Joel was amazing it was super busy but he still made our night food and drinks were great He was swept off his feet but still had a smile give him a raise

Joel was absolutely amazing! Just before it got busy he made sure we were served, fed and happy with shots, before something became and issues he had combated it, he was so busy but still had the time to make our day special. Would recommend to all my friend and family

Food was nice, had a voucher for 5 tapas and 2 cocktails , it was cold inside ,I had to put my coat back on. It semed unstaffed (the two staff we saw were running about like mad) would I ever return ???? Would have to think about it...

Excellent service. I had issues trying to use my gift certificate, the bookings team sorted it all out when I got there. Amazing staff and really lovely food. We had afternoon tea.

Visited here today as part of a hen party. It was part of a package and the deal was for tipsy tea. I have celiac disease and another in our party is vegetarian. A waitress came over and asked me to check the allergens, which I did but there was no section for "tipsy tea". I informed the waitress and she told me it was ok she knew what was on the platters we would get, so she went through the menu with me and picked out 3 dishes that she said I couldn't have as they included gluten. When the platters arrived I was told my gluten free food was on the same platter as the Vegan food. I double checked with the waitress that it was all gluten free, she stated it was. So I ate it.. you can guess what's coming.. it wasn't. There was a mushroom taco on the platter. I'm guessing this was to blame. I do not understand how people in the food service industry can be so uneducated on this. I trusted the venue and the staff and now I'm being violently sick and cannot attend the hen party I have paid alot of money for. Absolutely gutted. So if you have an allergy, I would avoid this place like the plague.

Lovely atmosphere we had 5 tapas dishes all totally delicious and 2 cocktails. Our server Joel was great nothing was too much no long wait time this was our first time trying tapas and didn't disappoint definitely recommend

Came with my family for a big meal out. Service was not very good, no check back, no drinks orders and food took over an hour to receive, despite a pre-order& pre payment in place. Wouldn’t ever go back or recommend but manager was friendly on the night. Not going to slate every aspect but definitely some room for improvement.

My first visit and experience of 'Bottomless Brunch' - loved it! Our server was Joel De who was amazing, thank you. I would highly recommend the Strawberry Daiquiri.

We popped in unplanned for an early evening meal and weren't disappointed. We were well looked after by the team who were friendly, efficient and attentive. We had the tapas, which was very tasty, and 2 for 1 cocktails which were tasty and rather potent too!

Got bought a Virgin voucher for 5 small plates and 2 cocktails. Despite mixed reviews we gave it a go. The food was so good. Lots of variety and fresh ingredient’s. We brought our daughter so added 3 more small plates and filled the table with food. Service was great and waitress even went out the way to get our daughter a garland that was meant for the Christmas party tables. Atmosphere and decor were both excellent. Would definitely go again!!

Nathan, our server, was incredible food was delicious and there were plenty of veggie and vegan options. Nathan made sure we always had a drink and honestly made our experience exceptional!! We had the bottomless brunch and loved it, thanks to, Nathan!!

We did a cocktail making class here as an activity for a Hen Party. We had great fun and our barman was excellent! The place has a great atmosphere!

My first experience having bottomless brunch! And wow, exceeded all my expectations. Three of us came here for a 21st birthday treat, and was served by Jess on her second week. Who surprised my friend with a brownie cake, sparkler. Jess has been so attentive with us, caring and accommodating. We will all definitely be back sooner rather than later.

Nice food and service and atmosphere

We went in for an afternoon tea (at 5pm)that was bought for us. We thought it might be busy, which it was, but they had a live band playing and sat us very close to the music. Great if that's what u want but we had come for food, drink & some conversation. We asked if we could move further away which in the end, we managed to get. 3 options for the food - meat, veggie or vegan & as we both don't eat pork we went for the veggie option. To be honest I expected a bit more variety, mushroom taco's, peppers, potato bravas, sweetcorn & something else (not too sure whatvit was tbh!!). The dessert was much better but again not a lot of variety. Chocolate sauce, a creamy cheesecake & churro's. We did have a cocktail each, which was not included in our experience, & when we asked for another drink we were told that we had to vacate our table & drink it by the bar as they needed the table for someone else!! We kindly decided not to have that drink & left very disappointed. We found out that we should have had the table for at least 2 hours for our tea, never mind,

Called in for some lunch and a drink on Tuesday at 1pm. Service was fantastic, it was a fabulous atmosphere looking out over the dock. Enjoyed it so much, stayed until 7.30. Cocktails were delicious, it got busier early evening, music vibe was great and had a thoroughly enjoyable day in a safe and welcoming environment. Thoroughly recommend.

