Bisous Bisous in Manchester

Mi novia y yo fuimos por unos macarrones la última vez que visitamos Manchester. Eran brillantes sin quejas. Planeando volver pronto.

Nos encantaba Bisous Bisous, y vinimos ayer (11 de enero de 2025) a comprar un par de postres para la noche. Desafortunadamente, lo que presenciamos nos hizo caminar / decidir no volver nunca. 3 damas frente a nosotros pidiendo bebidas. El miembro del personal de comida le dijo a la señora de Flores: “Me he quedado sin tapas de plástico, ¿hay alguna en la parte de atrás?” Después de unos segundos de ida y vuelta, deciden agarrar una tapa de un expositor en la sección de flores, limpiarla con la mano descubierta y servirla a las damas. Inmediatamente salimos. ¡Higiene terrible! Descaradamente delante de los clientes también. Si no hay tapas, di eso, no uses una sucia e intenta limpiarla rápidamente con la mano. Es evidente que se necesita formación.

¡El café más lindo que he tomado! Muy bonito y florido café. Puedes pedir tu café con flores y conseguir un macrón al lado. Su café es bueno, pero sus macrones son tan sabrosos, especialmente el de la frambuesa.

Vine aquí dos veces, una vez para comprar macarrones como regalo que estaba muy bien envuelto y puesto en una caja, y otra vez para una bebida donde tuve un matcha latte de soja que era muy agradable. No hay asientos, ya que es muy pequeño, solo tienen dos sillas afuera, pero tienen una buena selección de café y tés, y también leches no lácteas como soja, almendra, etc, que es genial. En general una bonita tienda de macarrones, también venden ramos de flores tan grandes tanto para regalos como para una bebida.

Was walking by when I spotted jewel like cakes and pastries. Fantastic selection that tasted so delicious !😋. The macarons were Amazing !

Such a cute patisserie! There were both flowers pastries for sale. I got an Almond and Orange Financier, which was small- but luscious!

Popped in to buy some macarons for a treat to take home. First time I have been here. And the last. They were actually Stale. Can’t possibly have been freshly made that day so wonder how long they had been there waiting for a mug like me to come and buy them after being tempted by the pretty looking shop when they should have gone in the bin. Felt totally ripped off that I’d paid £7 for 5 stale macarons. Lesson learned.

The macarons are not nice at all. We selected five flavours to bring home and we’ve eaten the pistachio and lemon flavoured ones. Based on our experience of eating these two, The others will sadly go in the bin. It’s really not worth eating sugar and calories if you’re not even going to enjoy it. These are dry and chalky. There’s nothing authentically French about these. There’s no soft chewy meringue and the fillings are either tasteless or sickly. Macarons should be light, fun but decadent and delicious. These definitely offer none of that . They have the texture of being almost dehydrated and somewhat stale. Huge disappointment. Definitely not made by a patisserie chef. Sorry Bisous Bisous. Your macarons make very pretty instagramable photo props, but don’t qualify being anything more than that. In our opinion of course.

Very average macaroons. Nothing special. Very pretty shop. Staff are friendly. Limited selection with common flavours. Definitely not expensive but not cheap either.

We was there me and my friend we bought just one white choclate rasburry religieuse ... i was nearly vomited after i ate it streight away .. it was like you eat sweet butter .. nothing with french pastery .. thats why i see a store like this located in densgate but poor service and disgusting old pastery .. i will never go back there . i tell people who want to pay 4 pound for such a patisserie like this .. it does not worth .. i tried a french pastery in ^^Vermilion cinnabar ^^ and it was the exact french patisserie i would like to eat .. bisou bisou macarons was ok .. i like it the last time .. but this one i tried today is not nice at all ..
