Lugar legal, vale a pena conhecer mesmo sendo um pouco agitado demais e as vezes o atendimento acaba ficando meio conturbado. O preço não é tão bom mas é tudo bem gostoso.

Good place to chill out and can get a bit overcrowded at weekends. A little over priced but worth it.

We went to The Brickhouse and were seriously disappointed. A friend booked for her birthday so there were 6 of us and just about everything was wrong ! The table only sat 4 so we had to pull another one to join it - the waitress seemed not interested. Food was awful and for the price - so over priced and slow and COLD ! 4 main courses were sent back Cabaret acts were talentless and seemed embarrassed to be there ! Overall - avoid !

A group of eight of us were a the brickhouse recently and it was a terrible night. The food was ok but very overpriced for what it was The coctails are very good but horribly overpriced. But he entertainment was awful. Poor, cheap acts that do not compliment each other that are just painful to watch. Considering the price to watch the show is automatically tacked onto the price for the meal you would expect some decent acts but they clearly have just hired the cheapest acts they could find and put a monkey in charge, totally ruined the night for us. I am a bit of a fan of stage acts and have gone to see shows at many other clubs and resturants in london and the brickhouse is by far the worst. To top it all off what is the real insult is that checking some other review people have been complaining about the entertainment for months now and instead of fixing the problem they have just put up some transparently fake reviews on this and other sites. If you're reading this brickhouse staff, stop treating your customers like idiots and get rid of everyone involved with the entertainment side of the buisness and hire people who know what they are doing!!!

We have been here twice recently and both times enjoyed ourselves. The food has been good, entertainment funny and interesting and staff very helpful. We first came here on a travel zoo voucher and then our friends chose to have it as a wedding venue. Not sure how the bad reviews happened , but there is no pleasing some! Every effort was made to help me with veggies choices suitable for pregnancy eating and lovely no alcohol drinks were made.

We went to the brick house for a wedding and wasn't sure what to expect. The food was outstanding. I had squash risotto and my husband had chicken. We have been to a lot of high end weddings in the states and this food was at the top of our list. I mentioned the food being Grea at the wedding and they also commented that it was the best lamb they have ever had. My husband and I will be back to enjoy the supper club.

Having come here as a customer and been thoroughly impressed by the performance, the friendly staff and the food I decided to have my wedding here. The Brickhouse staff are beyond incredible. They go out their way to ensure a personal, personable service. They are creative, attentive and simply fabulous through and through! The food at our wedding was incredible. Most of our guests were the types of people who travel the world eating at Michelin Star restaurants and 5 star hotels and clubs. They were all telling us that the food provided was some of them if not THE best food that they'd had at a wedding, and we agree with them 100%. Perfectly pink, succulent lamb, delicately flavoured pumpkin risotto.. a fine selection of cheese supplied by the infamous Androuet Cheese Monger at Spital fields. The ingredients were fresh, each plate was perfect. We HIGHLY recommend The Brickhouse not only for its commercial events and food, but for private hire too!!

With every review I try to find something positive. I appreciate that we all have different standards and tastes but I struggle to find anything good to say about this "place". The venue was well designed and made the most of the small space, there you go, that is it, my positive comment. Awful awful place. The entertainment was very poor and amateurish. Embarrassing in fact. The food was bog standard athough acceptable and a reasonable in price but could at least be served hot. The funniest thing was, our table was all served the wrong desserts which we determined after trying them. The waitress promptly took the desserts from us and gave them to the right people. I can't believe she expected us to eat second hand food! The drinks were extortionate and came with a service charge. This venue should be avoided at all costs.

I've been to the BH on a few occasions over the past 12 months and always had a good laugh with my mates or with my partner. If your expecting a Paris Cabaret with a Michelin Star restaurant, then you'll be disappointed. But hey, you're not in Paris of paying those prices. However, if you want a really fun night out, with FUN Staff, Good Honest Food, and Really Funny (think tongue-in-cheek randomness) Entertainment, all finished off with Cool music at the end of the night, then this is the place for you. Its different to your average London nightlife option and provides a great platform for an alternative night out!

