Very well placed on Albert Dock looks great from the outside and inside. We were greeted by a lovely friendly waitress, we explained that we had just over an hour to eat and she reassured us that would be no problem and would send a waiter over very soon, which they did and we received great service. We both had the breakfast brioche which we would highly recommend and great tasting coffee. We would definitely recommend and would return.

Demasiado ocupado para ser bueno. La intención está ahí, pero es demasiado ocupado para obtener un buen servicio. El resultado es un personal de aspecto ligeramente apresurado, café increíblemente malo y no excelente comida. El blanco plano era simplemente manos abajo terrible - como algo que obtendrías de costa en un mal día. La comida tenía buenas intenciones, pero creo que se dejó en la lámpara caliente durante demasiado tiempo y se secó y se quemó. Juego limpio que quitaron el quemado de la cuenta sin preguntas, por lo que son amigables.

Our new favourite, we love Moose Coffee but think Peasberry is our new love. Lovely menu and reasonably priced. Staff and service very good.

Amazing service, they’ll bend over backwards to make sure they deliver what you ask for, even when they don’t have all of the ‘traditional’ elements of a dish. Very accommodating.

The service was excellent, staff were friendly and attentive. The food was okay but not as nice as when I had previously visited though. There was good vegetarian options on the menu.

Huge love for this place. Big shout-outs to the staff, and this is why: We had 3 Uber drivers cancel on us from our hotel as we tried to get to our 11:45am reservation. When we finally got dropped off on the wrong side of the dock area (it’s kind of hard to find!), we were 15 minutes late and slightly mortified/apologetic, but the staff could not have been more understanding and relaxed, and sat us down at our table no problem. Secondly, we were too early for the lunch menu to be served yet (and had already eaten breakfast) so the servers let us relax with our tea a little longer so we could order the lunch menu instead - we were really grateful for their patience! When you’re still that jet lagged day 1 of a trip and your meals are all messed up, it was lovely of them to show us such wonderful hospitality. Thank you! Xoxo

We had a fantastic breakfast for one of our team Christmas get togethers. Food was amazing and such a lovely varied menu. We will definitely be back.

After waiting some time after being seated I had to wave them over to place my order. They were standing chatting directly in front of me. Food came over 30mins late, but was told up to 30mins wait when I entered. No communication of the delay or apology. Went there with the my two young children for a treat but spoiled their morning.

This place is absolutely great! The atmosphere was just right and the staff were welcoming and friendly and efficient.

Popped here this morning for breakfast after a weekend in Liverpool, greeted by friendly staff and sat on a nice table in the window. Great atmosphere and I loved the decor and feel of the place. I had eggs Benedict with smoked salmon and my husband had smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Both were divine and really generous with the salmon in particular. (Because we are greedy) we ordered a side of salt and pepper hash browns to share, which were really tasty. Nice drinks,great food, great staff. Next time we visit Liverpool we will definitely be coming back

Visited with my son on Saturday the club sandwich was inedible it was impossible to take a bite was on 3 doorstop slabs of bloomer and too hard ! When he told staff the answer was deconstruct it ! Then it’s not a sandwich it becomes , bread, chicken (which was dry and tough) & bacon what a ludicrous suggestion when u ordered a sandwich , then offered no alternative beyond this and offered to take it away but he would still have to pay , as if his is any kind of good customer service ! FYI it’s not about quantity of food being a problem it’s about being to eat said food as should be eaten and why they would act like they were baffled by this complaint. Only could eat this if the customer is able to dislocate their jaw !!!! Regardless of this a good venue would try to remedy a unhappy client by any means be it offer a substitute meal maybe if no other way , he would have been happy with plain bread cut the slices thinner would be an idea

Food was fantastic atmosphere was chilled and music was spot on just enough in the background to have a conversation, staff were really friendly and helpful. Also took cash which was fab. Thanks guys! Will defo be back.

This spot on Liverpool’s Albert Royal Dock serves up one of the best vegan English breakfasts I’ve ever had! Everything was flavorful and well-prepared, and the vegan black pudding was a standout—such a tasty twist! Highly recommend if you’re around the docks and looking for a delicious plant-based meal.

Had breakfast twice here on our 3 day stay in Liverpool, very friendly staff, good prices and delicious food. Would recommend and will definitely visit again. Location is fantastic and a good size place. 5/5

We visited for lunch when we arrived in Liverpool and then for breakfast the next three mornings. What can I say, we loved the food at Peaberry, the quality, quantity, choice and price was excellent. Over the course of three days we had beef brisket toasted sandwich, club sandwich (which has to be the biggest sandwich I’ve ever seen), full english, new york bagel, beef brisket and poached eggs on sour dough, pancakes with bacon, syrup & pecans and avocado, poached eggs and tomatoes on sour dough. We also had mimosas the first morning to start our weekend break. As I said all food was excellent, tasty, hot and arrived with no delay. Staff were all friendly and polite and we loved the decor. If you are in the area you must visit, you won’t eat a hotel breakfast again. I am so glad I researched the area first. We could have stayed another few days and still not worked our way through the menu! One last point, thank you for providing a decent teapot that holds more than one cup of tea, an essential start to my morning!

