I went to return my package to Amazon warehouse through asda Burnley , my package was packed in a box but the lad over there named Sam took the package from me and he took it out from the box and placed it on the table unattended , and told me to go back your parcel will be delivered and didn't give me any sort of evidence of the return confirmation and got busier with his work . I could literally feel that at that moment that these people will lose my package but little i could done at that time . Anyhow after a week i didn't receive any email from Amazon about confirming that they have received my parcel. Upon asking Amazon they said to me as long as you can give us any evidence of return from asda we will refund you straight away . So , i went back to the store spoke to sam again and he said extremely rudely we have sent it and there's nothing we could do about it as we aren't responsible for it and again refuse to give any evidence of the return .I also spoke to the manager and the manager was also quite rude and unprofessional and said the same as their staff and told me to go back. I asked them to show me a video footage of that day when i came to return my package but no effort were made at at all from the manager . Th lack of support and unhelpful attitude have caused me my hard earned money and i would like to make everyone aware of it no to return a package to Amazon through them. I would also like to speak to the higher department to kindly look into my issue and kindly resolve it please.

Very unprofessional, the man who served me gave the wrong order. I corrected him and he didn’t even apologise for the mix up. Also 2 female staff members shouting at each other viciously arguing in front of us all (the customers). I don’t know who was responsible but it was very unprofessional and the coffee maker was in his own world making himself drinks and not doing his job. Disaster of a franchise.

I'm struggling with 1 star, we ate here last night Mon 24/2/25 the food was inedible. I'm surprised any chef who has any pride in his work would allow such food out of the kitchen. We waited 15mins from ordering to table. That should have told us all we needed to know. I ordered the ribs which were luke warm and the chips looked like they had been sat most of the day n refried to warm them through 🤢 about the only thing that looked fresh was the salad. The other half ordered the steak & ale pie which was alright according to him but the chips were in the same sorry state. I didn't eat my meal and couldn't wait to leave ☹️ It goes without saying we will not be returning.

Very unwelcoming bar with pedantic bar staff. We attended on New Year’s Day and the bar staff asked our son/girlfriend (both 26) for their ID, no problem with that but then asked them again 4/5 times every time they went to the bar, ridiculous customer service. When asked why, after 2/3 times, they said they could be buying drink for someone else, even though we, a family of four, were clearly within sight of the bar.

A strange experience. We had a voucher for afternoon tea for two. Although the website states you don’t have to book, we called anyway to check this was the case. They confirmed we didn’t need to book. When we arrived later that day we were told they were short staffed in the kitchen so couldn’t serve afternoon tea. They then backtracked & said they could if that was all we wanted! Our food arrived almost immediately suggesting it was already prepared so I’m confused as to why they originally said they couldn’t serve it?? The afternoon tea was delicious and there was plenty of it. Shop generally a bit tired, and in need of some refurbishment.

In desperate need of a sit down, & a cold drink, on a hot day, I called in here for a milk shake. I`ll be honest, I never use any Costa outlets, I always try to use independent outlets, but this was handy, & as I said, & needed a drink. You wouldn`t think a milk shake could be spoiled, would you? Well this place certainly can, It was supposed to be strawberry, but it was basically coloured milk. So sadly Costa lived up to my expectations, they have no idea how to serve a proper drink. Avoid this terrible place.

Tried this place twice now from Uber eats, the first time they cancelled my order after 30 mins of waiting, the second time the driver dropped off kebabs instead of desert… when I called the shop I was dealing with a frustratingly uninterested guy who kept just telling me to call Uber… I could honestly hear both of his brain cells fighting for third place… done with the this place now, disappointed twice.

El servicio más lento de la historia. ¿Qué sentido tiene tener dos grandes cafeteras y 6 empleados detrás de la barra. . . si solo una persona recibe pedidos mientras hace tostadas también? Es una broma... el personal está más interesado en chatear con cada pedido que en atender a los clientes... Lugar se ven bien después de la renovación. . . pero defo necesitan una mejor organización. . . ya que no todo el mundo quiere pasar 1 h esperando para tomar un pedido. . .
