Visited this place on Saturday night and they were letting in groups of six not from same family’s. Groups of friends. The ladies toilet was disgusting sick in the sinks that had not been cleaned up so you couldn’t wash your hands as many people as you could get in the toilet. Management need to check on this establishment.

shannon was a babe 10/10 the nicest girl ever she needs a raise. kostas and james were a delight. will definitely be returning just for all three of their service.

My friend and I met at Canary Wharf for our first get together for months and we wandered into the Slug & Lettuce to ask if they could do us a snack and a drink and they couldn't have been more helpful, especially when we asked if we could move away from an open door as it had gone rather chilly! Shannon looked after us very well with some helpful suggestions and our food and drinks arrived quite promptly. We sat and chatted and felt very comfortable there. Nice and clean, plenty of space between the tables and the background music was nice and low so we could hear ourselves speak.

The staff here are always so friendly and accommodating, the service is always so quick and efficient. There new COVID protocols make you feel super safe And it’s is very clean, they are always willing to help if you are unsure of anything. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff! Thank you team Canary Wharf, will be back soon!

We didn't have a booking on a busy Saturday night but someone helped us to find a table. We gave our check-in details for covid restrictions and the table service was good. Would highly recommend.

I went in here for a drink yesterday, they seem to have a strict system in place about seating, ordering, one way systems etc. Which would be fine, were there any signs or staff helping you navigate it. I had waited for some time at the door with nobody coming to speak to me despite staff being around and looking at me with no attempt to direct me. Then from entering to ordering all I got were snappy staff being really rude. I never even ordered anything, I figured my money was better spent elsewhere.

Rude manager on the door . According to the new rules, She came across to me very rude no greeting no smiling she wasn’t helpful at all she was pointing the finger on me and she wasn’t helping me at all . There was no menus and didn’t explain the offers . Tables was really dirty and the environment was unfriendly. Next time I’ll try the bar opposite

Definately one of the worst places I have ever visited. Super messy, no information in regards to service, staff were super rude and seemed miserable. It is really awkkward vibe as if you ask something to the staff they seem very annoyed and show attitude. Definately not going back and wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Booked a table a table a week in advance for myself and 4 of my friends for drinks. Rang to advise the bar that we would be running 15 mins late. Did not speak to a human but spoke to an answer phone. Clearly no one could be bothered to check the answering machine as we turned up at the door only to be met by the bouncer who was incredibly rude and told us to go away even though i had informed him we had made a booking and called ahead to let the bar know we would be late. Disgusting behaviour. Don’t waste your time coming here.

I went to this restaurant&pub at this period of Coronavirus and Casey and Paula and Shannon make my evening do feel safety they cleaning all the time and awesome service! Will come back as soon I can after/or period of virus!

I like to relax here cos it's always a nice spot, close to the stations and to the hotels sorrounding plus they make nice dishes too.

I was in this area visiting the Canary Wharf Winter Lights Festival, and popped in here for a drink with a friend. The queuing system was a bit strange. I ordered my drink, and the server pushed the cocktails more than once. Drinks were very expensive, even for London. It was very busy in here. We found a table, to sit and have our drinks. The place was filthy, and there was an empty pizza box on the floor. Not great standards.

This place has quite a wide selection of drinks and plenty of bar staff to keep you well attended to. The staff are friendly and helpful. The drinks are a little on the high side of price expectations, but then again you get decent service, and it is in a high rent area so I guess it is reasonable. The main bar and the table surfaces are kept clean, however when we went on Saturday the gents toilets were really in a bad state with water over the floor etc. Come on folks, I am sure that you can do better than this.

What a great place to go for some light bites and a few cocktails! Fantastic menu for both food and drinks! Exciting cocktails and cocktail shots?! Would highly recommend! Although it does get very busy so would suggest getting there early!

Had lunch here with friends. The plus points are the friendly staff and decent prices. However, had to move from first table as it was rocking all over the place, the meal I ordered wasn't available and my friend was given the wrong meal, although this was quickly rectified. The wraps were tepid at best with very little filling. Desserts looked tempting. However, my passion fruit Eton mess arrived in two shot glasses that I couldn't get the spoon into- I resorted to using the end of the spoon! Classy! Overall, it could have been so much better.

Visited here yesterday. The staff were nice. I do think the tables should be wiped over a bit more, our table was very sticky! Love the cocktail trees!

Excelente ubicación para este S&L.La primera impresión fue que este lugar realmente podría funcionar con una limpieza profunda y un poco de amor. Las mesas estaban muy pegajosas, incluso a primera hora de la mañana y la tapicería de los asientos estaba muy manchada. Algunos de los muebles de afuera también se estaban desmoronando.El desayuno era muy sabroso (inglés completo y huevos Benedict) sin embargo, el té y el café sabía horrible.Yo diría que este es probablemente un mejor lugar para estar un viernes por la noche para tomar bebidas animadas en lugar de cenar tranquilo, pero incluso así, diría que hay mejores lugares para ir en Canary Wharf.

Cocktails are cheap, but don’t make same mistake - avoid them. Not only watered down, but tasted like used water.

We go often staff very friendly and informative also food is good and comes out quickly which is very good as we have only an hour lunch location is nice

great breakfast, could not fault the food. The English breakfast was huge and very tasty compared to some nearby bars. We also had the crushed advocado, tomatoes and poached egg and was pleasantly surprised how good it was. Defo recommend

Walking around Canary Wharf we were looking for somewhere for a drink before heading off to the West End. The Slug and Lettuce fitted the bill. Totally full inside with many Hen and Stag parties and loud. Outside, again, many people sitting around drinking. Even though the staff were extremely busy, service at the bar was quick and friendly. Cocktails were being delivered in their scores with, of course, chasers. Everyone was having fun and it did overflow onto us. Everyone just chatted. It was a nice hour or two. Loved the place.