Popped in just before closing time on Sunday (6pm) for a coffee expecting to be turned away but instead we were welcomed by friendly staff and great coffee! Plus the place is very “instagram-able “ - beautiful hand painted murals and pretty jungle themed decor just made for relaxing. Wish I’d had more time and definitely a place for a lunch, cake & coffee or something for the evening. Hopefully next time we visit Liverpool eh!

Had breakfast here last time we visited Liverpool so was top of our list this time - can’t beat the location and menu - staff very friendly and advised us of wait time - well worth the wait - so much so we had breakfast there the next morning as well

Wide range of out of the ordinary food on offer. Service was quick, but we booked and were in early before the crowd hit.

Great little restaurant on The Docks. Had brunch of New York breakfast Bagels and Brisket hash browns. Big Wows for all three. Very filling , well presented, portions more than adequate and delicious. Great coffee too served quickly by very pleasant and efficient waitresses. Good value . Would recommend

The worst service I’ve experienced in Liverpool. Seriously disappointing. We arrived 5 mins before our booking, and we were then seated a few mins later. We had to wait over half an hour for someone to come and greet us at the table and take our order, then ANOTHER 45 minutes for our drinks to arrive. When they did arrive, the lad just chucked the 4 drinks down without saying what anything was. Basic knowledge of the drinks you are serving should be standard - when we questioned which was the chai latte and which was the normal latte, he didn’t know. He also had no idea if almond milk was used in one of the drinks, as had been requested. Furthermore, he didn’t bring any cups for the jug of tap water and we had to ask someone else 10 minutes later when we finally got their attention. This was really poor. The food took another 20 minutes on top of this. One dish was good (the tiramisu french toast) but the fry ups were all distinctly average. Not one member of staff apologised for the lengthy delay in service and none seemed bothered in our experience. To top it all off a 10% service charge was added to the bill, which upon further reading of the receipt I was pleased to see was discretionary. So I asked to remove this because I said the service was really disappointing. Having said this, I was greeted with a grumpy face rather than a question regarding what was wrong and what could be improved. The staff didn’t even care! We were all seriously disappointed and will be advising friends to avoid. I’m not a pedantic person when eating out and I go out of my way to tip good service, but today’s experience was so poor I just had to leave a review online. For the sake of others visiting your place, please hire more staff, train-up the current staff and ensure customer experience is at the forefront of your service.

We had been to this lovely cafe on our last visit to this beautiful city. We returned this time to celebrate my late wife's life, who loved this city. We wanted to visit places that we came with her, what a nice place to have our breakfast at one her places she like. Food and service was lovely and made our day, a great start to celebrate her 2nd year death anniversary with memories to cherish.

Been here multiple times and always get the best service from all the staff there, ate here this morning with family and ordered the loaded hash browns, told it was a half hour wait on food but we didn't mind that as we could see it was packed! The food was stunning and so filling that I actually couldn't finish it. Highly recommend this venue for it's amazing food and super friendly staff

Came to Peaberry for a traditional English breakfast. Upon arrival we was told food would be 40 mins wait which we accepted. Service was good and the atmosphere was good - full of life. Coffees came relatively quick and was lovely. Then our breakfasts came after about 40 mins of waiting. Hard and cold sourdough. One piece of sourdough short. Eggs were soaked in grease and brown! Like the oil needed changing. Hash browns actually had oil pouring out of them when cut in half. Bacon was burnt and rock hard . Mushrooms were cold. We only got a spoonful of beans. It was the worst breakfast I’ve ever seen in my life. I’ve never ever had to return food before but I did today. It was £14 a breakfast and we ordered two. My partner ate one sausage and black pudding and that was all he could stomach. It was disgusting. The waiters / waitress was lovely in sorting out refund out and the manager rightly refunded us. However the manager didn’t come over and apologise just left this to the poor table servers. I will never come here again. The black / white pile of grease in the left hand side of my photo are the eggs! Shocking. We ended up paying £14 for two coffees and two cokes and went home hungry as we returned the lot.

