Joe & The Juice in City of London, Westminster

My order was wrong and served out of order. When I questioned it I was berated by the manager and told "next time you can make you own coffee"!

Decidí caminar a la tienda de Cannon Street a la hora del almuerzo hoy desde mi oficina en Blackfriars, muy decepcionado. Solía trabajar en 50 Berkeley Street y el J & J de enfrente fue increíble. ! ! El servicio fue horrible, me mantuvieron esperando por edades que no podía entender cuando siempre hay mucho personal detrás de la barra. Pedí el sándwich de atún picante, un jugo para recogerme y un batido energizante para llevar (tuve que pedir dos veces el bolso y el portavasos. Regresé a la oficina y me senté en mi escritorio solo para encontrarlo una vez que abrí mi bolso tenía un documento para irse y el atún y el aguacate. Solo quedémonos, no me molestaré en el futuro, mis días de j & j están libres. Es una pena como amar la tienda Mayfair.

The venue is nice, the people are nice and there is a lot of choice but I think this is the most expensive smoothie I have ever bought... and it was so small I could probably hold two in one hand.

Decidí ir a explorar Londres desde el hotel en el que nos alojamos y necesitaba un café. Vi el letrero rosa y TENÍA que entrar porque me llamó la atención. Pedí un café con leche helado y pregunté si tenían jarabes, ¡pero no tenían leche de vainilla! ¡Y Dios mío en un vaso de plástico! Recomendaría

I pass J and the J on m y way from Cannon st to my office every day and often pop in for a Carrot and Ginger juice.. I am however disappointed to report that there has been a lack of Carrots for the last two to three weeks.. When I asked why the very polite gent behind the counter admitted he had raised it with his boss but nothing had changed and Carrots were still conspicuous by their absence. Is there really a Carrot shortage Ummmm? A juice bar which has Carrots on its menu of juices is surely catering for people who actually want to purchase a carrot juice or a derivative of the same and it can't be too hard to locate them.. There are even up to ten supermarkets within a mile radius Come on J and the J get a grip!!

So shocked that a big chain like this only serves drinks in single use plastic cups, even if you are drinking in. No excuse...

We both praised the coffee and the room is light because it has full-size windows on two sides. However, it's an expensive beverage when only served in a plastic cup. The woman behind the counter was indifferent and robotic. Plus they need a bigger, more attention-grabbing sign at the till saying the joint is cashless, not just a fairly small notice on the door.

We visited at lunch time for a sandwich and a hot drink. The service was friendly and efficient. The highlight was the spicy tuna sandwich which was packed full of flavour. As a lunch time stop the experience was not too bad at all.

Used to be brilliant but not enough staff - service is so slow. I have regularly been buying my morning coffee at the Watling Street or Cannon Street branches but will stop doing so going forward because of the slow and rude service. It took me 20 minutes to get a flat white this morning, and when I asked for a refund I was told the machine isn't able to provide one. This has been happening for the past couple of months - something in the organisation has changed. Disappointing as the coffee is great, but not worth the agro.

Card machine didn’t work so had to pay cash which highlighted how expensive it was. Music much too loud in an effort to appear somehow trendy. Staff looked flustered and disorganised. Juices we ordered didn’t come for 15 mins, only when we asked where they were did they appear to start making them. The actual juices were good. But as another reviewer said too much plastic - honestly, lose the straws!! This place needs to decide what it is. It’s in the heart of the City surrounded by people with deep pockets who want somewhere to have a good cup of coffe and a serious conversation. It has the building to offer this (high ceiling, big windows with lots of light). Most people don’t want a quasi disco. Owner of this place should visit Manon 5mins down the road and see how it’s done - not flashy just good coffee and good service.

Went to a London branch... coffee was served in single use take away cups and juice comes in single use plastic containers! Very expensive for what it is and how can they justify throwing all our utensils away?? We won’t be going there again .

Terrible service, slow, rude, drinks regularly wrong....and now the price has gone up for a coffee card from £20 for 10 to £25 for 10. Took 25 minutes to get a coffee this morning - how is there not someone dedicated to just making coffee at prime time?? And when it arrived, it was an americano not drip - the 'barista' didn't seem to understand that they are different drinks... Plenty of feedback on here about how bad the service is here, clearly management have no interest in making any improvements. Great building in a great location, wasted.

I've been going here since November and although their coffee is great, the service is beyond terrible. For a coffee shop located in the heart of the City, service is ever so slow - the staff are just too laid back, casual, chatting between themselves...

The coffee was ok but when we asked for the volume on the inappropriate music to be lowered we were met with a great deal Of resistance . Eventually the staff changed the music but it’s a pity we had to make threats to contact...

Met here with a group of friends , lovely relaxed atmosphere. Juices were lovely, if a little expensive. Choice of juices were great and offered various sizes. Sandwich selection was lovely and reasonably priced.
