9/8/2018 visita - ¡Muy insatisfecho! ! ! ! La señora gerente en la sección de comida caliente no estaba dispuesta a explicar el tipo de plato más bien siguió refiriéndose al menú casi parecía que ella incluso sabía lo que hay en el plato. Además, debido a las preguntas sobre los contenidos, sintió que tenía que responder y restringió la porción, la principal era tan pequeña que ni siquiera tenía el tamaño de un lado. Además de lo anterior, el personal en el mostrador cobró de más ya que cobraron por un principal para los lados y no pudieron explicar por qué era ese precio. Cobraron por dos pan de ajo y algunas verduras asadas a las 4, totalmente caro. Nunca ir allí de nuevo! ! ! John

Este "restaurante del hospital" es absolutamente espantoso. Algunos de los mejores profesionales de la salud trabajan en este hospital, pero el restaurante es una fuente de vergüenza continua. La comida es desagradable y a menudo fría. El tamaño de la porción es muy pequeño, especialmente por el precio. Ah, y no se atreva a pedir una porción más grande a menos que le guste que un miembro del personal le grite mientras el resto del personal se ve chupando los dientes. Ah, y hacer cola en la puerta mientras dos miembros del personal tienen una discusión completa fue divertido también. Espero servicio al cliente o buena comida a buen precio, entonces probablemente deberías evitar este lugar.

AWFUL!! Plain & simple. Chips aren't supposed to be limp, soft & soggy. If I chose no to sauce & salad, this wasn't a trick, I really didn't want sauce or salad. If I chose specific drinks, again, not a trick so you'd try & guess. So in summary, arrived late (no apology but managed to tell me he was in a rush), dreadful chips & wrong burger & drink....I refer you back to the start of.this review

Every time we've had a takeaway from here it's been spot on! This time it was NOT! Uncooked soggy fish and cold chips is not the way forward!

Ordered early in the evening and was expecting a 40-60 minute waiting time. As the time started to go by thought I'd ring them up to see what was happening (the phone number they give you doesn't work by the way) as the phone number wasn't working I drove all the way there and as I arrived they had finally delivered (1 and 1/2 hours after ordering). They did however apologise afterwards for the wait, but the food wasn't the best and after all the hassle it didn't seem worth it (the only good thing was the milkshakes- however overpriced). Will not be ordering from ever again! Please avoid!

We ordered before 10, it stated 10.50 the food will arrive, now 11.20 and we are still waiting, phones are now off and the takeaway is now 'closed' what a joke, we are wondering where our food is and we can't even contact anyone about it!!!! :@

The delivery time was slightly late, but very friendly service although nearly forgot an item if my order, but respectfully came back. Milkshakes were a bit expensive for what it was but did taste nice 🍟

Ordered just after 10 didn't arrive till 11.40pm Was hot though, but my order wasn't a priority for them as it took so long, but very good fish and chips plenty of them..

Chicken kebab wasnt kebab meat atall. So much chilli sauce i could barely eat it. Missed the mayo. The m&m milkshake was peanut m&m. Lucky i don't have an allergy but i do hate peanuts so that went to waste. Worst food I've ever ordered. Wont be ordering again.

1st and last time ordering, Food was just under 2 hours later than specified, cold & the wrap had not even been wrapped just thrown into a bag, onion rings were hard, driver turned up at wrong address then phoned and all that was said was "well that's quite a way away from us" as if that was supposed to solve anything, driver had left 30-45 minutes late as it was then still turned up even later, having said that the postcode was wrong and the road name was 3 different stated ones, overall awful service

Disgusting service!! 2hours waiting and still no food arrived( not great for a diabetic) Useless bunch of morons on the phone. Claimed they was on the wAy, hour later still at shop!!Will never order from this "takeaway" again!!!

Absolutely appalling service over an hour late when called to enquire about the order staff were rude and unhelpful and to top it off food wasn't even worth waiting for will definitely not be ordering again!!

Took 1 hour & 30 minutes for my food to arrive. Even phoning up they said it will be there in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later. The delivery driver dropped my curry sauce all over my food in the bag after blaming it on slipping! Will not be ordering again.

Ordered cod but did not taste like it... Had to take meal back.

Order time estimate given by restaurant was way too long for what I ordered and they were late by 20 minutes so I had to wait 1hr 15 for my food in total. Ordered chips for my partner, chips were standard, nothing special. BUT! Ordered a whole chicken for myself and chicken was too salty and on the pink side and some parts weren't even cooked properly, the only positive feedback I could give about the chicken is that, IF all of it was cooked properly and not soo salty, they provided a decent amount of chicken and chips Final word: Wouldn't recommend Pink chicken Very slow delivery Couldn't contact restaurant Decent portion sizes

Absolutely brilliant! we had issue with ordering sauces on website, but mothing was trouble for a young guy, who delivered our food. He went back and got us some more sauces! Can't fault food or service! Food arrived quick and hot! Will definitely use them again!

Super hot and so quick was surprised there was a knock at the door! Followed the notes perfectly for changes such as no salad and the burgers are brilliant quality, really fill you up!

2nd time I've ordered in 3 days from here ! Never ordered twice in a week from a place ! This is proper peri peri chicken not like the other places in gloucester at all because it is done properly ! Try it everyone !

Order arrived in a taxi, was 30 minutes late. Milkshakes were just milk, food was fairly cold.

The cheesy chips quality was poor, thin cut, but fish and chips quality was good, chips were chunky, don't get it why different chips quality from same chip shop

Second time this happens. Thought I'd give them another chance but took hour and a half and food was cold n tasty funny.

The delivery man was lovely, however, we were missing items on our order, including a portion of chips and a paid dip. We attempted to phone the restaurant, however the phone number given was not working as it was disconnected and there was no other mode of contacting the restaurant.

Chips were soggy, chicken was disgusting, never again!

Awful good! It took 2hours to be delivered, when it did arrive the fish and chips were squashed into a box, the fish was over cooked, as thin as could be and you could hardly say it was batteted! As for the chips they were anemic and soaked in oil! My curry sauce had been watered down that much it looked like dirty dish water!! Worse fish and chips ever, if I could ask for my money back I would!

Over 1 & 1/2 hours for delivery. Nearly cold & very greasy. On contacting them 3 times via telephone all that was said is "we are very busy". Needless to say I won't be using them again!!! Extremely disappointed - Just Eat, boot them off!!!

Food 30mins later than predicted, lukewarm and soggy. Tried to ring their number (from e-mail confirmation) and number unavailable. I may have caught at busy time but not impressed. I dont think ill be ordering from them again.