We went as a party of 4 having bought a Travelzoo voucher on Friday 10th August. We were informed that it included a 2 course meal, glass of poscesco, and a evening of Burlesque. The staff when booking were friendly and helpful, the girl on the desk when arriving exactly the same. We were shown to our seats and the set menu's were present. Having choose what we all wanted when the order was taken we were informed that it was only the food with a * is what is included and that there was a surcharge of £7.00 for anything else. As 2 of our party had chosen a starter and main with a * we accepted the extra surcharge of £14.00. Then whilst we were waiting the show started. Now, 2 of our party have been to other Burlesque shows and this is no way a Burlesque show. The show was almost as bad as teenagers putting on a act. The show consisted of an older woman stripping, which nearly made the 2 men of the party choke on their food. A comedian who really was not funny, to undo her shirt at the end of the performance and try to trill tassels on what is commonly known as 2 fried eggs!!! A flame eater who burnt her mouth and we have seen better. This is not what we paid £75.00 to come and watch. As for the food, my advice is don't eat it. We ordered to Melon dishes that came up like soup with croutons, a Gorgonzola dish that was like eating a corrugated cardboard box. The only starter that was okay was the one that we had to pay the extra £7.00 for and you could tell the difference. As for the main courses, 2 of us had chicken and tomatoes, which tasted as if it had been cooked in old fat, 1 had Seabream which came with, what could only be describe as strips of green cardboard, boiled and left to dry. Once again the only main meal that was decent was the Ribeye steak which you had to pay the extra £7.00 surcharge for. The 'Chunky Fries' at £3.50 a portion are okay but overpriced again. The portion is small and all we can say is, if you can get away from actually ordering as many you are better off as your bill starts to increase. Yes, we expected to pay London prices but the bottle of 'Rose' wine that we purchased, which we might add we asked for a 'House wine' came out at £18.50 and was not as good as the wine we purchase from 'Tesco' at £6.00!!!! The 2 men were drinking bottle Budwiser and then asked for a pint of draught lager. The draught lager is like a combination of lager and bitter mixed, disgusting. The finally straw came when we were presented with our bill and we had been charged an extra surcharge of £14.00. When we asked the girl to explain what this surcharge was for, wait for it, the surcharge is for the show. Well, you can imagine our faces and as the 2 men said they should be paying us to watch such rubbish. We insisted that this surcharge be removed along with the service surcharge which was appalling. We insisted that a Manager came and spoke with us. After about 10 minutes she came back with a new bill taking off the charges but no Manager. As for staying, The Brickhose had no chance of our party staying and giving them any mre of our money. The evening was expensive and has left quite a sour taste in all our mouths. Two of our party were ill the next day with sickness and diarrhoea, they lost a complete day as for being ill and having to stay in bed. All we can say never again will we go The Brickhouse. Our suggestion is that they actually give the entaintment that is advertised on the Travelzoo site, that Travelzoo double check as to what venues they are doing these deals with that they are offering the correct deal and that The Brickhouse has a serious look at they awful menu.

The concept of this eatery come theatre caught our imagination, so we gave it a try. The acts for the evening were quirky and entertaining and some were a bit tongue in cheek; I'd say the acts were the best element of this experience.... I won't spoil it by describing them here though. The service was a little on the slow side, the waiters weren't engaging and the food was fair but nothing special, particularly given the price.

The food is ok, but there a LOT better and cheaper food places on the same street. The main plus point of The Brickhouse is they have a live stage show every night. The problem is that show is AWFUL!!!!!!! They have different performers each night and I have been there three times this year for friends birthday parties and every night the show has been agony. Avoid at all costs.

We visited The Brickhouse to celebrate a friends birthday on Friday 4th May, and had booked a table of 12, upon arrival we were shown to our table, where we were presented with the menu. Wow. there were two choices for main, fish 'melange' or Ratatouille. both equally vile. Our starter consisted of cold french beans, with a strip of Halloumi cheese and a sundried tomato, it was inedible. The fish melange looked like a bowl of vomit, and tasted just as bad. Desert was no better, a bowl of melted ice cream with a piece of rhubarb, shocking! After all 12 of us sent back the untouched plates of food, we were presented with a bill totalling £1000, what an insult. We were told that there was no manager available and that we should take our complaints up in writing with the manager, this is also proving to be difficult. All in all, this was the worst place I have ever spent an evening, and I can honestly say, I wouldn't go back there if they paid me. Hideous.

I agree completely with the other negative reviews on this venue. Four of us who live & work in London went to the Brickhouse last night, 26 April. Our first visit to a cabaret club in London. The positives: when booking the evening the staff on the telephone were very friendly & helpful as were the staff upon arrival. The Compere was funny, Miss Hoops the acrobat was ok and the mind reading act was again only ok, we would have prefered a burlesque act. Our waitress was very friendly. The negatives: Beware of the menu - it is placed infront of you with the most expensive menu facing you 4 courses for £47.50, on the reverse is the 3 course menu for £37.50 - the menus are so similar even the waitress assumes you are ordering from the £47.50 menu! The food is at best adequate but DON'T have the ribeye steak it was atrocious - inedible - even the waitress agreed that you wouldn't give it to your dog/cat! And you pay a £5 supplement on the £47.50 menu for the priviledge! When we came to pay the manager, Thomas, expected us to pay for the steak, there was no apology, only the justification that as an alternative main course was not accepted - even though the rest of the party were on desert - we should pay the full price of £47.50 for essentially a plate of green beans & a scope of ice cream with rhubarb. It took over 20 mins to get the price of the steak removed from the bill rather than just £5 supplement. A message for the owner of The Brickhouse - Andrew - your manager Thomas clearly needs to go on a course in customer service.