My favourite breakfast place in Liverpool. Can never decide what to have because everything is so delish. Love the atmosphere, and the wait staff are all super friendly, even when rushed off their feet. 💕

The brisket eggs on toast is ok and tasty. The loaded hash browns with eggs & bacon was dryer than a wall being papered. Don't recommend eating wall papper bring stuck on a wall. If I did, I prefer it over their hash browns

Had a brunch here. The food was amazing with wonderful staff who provided everything that we wanted Looks small and compact as you enter but through is a wonderful room. Really nice food. One of my favourite at the Albert Dock

Very accommodating as l was alone with my 20month old granddaughter. Lovely roomy table outside,my choice & a lovely ,wooden highchair with brilliant restraints.Lovely view too.l ate off the menu as my granddaughter had a packed lunch which they allowed her to eat at the table.l had the chicken & chorizo flatbread which was absolutely divine & l only had a diet coke.l pai £16 including tip & it was worth every penny.Other peoples meals looked delicious too.Spotlessly clean inside & out including easy access loo /baby changing room Staff were all very helpful & polite too.Now on my list of favourites when in Liverpool.

Fantastic staff food great very quick service even though it was busy

My friend and I were in Liverpool for the day on Thursday 25 July, and we visited this restaurant three times during the day! The first two times were just for coffee, and the third time was for coffee and scones with cream and jam. The service was excellent on each occasion and the coffee was lovely. On the third occasion, we reckoned we couldn’t go wrong with visiting again! Lovely Hannah greeted us and allowed us to sit where we wanted. This was important for my friend as due to disabilities, she has specific needs where seating is concerned, and she needs a padded seat, which was available. We fancied a light snack, so Hannah gave us several options, including scones, which was exactly what we both fancied! The scones, cream and jam were absolutely delicious! The scones were a good size, warm and fresh. Hannah was delightful and friendly and very attentive and efficient. The restaurant was nearly closing, but we weren’t made to feel that we had to rush out. My friend was even able to access the toilet before we left. She has mobility issues and the toilet was easily accessible for her. Thank you for your excellent care and attention Hannah, and thank you to Peaberry Coffee House & Kitchen for accommodating us three times in one day! ❤️

We came on a family trip Liverpool to experience the sights and sounds of the nearby tourist attractions. We'd heard so much about this place, particularly it's coffee. We ordered flat whites which were substandard more like basic nescafe instant cups of coffee. My pancakes were average and not quite fully cooked. Poached egg on toast came on basic sliced bread rather than freshly baked bread. So disappointed that the standard and quality of food was just not there. Though our waitress was nice and tried her best to cater to us.

I went with my dad and sister in the morning, the cafe was empty so we got a drink and a bag of crisps to sit outside. The waitress came out and told us outside was only for hot food and asked us to leave. People walking by even looked surprised. Never again

Food was amazing. Recommend booking for a weekend as it was very busy. Plenty of vegan options but they weren't on the menu in the cafe but were online. The waitress was even confused and couldn't offer much assistance on this as it was showing all the options on the till that were online.

A lovely restaurant and coffee shop located on the Albert Dock in Liverpool City Centre. Seating available inside and out. As it was a hot summers day we chose to sit outside where you can people watch on the main walkthrough of the Albert Dock We only ordered drinks as it was mid morning but the service and drinks were excellent. It was a popular place to stop as the restaurant was busy with people ordering brunch and drinks - a really nice place to stop for something to eat and or drink

We had a really good coffee and cake outside! Pleasant staff! BUT get your act together Management as the tables weren't clean and many not cleared! Also tables inside hadn't been cleared and food was lying around! Not impressive! Sorry!

We were served by Aiden today and he was so friendly and nice even though they were really busy. Made us feel very welcome. All the other staff who brought drinks and food over were great too. Hope they are all appreciated here ☺️

Had the most delicious cheese and beans with hash browns for breakfast. Honestly, it was great. It usually comes with bacon, so we ordered via the QR code, where you can’t customise so I popped inside (we sat outside in the sun) and asked the staff to remove the bacon and they were so lovely. Nothing was a problem. Super friendly and the coffee was good too! Highly recommend for a quiet breakfast with chilled music vibes.

Absolutely terrible food. They don’t know how to cook an egg. The service was awful and one of the rudest managers I have ever come across when we asked quite politely for water for the third time. Not a very good introduction to Liverpool. I would avoid at all costs. I would encourage people to look at trip advisor reviews as there are other examples of management being rude. And food taking a long time. What a ridiculous reply!

We went here for breakfast at 10am on a Sunday morning (we had booked). We got seated pretty quickly however were waiting for 20 minutes to order, we hadn’t got any drinks at this point either. I got up and asked one of the waiters if he could take our order as we’d been waiting a long time. Another table asked the same thing. Tables who had come in after us were getting served. The waiter who I’d asked to take our order still didn’t come to us and served another table. We left without having and drinks or food. Such a shame is it looked really nice but service was shocking. Couldn’t really tell who the staff were as a lot of them were in jogging bottoms and hoodies.

Absolutely lovely place in a great location. We went in first of all for a hot drink but visited again when we realised they had gluten free options! Servers were really knowledgeable about allergens and the food was wonderful. So glad we discovered Peaberry on our trip to Liverpool!
