Used location and typed my adress got to payment screen not weight adress food come stone cold fuking so angry for 22 pound an people hungry

Poor delivery service the app says it’s been delivered having to to ring up to say it’s not been delivered and it’s on it’s way will not be ordering again from them this is 3 times now

delivered late 30 mins past expected delivery time. usually good but they need to change their fryer , chips tasted awful of old oil and had absorbed alot of the oil. not nice.

Hadn't eaten here since about 2005 when we used to go to liquid and elemental, seen it flash up on just eat so thought we'd give it a go. Food was hot when delivered, food was very good and tasty,also delivered a little before it was supposed to.

The food was lovely but I ordered a coke and received Pepsi, unfortunately I cannot drink Pepsi as it contains sweetners which I am intolerant of. I explained this the driver, who unfortunately did not speak English.

The burger had no sauce or veggies. Just 2 buns and friend meat. I ordered 2 sauces, got 1. Do not order from this place.

2 and a half hours waiting for a kebab and some chips, not really acceptable when the driver was "on his way" a half hour ago according to the takeaway. real shame used to be quite a good takeaway but I won't be going back.

Food was cold. The man bread was burnt and hard. Kebab meat was cold and tough.

Food was good but was 20 mins late and than when phoning they just say the driver is on the way not really good customer service especially when I use this takeaway all the time and have gave them so much business over the years

Prices are fairly reasonable and delivery tends to be very quick. No vegan cheese options for the pizza but I just ask them not to put cheese on and they're happy to do so though I do wish I didn't have to pay as much for pizza without cheese.

Ordered food from this takeaway, arrived 3 hours after ordering, an hour and a half later than they said it would arrive, requested a refund/cancel two hours after ordering which they have refused?? Shocking service but happy to take £50 from me and leave 4 people unhappy having to wait that long for cold food.

We arrived to pick up at 8:55 when I was messaged it was ready for the workers to tell me it hadn’t even been made yet so I had to sit there for 30 minutes and had to ask them for my food witch the still wasn’t finished with

Delivery time was between 8 45pm -905pm.....it finally arrived at 10.25pm!!. It was freezing cold, the garlic bread looked like it hasn't been cooked, the kebabs had barely any meat in them and there was a scoop of salad. The pitta bread was soggy

Ordered a collection but couldn’t make it - called them up to see if they could make the simple 15 minute drive to make a delivery (with me paying extra naturally) - they agreed then took the pizza to the wrong place, subsequently then calling me telling me to suck it up as they could no longer deliver to me. Don’t order from here as they will literally rob you 💀

Delivery driver blamed me for him not able to find my address, which was entirely his fault. Told me I was “wasting his time” and that I “should know my address” and was overall very rude.

Pedimos kebabs, patatas fritas y pizza de ajo. Las patatas fritas eran duras como la roca y tanta sal que podía comerlas, la pizza era como queso derretido encima de un círculo de cartón y el kebab era como tiras de goma grasientas calientes. EN LA PAPELERA. Afortunadamente estábamos a la vuelta de la esquina de una pequeña tienda Tesco, así que entré antes de que cerrara y compré algunos sándwiches en su lugar. Ahorra dinero, no te molestes.

Food was cold and the vegetables on the pizza were stale. Chicken smelt awful and has been thrown away after one bite. Sad as usually a good meal here.

Ordered 8 pieces of chicken along with two large chicken kebabs. Specifically requested to not receive any chicken drumsticks in my order! Out of 8 pieces of chicken, received 5 drumsticks! One chicken kebab contained slightly undercooked chicken. I’ve used this takeaway for several years but have now decided to take my business elsewhere. My last few orders have been disappointing, cold and tasteless pizzas, far too many drumsticks in chicken orders, standard has dropped! Sorry!

Naam bread kebabs with salad and sauce, soft Naam, Flavoursome meat, delivered, my go to kebab shop, excellent chicken and pizza, try and you'll use again.

Had bones or something similar in my mixed kebab and the drinks we payed for didnt come with the order.

I have a coffee here every weekend. There is a costa on site too, but the coffee is much better (I think they use union roast), there is a large selection of teas and the service is always quick and friendly. The outside seating area, though cold in winter, is relaxing and a nice place to watch the world go by for 20 minutes.

Ordered chicken got mixture of chicken legs and so called breast pieces plus some scratty wing bits . Chicken was like warm and so greasy , I will not be ordering from them again

I have just been in store to get food before returning home, guys in shop are nice but when a rude unruleing male came Into store started intimidating myself and another female they done nothing, then when another incident occurred we were the ones told to f off by staff as we were walking away with our food not a place to visit unless u want abuse !

Call the restaurant after 90 minutes of placing an order and they say "they're making it now" So what, you forgot about us for 90 minutes? Abysmal. No offer of a refund or anything of the sort, shocking.

Ordered from here most definitely over a hundred times and it's about time I finally left a review. My go to take away. Can't go wrong. The best food, I've always received it despite living in a block of flats. Sometimes they've been a bit late so I call and they are very polite and let me know how long to wait. I've recently had a few issues with them forgetting to include the dip that I order but apart from that they are amazing.

These do a mixture of the usual, pizzas, kebabs, fried chicken etc. I have to say, they do, by far, the best lamb doner kebabs in the area. Have a large one on a naan bread. The bread is so soft, the salad is fresh and the meat is spot on. It never has that "old" smell or taste that a lot of doner meat has, it tastes really fresh; the chili sauce is hot. Makes this a really clean, dirty doner!! Absolutely delicious

14" of cold burnt pizza NOT ACE

Just went in an hour ago I said a double cheese burger and the 10 onion wings NOT CHICKEN WINGS!! Not drunk it was 9.30pm if you can't get that right you should work for the Tories you'd fit right in!