We went to the Brickhouse on 6 April, having been recommended as a good night out with a burlesque act, unfortunately burlesque had been replaced by a mind reading act, which I hate but he was actually very entertaining. We started off with cocktails which were lovely and definitely fairly priced. We had the £45 set menu and we all raved over the quality of the food. 3 of us are complete carnivores and 1 vegetarian so not often we are all happy with the food but the Brickhouse surpassed anything I have eaten in restaurants recently, including taste, quality, originality and service. All washed down with a few bottles of good quality Prosecco. Im fussy and couldnt find fault at all. After dinner the club starts and the atmosphere is so chilled with great music, the Dj knows how to get the party going. The staff were the most courteous I have meant in any venue for a while and we had a brilliant time, i would highly recommend you try here for yourselves, I don't know what these other reviews are about with regards to prices, we hail from Manchester and expected to pay a lot more for a night out in London but definitely cheaper than anything you could get here, unfortunately we don't have anything similar. Best night out in ages !

When it comes to going out, these days I'm really choosy about where I go - my evenings are too precious to squander on somewhere just-so. I always have a really good time at BrickHouse... not just because it's in my favourite part of London, Brick Lane, but because for me it's got the 'whole package'. Fabulous views of the cabaret stage from wherever you're sat (middle level in the booths is a particular favourite), really friendly staff who seem to enjoy their jobs (these days, that's not always a given in East London) and food that hits the spot (I'm a food fusspot, too). Love it.

We went here last Saturday, the cabaret was sooooo bad we were cringing all the way through. The meal was terrible, really strange menu that tried too hard and didn't deliver. Even the steak was horrible £43 pp. I had the rubbarb and ice cream for dessert, I'm not sure how you get rubbarb wrong but I had to leave it. The only thing that was good was the DJ after but there wasn't many poeple still there at that point and I think the only reason we enjoyed It was becuase we were very drunk. We drunk more than normal to get through the terrible cabaret and food. I've never left a review on here before but I felt so strongly about it. Please don't waste your money. I went here for a friend's hen do. For some reason despite there being 3 large hen nights in the entertainment was burlesque ladies. Very odd and not very good either. The food was horrible. The girls who ordered steaks were served ones that were pink in the middle despite ordering them well done and the pudding wasn't served until close to midnight and disgusting when it finally did arrive. The disco afterwards was pretty good but otherwise a horrible, hugely overpriced experience!

I visited The Brickhouse a few days before Christmas, for a Christmas party with friends (8 of us.) Whilst London offers many great places to eat/drink or dance, we wanted somewhere that could deliver all of these without having to relocate mid-evening. The Brickhouse definitely delivered, and I would certainly recommend for anyone trying to organise a group event . The set menu didn't offer a huge choice (which I was slightly apprehensive about before hand), but all options were tasty and well-recieved. Service was efficient and friendly. Tapwater was provided on request and kept topped up (a personal bugbear in restaurants!) The after-dinner entertainment engaged the whole crowd, and was enoyable (though my companions were a little upset not to see any 'boylesque'!), and once the entertainment was finished, tables were cleared to create a dancefloor which was immediately filled, and stayed full all evening thanks to a playlist of crowd-pleasers. We paid £50pp for food/entertainment and about £30pp for wine/service/drinks all evening, which compares well to most 'all-in' Christmas party deals in Central London.

this venue seems to constantly be selling meals through Groupon. I wouldn't bother. Food very average. Definitely seems as though they inflated the price of the set meal we had in order to offer the discount. Cabaret was alright, but you could skip the food and just go for this, or find better elsewhere. They also tried to charge £15 for service, when I was paying £30 in the restaurant - presumably on the back of what, if true, would be an extortionate price for the meal. Fine, but fine doesn't really cut it for a night out. You get what you pay for I guess.

