💥 WARNING: Think Twice Before Booking Piccadilly Whip Catering Limited Extremely disappointed! I booked Piccadilly Whip for Tia’s Holy Communion party in May and believe I made the requirements of my booking very clear. I specifically asked for ice cream cones to cater for 50 people. I was quoted a total price of £150 for this to which I agreed and transferred a £50 deposit straight away. On the day of the event an ice cream van arrived and the lady serving asked my daughter whether she would like a cone or sundae. I assumed that as she had openly asked this the sundae’s were included in the originally agreed price. Once my daughter was served I left and returned inside. After a few minutes I noticed that guests were returning from the van with various different ice creams, lollies and slushies. When I questioned this with the guests they informed me that they were being given a choice by the lady serving. I did not question this as I assumed that being a business who had taken a very clear order and as I had been given a flat price for a service, the staff member would have been made aware of the booking details. As I returned outside to check on the guests I witnessed the lady serving offer an indecisive child a slushie. I approached to pay the balance of £100 as agreed and was astonished to find that the balance had increased to £202. When I queried this the lady quite openly told me that she had been instructed to “give them whatever they ask for” I was then given the phone to speak to someone from Piccadilly Whip who was nothing short of rude and condescending, even stating that he had done me a favour (despite the fact that my original booking and deposit was taken) by having someone attend the party at all as they were actually booked up. It turns out the van that was at my property was not from Piccadilly Whip and was another company that had been arranged and clearly not informed of the booking details. After a few minutes and nothing but excuses it became clear that the conversation would not reach an amicable outcome and I had no choice but to pay the increased balance. As I had not prepared for forking out an additional £100 in cash and having no cash in the house I then had to go around and ask party guests for cash which was absolutely mortifying 😩 Despite making a formal complaint to Piccadilly Whip I have not received an apology, much less a refund or any other gesture of goodwill for what was clearly a cock up on their part. I certainly won’t be using them again in the future and would advise anyone else looking for an ice cream service to look elsewhere!

Went here after watching a movie for tea with friend. The cafe interior looks a bit worn and could do with refreshing. Tea came but no milk, spoons or sugar, had to ask for milk and spoon. My Tea was nice but my friend’s chai latte was lukewarm and sadly she didn’t enjoy it. The thing that bothered us though was they have no soap in their toilet. When I asked if they could put some out, it took 3 staff members to discuss it before one of them advised the dispenser was broken. I suggested they go buy a pack from the Poundland next door. They just shrugged their shoulders and said “it might get stolen”! Come on guys, you are an eating establishment and your staff use that loo and then prepare food for customers!! It is unhygienic! Please invest in some soap!!

Terrible place, Kelly the old woman there, very rude and abrupt, dirty toilet’s, very untidy, and stomach ache after eating there. Never again, sunny side soft play tens times better. We’ve booked it for our daughters birthday 🥳.

Had the bacon bagel with spinach and onion jam. No spinach and I don’t think the bacon was cooked - texture was raw. Ended up throwing it away. Also nearly £3 for a can of soft drink. Bring your own food to the park.

Basically a health food (vegetarian / vegan ?) shop. But there was a counter offering sandwich, quiche, and salad bowls. The roasted vegetable quiche was quite tasty (though it might me bought in ?). The filling in the egg sandwich also seemed bought in. There was plenty of it. However the bread was a real work out for my teeth. I abandoned the top part of the baguette. Even then biting through the bottom part was tough going. The coffee was OK. We are from out of London, and did not find it good value. Although staying in the area, not a place to re-use.

The world's slowest service. We've been here a few times now and each time it's the same. The place is nice and the food is good but we always get frustrated by the complete lack of service and how glacial slow it is. The waitresses see you are there but do things in their own time - which can be measured using a calendar not a watch. It's as if they are doing us a favour and we are inconveniencing them. Usually there are at least 2 staring at the coffee machine making 1 very slow drink at a time and ignoring all the people sat at tables waiting to order food. Such a pity that the front of house let's the place down. There are so many restaurants and cafes in this area - I think we will be giving some of them our custom and money in future as all else aside Affogato always leaves a frustrated and disappointed taste in the mouth

When I'm not in the office, I often come to my local Starbucks in Pinner to work and the team here are so friendly. Debbie hands out "Puppycinos" to the excited dogs when they enter (the photo wall of dogs and their Puppycinos is adorable). Dana and Dilshad are awesome and so welcoming, always enjoy coming here.

Please can Cafe Nero clean and update the furniture it’s soo dirty we have been visiting the cafe for years but I wish the owner could give it a thorough ‘deep clean’. It is in a lovely busy location but needs some TLC Thank you to the lovely staff. Good service.

Popped in for lunch. £10 for an absolutely awful Margherita pizza! Frozen pizza but got told only the base is frozen and they add the cheese and tomato and more cheese and more cheese. Took one bite; sent it back, complained and walked out. Bottle of water was nice though and ideal to take away because they don’t give you a glass. In fact they don’t give you a napkin of cutlery either unless you ask for it. With a handful of school kids in there, it seems to me that adults generally steer clear. I have no problem paying £10 and above for a good pizza but that isn’t what they are offering and it was insulting that they actually had the audacity to serve this to someone. I have also attached a photo of what a proper pizza looks like as they obviously don’t know
