This is a brilliant cafe. Giving employment opportunities to adults with a learning disability. Lovely tables and comfortable chairs. I had a lovely latte and bakewell brownie, my son enjoyed his tea and brownie. I purchased a lovely loaf of bread. No bread baked today but usually you can see the bread being made. Great service. Amazing place.

This is a lovely light and relaxing place to meet friends for coffee and snacks. There is always someone to talk to or if you want to be quiet they will leave you alone!! Great cappuccino and you also get a little glass of smarties with every order. It is a gift and book shop too.

Love this place. The food and the staff are delightful.Always friendly, attentive and efficient. It’s by far my favourite place. The shashuka is fab and the full English is hard to beat.

Good Olde World pub with great service and good beer

As many people comment, this restaurant is a hidden gem. My friend and I visited today (19th December) and chose from the festive lunch menu. The food was superb - both delicious and beautifully presented: I chose chicken liver pâté and turkey and my friend had the Thai crab ravioli followed by pan fried sea bass - everything was cooked to perfection. The service is also excellent - the waiters are very friendly and polite. We love eating here!

Very pleased such a beautiful and cool place has opened up in Macclesfield. I loved the live music and I'll definitely be back. 10/10.

We brought some cheese and onion pies to take home, so so tasty, very generous filling; really fabulous quality. We heated them up for 20 mins in the oven. Lovely! Highly recommend; we are going to order some more as they are very good indeed. The Bakewell tart was also good (huge- shared it !) heated up with ready made custard in the microwave -

Superb spot for tea and all compliment yums

No cask ales (all 3 were off) and no food so didnt drink or eat. To be fair the kitchen had had a leak but why not update their Facebook page to warn people?

Great beer pub in the centre of Macclesfield near the station.