We went here after reading some good things as part of a KGB deals option upon arrival we were a tad alarmed to find the resteraunt area vacant and the floor looking like a used warehouse, the white paint has clearly faded over time, it would take one night to clean this up, the fact they haven't perhaps says something about cleanliness here, the food was ok if not uninspired, ironically the highlight was the pallet cleansing cocunut sorbet, beautiful stuff, the evening was fun thanks to the Cabaret, I say cabaret this is more pub fun , the girl bless her was good but I was expecting more stage show than pub act, now for the worse part, we were charged a "mandatory" 15% service charge upon asking for the bill, I like to tip, I tip on what service I've had, not on what they think we should give , this left a very very sour taste in the mouth and I'd urge them to correct this of possible all in all ok but one or two simple mistakes that may ruin peoples evenings

I recently booked a table for my Mum and Dad as a little "Thank You" present (just for being lovely people) Anyway, I just wanted to say a huge "Well Done!" as they had a wonderful time and were delighted with the food, the cabaret and especially the brilliant and friendly service they received from everyone there. They had a real laugh and could not sing your praises highly enough. Before going they had a certain amount of trepidation and although I had been to your place once in the past and tried to re-assure them it'd be fine, I knew they were a little uncertain so I was really happy when they called the next morning to say they'd had a superb time. We got a special groupon offer for a 6 course meal and cabaret show at the brickhouse. The food was okay, nothing special. I got the plaice for my main meal because ridiculously there was a £5 supplement charge for the steak! Which if you ask me if it's on the set menu it should cost the same as the other courses. The cabaret show wasn't exactly cabaret but rather a woman making not so funny jokes and some bad dancing. Worst of all there was a service charge of £15 added to our bill even though there were only 2 of us having dinner. I hate places that have mandatory service charges as I feel it's up to the customer to choose wether they felt the service warrants a tip. Don't get me wrong, I do tip even when service is average. However I feel that we should have the right to choose the amount we do give and not have it thrust upon us. Overall I didn't find the brickhouse amusing or good value. Stay away!!!!!

We went here with a group of friends for a birthday celebration. The entertainment was good and we all had great fun dancing the night away afterwards. However the food was disgusting. Over priced, of poor quality and very little of it. We had paid £35 per head but most of us ungraded to the £40 menu as there was not a lot to choose from on the original menu. I had mozzarella to start which was average (and covered in some strange undefinable orange sauce) and for main I had hake. This was simply a small portion of Hake in a sauce - nothing to accompany it. I can't even remember what the dessert was as it was so unmemorable. Someone else had steak and had to send it back twice! A member of our party complained and was given a couple of bottles of sparkling wine as an apology - but really this was not enough. Also by the time our complaint was dealt with the bouncers threw us out of the bed bar - they shut it at 1am?Our whole bill for the evening topped a a grand - and for a place that publicises itself as the best restaurant in Brick Lane - it was a pretty poor effort. There were 14 people on our table and we every single one of us left there starving hungry.

We bought a Groupon voucher for The Brickhouse thinking we got a really good deal. It was 'Five Course Meal For Two Plus Cabaret Entertainment for £39 at The Brickhouse (£90 Value)'. With retrospect the first sign of things to come should have been when they took a card number upon booking so that 'if we didn't turn up we would still be charged for the meal', despite having what we thought paid for it with the voucher. So if we hadn't have turned up we would have paid twice for a meal we didn't eat! We knew that drinks were not included in the offer so having looked at the drinks menu before arrival we saw that these were ridiculously expensive so we were prepared for that. The food was pretty good, portion size wasn't amazing but acceptable. The service was also excellent, and the entertainment wasn't bad. However when the bill came we were surprised to see that we had been charged a few pounds shorter than the voucher as additional costs! This included a compulsory service charge, despite their only being two of us, charged as a percentage of the original price of the meal, not the discounted one. We were also charged an additional sum for choosing the steak instead of the fish, and finally a donation to charity was also added to our bill!To be honest I understand the principal of up-selling here but what I was annoyed about was the fact that we were not told either in the small print of the Groupon voucher, or anywhere on the menu about the additional costs. So what was intended to be a good value for money experience actually turned out to cost us pretty much exactly the same price if we hadn't have had the voucher!

Cabaret dinners are an exciting idea and The Brickhouse has a good feel to it on arrival. The food was extremely limited in choice and rather cheekily, the only meat dish on the menu is offerred at a £5 supplement to the set price dinner. The food was truly poor, but the cabaret was even worse - badly compered with bad acts (the singer was OK, but unnecessarily loud) - I'm still not sure whether the the two chubby male strippers were trying to be comic or sexy, but they were neither. In the end, we decided not to put ourselves through the misery of dessert and a third round of annoying 'ccabaret' and so paid up and left in a hurry, just in time to have a drink in one of the many bars in the area. A truly dreadful evening.

It is set on 3 floors overlooking a stage area, with a Bed bar!! on the top floor. The staff were very friendly and we had our table for the whole night so no pressure to eat and move on. It is a great one-stop night out as, once dinner and the cabaret is finished, the venue becomes a intimate club and DJs play until 3am on weekends. The cabaret I have seen has been burlesque and aerial performers. Highly recommended.

On the 27th of October at 18.40, I stood at the counter and waited to be served. There were two staff members who looked like they were busy, so I waited.