Visited one afternoon for food and drinks and ended up staying all night. Brilliant atmosphere and great friendly service. We didn’t want a full meal so the staff brought us tapas throughout the visit. Nothing too much trouble and cocktails 10/10. Will definitely return.

Good food and excellent music. It is a very popular restaurant with a good range of cocktails. I thoroughly recommend pre-booking. We couldn't get in one evening and had to book for the following day.

One of the worst dining restaurants I've ever had. The food took ages to arrive, the steak I ordered medium arrived well done, and when I showed it to the poor waiter he took it and said it would take 11 min to get me s new one. I've received the new steak after 40 minutes, and it was salty in way that made it uneatable. My daughter who ordered a borito with pulled beef, actually enjoyed it at the beginning, but half the way through there was no beef or sauce left and it was basically borito with rice. However, that was probably for the good as 10 min after she stopped eating it she became sick and threw up everything she had just outside the restaurant. (They actually answered this review and asked me to send them an email, which I did. However, that email has never been replied, which suggests their non-commitment to customer service is a permanent thing...).

Had such a lovely evening, great service by Joel he made us feel so welcome. Although there were a few things missing from the menu everything that we had was gorgeous <3

Restaurant was very busy when we arrived, but our server Joel was excellent and made sure we had everything. We had 5 tapas which was perfect for the two of us. Food was lovely, will definitely be back.

8 of us booked for the bottomless brunch. We're seated straight away, decorations on the table, Food was beautiful, drinks great value and staff member Michelle was attentive and friendly. We had 8 rounds of cocktails and we all had a great time. Live singer came on just before we left and was very good. Will be returning again soon.

Food was really good and the cocktails are amazing. The live music is good however my only issue with it was it was too loud. Booked the table quite a while in advance and was disappointed when we arrived to a small table that didn’t really fit four people and not in the main dining area. We had an issue with a waitress dropping a vape from the balcony onto our table on the ground floor and smashing a glass on the table which went everywhere. This Was cleaned up and handled well by another waitress who was serving us and was super nice and friendly and accommodating (she even tried to get us a different table when the music got too loud).I didn’t manage to get her name but she was great

Really enjoyed going to this bar/restaurant. The cocktails are perfect with alternatives to the usual cocktail adding to the adventure. We had food and thought it was good value, tasty and generous in portions. The best part was the staff though, we struck a good rapport with Rose. She made our two visits special. The bar staff also explained cocktails well. Made us feel that our choice was the right one. Recommended.

I was very impressed as there was a live performance when I went with my mates for dinner. The atmosphere was great. Having dinner and looking over the docks was amazing. The food was nice, we all loved our orders, no complain. The staff was really helpful and kind.

Very confusing, Times not correct and the staff don't know anything. Website says venue and kitchen opens @11am. We enter @ 11:15, staff says sorry dont open until 1230, then another staff said no we're open. Get sat down, order, then we're told it will be 1230ish cause kitchen doesn't open util 12. Key stone cops.

Redeemed a BuyaGift voucher for Cuban style afternoon tea ( rather than traditional finger sandwiches etc ). Fantastic food and service (our server Rose looked after use brilliantly ). Would recommend highly and we will be returning.

Great atmosphere, lovely waitress but some terrible food. The piri gambas prawn tapas were tepid, swimming in tepid oil. They replaced them but they still tasted odd. The pulled pork tacos actually tasted unpleasant and were inedible even when replaced!!! Other dishes (burrito bowls and nachos were fine) Waitress was lovely and removed from bill voluntarily but it was a disappointing experience. We won't return I'm afraid...
