Krispy Kreme Manchester Arndale in Manchester

Went to the Krispy Kreme this morning The upper floor shop Was served by Christopher Bought 2 doughnuts as a treat Got them home hardly any filling bruised and not that fresh Never look like the ones displayed in the cabinet Not sure how they are stored as they reach down behind the counter for them Expensive enough Won't be going again

amazing customer service, couldn’t ask for more lovely ladies then the two who served me! and to top it all off it was beautiful doughnuts

Recientemente visité por algunas donas y puede decir que son caras. Dicho esto, las donas de tarta de queso con fresa son realmente geniales y ciertamente recomiendan este producto en particular. Una vez más, todas las donas que he tenido de Krispy Creme son muy buenas y siempre extremadamente frescas. Creo que el personal necesita relajarse y no está tan centrado en el cliente, lo que hace que esta pequeña joya de puesto se caiga. Alegra a los chicos y entrega lo que el cliente quiere, no es el fin del mundo. Excelentes productos, lástima de algún miembro del personal.

Mi hijo tenía el púrpura con vimto adentro, le encantó. Dijo que volvería otra vez, productos de buena calidad.

El servicio estaba bien, donuts sin embargo no eran buenos. Seco y rancio, definitivamente no recién horneado en el día. No hay sabor real para las rosquillas que no sea un sabor químico extraño. No volveré a comprar Krispy Kreme.

I went into Krispy Kreme today I was starving, absolutely famished, all I wanted was a donut and had been looking forward to getting one from there. The lady at the till had no consideration that I was waiting in the queue for a long period of time whilst she was chatting away with the customers in front after she had finished serving them. However I continued to wait thinking she would take my order next, however no such thing did happen. I have had no bad experience at any other Krispy Kreme location but the one in Arndale has put me off going again. Krispie Kreme need to train their staff at being more respectful to customers and learn how to manage there time and be aware of customers who are waiting for more than 10 minutes.