We have been loyal to pizza republic for a while now but after receiving our food an hour and a half later we aren’t ordering again. They don’t even have the decency to answer the phone. However the delivery man was polite and apologetic about the staff at pizza republic.

Take way too long with delivery and they keep changing the chicken in the wraps without informing first. Should really put on the menu it could be either normal or southern fried chicken.

was a student at lancaster for 3 years and in that time I visited Pizzetta hundreds of times with friends, alone and with family. this is hands down one of the best places to eat in all of lancaster - the food is fresh and well-priced, the coffee is incredible, and the staff are very friendly and sociable. 5/5, would definitely recommend for any students starting at lancaster in 2021!

Placed an order tonight on justeat said it would be about an hour for delivery, ordered from here before and always came early, not this time...... rang them after after the deadline had come to be told it had been delivered but it hadn’t and got called a lower from the guy on the phone. Won’t be ordering again at all!!

AVOID!! Pizza Republic Lancaster is an absolute joke just like the so called manager they missed my son's burger out of the order so I ring up about it only for them to basically call me a lier and say I have received it because they made it 😠 2 phone calls with an arsey excuse of a manager arguing with me saying I've received it they will not make and send another. so angry right will never order from there again !!!

Food is below average and bare minimum, would be out of business if it were not for the convenience factor of being on campus.

Came here and got a 8 piece wings meal customer service was very good, also decided to get a Ben and Jerry’s, wasn’t to hard was too soft wooden spoon did bits for me, no snappage involved. All round good experience

I placed an order food come relatively quick although the margarita pizza looked like it had been crash tested not enough dough in the 14" base you'd of been lucky to get a 9" out of it and the taste was foul probably last job of night thrown together save your money regards

Ordered on a few occasions they cancelled an order and said 7-10 workings days for refund this did happen cancelled a second order for 38.15 15 days later still no refund still waiting for contact from restaurant manager first member of staff was quite rude abrupt I sincerely hope it isn’t a deliberate scam. Ordered nearly £30 of pizzas and fries for delivery. Food arrived cold/lukewarm at best. Had to be heated in my own oven before it was edible. Phoned the takeaway, not once did the man I spoke to apologise, just kept saying he couldn’t understand it. Asked me what I wanted him to do about it with the very clear insinuation that he wasn’t interested in doing anything at all about it. Food only just average when it was heated. We shall not be ordering again!

Average food and chips seem to have a weird taste to them, I think it's the oil used to cook them in. Delivery can take a fair amount of time to arrive (sometimes) I waited 1 hour and half for mine to come tonight and was kinda still warm tbh but still as a quick something to eat and cheap you can't go wrong but there is better take aways tbh

Pizzetta Republic Lancaster Stay away!! Appalling, unacceptable, rude customer service! Even had a hair pulled out of my head!!! 673529991 I am disgusted, appalled and shocked with the way I was treated by Pizzetta Republic!!! I open my pizza and there is a very long hair across the pizza, of course I took the pizza back. Instead of them apologising and insisting on replacing my pizza, all of the employees and manager accused me that it was my hair, it was not, it was too long to be mine and I literally just opened the box and there it was. They continued to laugh at me, ridicule me and gang up on me insisting it was mine, with the staff and manager repeatedly and aggressively saying it was absolutely certainly 100% my hair and the manager said he would only make me a new pizza if I admitted it was mine. One of the employees even went to great lengths to rip out one of my hairs to try and prove it was mine!!! They even resulted in swearing at me! Regardless of who's the hair was, I am astounded at the way I was treated. It appears this is not a one off, many reviews appear to say how rude the staff are, with them putting down the phone on you, shouting at you, accusing you of lying and abdicating any responsibility. Just absolute despicable and totally unacceptable, unprofessional behaviour! Please I advise you at all costs to stay away!!! Whilst you may be treated well if things go well, if anything goes wrong be prepared to take full responsibility for it and be treated absolutely appallingly with total disrespect. I have rated this company 1 star,as i ordered a pizza from here for first time last night was very helpful on the phone to take my order,i was told it would arrive within 30-45 minutes,it finnaly arrived 1 hour 25 minutes later was cold when i phoned the company i was spoken to very arrogantly and had phone put down on me ,i dont usally reveiw but wanted people/customers to know not to waste there money ordering from here ,would never order from here again and advise you to stay clear,,, Thanks sam

Food arrived cold. I rang to complain, man I spoke to was ridiculously rude, made me wait while he had a massive conversation about it with his colleagues, like I was lying. Culminated in him telling me to eff off at the end of the conversation. Don't waste your time and money buying from here.

Ordered a szechuan pizza and as i dont like spring onions i write no spring onions due to allergy as i thought they wouldnt ignore that, pizza arrived covered and i mean covered in spring onions, after picking all the onions off i was ready to eat so i pulled off a slice... and all the toppings fell to the centre, after every slice all the toppings fell off so i might aswell have ordered a loaf of bread. Remaining optimistic although still hungry i was prepared to eat the side onion rings with cheese, i opened the box and there was a 1 piece concoction of cheese and onion rings stuck together, after looking at what looked like an onion ring candle i had lost my appetite so just threw it all away, if ordering here i recommend a margarita pizza cause its probably the only decent thing ive had from this place, wont be ordering from here again:)