Nice patio area to sit out on to watch the world go by. Good service here and very good food. Had a quick lunch here before having a busy afternoon.

Recientemente visitamos para algunas bebidas. Esto no era todo el personal pero, desafortunadamente, el único miembro del personal con el que nos encontramos fue muy miserable y hostil. No solo conmigo mismo, sino cuando 5 de mis otros amigos compraron bebidas en el bar. Personalmente, no puedo entender por qué tendrías un trabajo que involucra tratar con personas si no puedes tener la cortesía y la decencia de al menos sonreír.

Very good food but really rude staff, especially the girl with striped shirt and black skirt, she looked at us really rude and their colleagues as well.

Two for one cocktails seemed like a great idea, but they were all watered down. 4 Long Island iced teas - I should have been crawling home! Don’t waste your money.

The glasses were cloudy which ultimately put us off finishing our drinks and the tables were sticky.

Popped in for breakfast and were sat for a good whilst after. Staff were very friendly and had a nice chat at the bar. Toilets were sparkling. Food was great, beans cold but expect that with anything like that. Everything else was wonderful. Great morning :)

Estuve en el bar por unos buenos 20 minutos ya que el servicio era muy lento debido a que mucha gente simplemente pedía bebidas. Debe haber servicio de mesa. Went for food on Saturday around 3pm. Dirty tables everywhere and the seats were filthy looking with stains, staff just walked past us and ignored us as we looked for a clean table. Food was lukewarm at best, in hindsight should have returned it but didn't have time to wait. Lots of plates were being sent back cold as we heard a staff member give out to kitchen staff. Not good enough, food should be piping hot, this is a basic.

Walked in, saw a table and was picking up the menu when a very friendly staff member greeted us and said the special was a burger and drink for £9 This suited us perfectly as it had been a long day Burgers were excellent and came with shoe string fries or chips Ordered one of each and they were hot and crisp A pint of Amstel and a wine made this a great value, quick and enjoyable meal The waitress was very friendly, personable and efficient

My friend and I called in for drinks and a bite to eat before making our way to the O2 arena on Saturday 8th September. We were greeted by two friendly doormen and we managed to get a table as it was obviously getting rather busy.

Stopped to have some 2 for 1 cocktails but it was our fifth choice that made it to a glass. The other four were ordered from the menu but they didn't have the ingredients and that included Barcardi Rum. Honestly call yourself a bar, why offer a cocktail menu if you can't make them. The ones we did have had the bar staff getting the booklet out and discussing how to make them. Service was slow. I wouldn't rush back.

I don't know how a chain like this can allow outside tables and chairs that are unsafe and falling apart. Also serving ice cold real ales, including Fuller's bitter, is just so ignorant. Don't they know how beer should be presented? The food was ok and inexpensive but in this prime business location I am surprised they can make such a poor offering. I will not be returning.

We popped in for a drink on a night out to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Terrible mojitos cocktails that tasted like aviation fuel.

Drinks offer seemed good on paper but in reality the Aperol Spritz served up here was like dishwater.

Had drinks with friends before moving on for brunch, nothing fancy but rather pleasant to sit out in the sun next to a lock in Canary Wharf.

We arrived and went and sat down. Our waitress came over we asked for a couple more minutes. We got that. She came back we ordered our drinks and food. First she didn’t know what beers were on tap and was not sure of anything we ordered. She came back several times to say certain foods were not in stock and for a chain restaurant it’s surprising about the amount they didn’t have. It had been about 20 minutes and no drinks yet. So we got the waitresses attention and asked about them she went over to the til as if she was actually ordering them now. Our food then arrived and we had no drinks. 10 minutes later we had our drinks and my friend asked for a glass. Needless to say from the title we didn’t get one from the waitress and he got up and went to the bar himself. One of our beers was dead. We did get that drink taken off the bill but it was an awful time with really bad service and I know we were not the only ones experiencing it at the time. Would not go back.

Stopped somewhat impromptu for lunch. It was busy, but were quickly shown to a spare table, order for food and drinks taken efficiently. Food was as expected and described, nice standard pub style lunch with a drink. We enjoyed and returned the next day.

In Canary Wharf for a meeting, needed something quick and light. The eggs and bacon benedict was perfect, just what I needed. Highly recommended

Great night, 2 for 1 on cocktails and had a booth reserved. Had waitress serving all our drinks and food so we didn’t have to go to the bar. Really friendly and food was great. Cocktails were amazing! Definitely worth a visit

Tenía una semana, a mediados de la tarde, almuerzo largo en este establecimiento de vuelta en el norte del verano. Muchas mesas disponibles para elegir. Nos sirvieron rápidamente, pero el miembro de personal no podría explicar por qué, no pude conseguir una bebida gratis con mi comida aunque lo decía en el menú. Que dejaba un poco de sabor amargo en la boca, pero la comida que comimos era ciertamente bastante decente. El precio era un poco caro incluso para la ciudad y si me atreveré volver a este lugar es otra cuestión.

4 of us went for an early lunch around 12. We weren’t greeted at the door and someone just pointed to say find your own table. We sat down and waited about 10 mins for someone to come to the table. Ordering the drinks we then got told there was no coffee or hot chocolate as the machine wasn’t working. We ordered tea for all of us which took another 30 mins to come and the food followed soon after which again we weren’t very impressed. 2 people wanted ciabattas so they ordered them and she came back to the table 10 mins later to say she had none. We ordered onion rings with one of the meals which we had to ask again for as they hasn’t been brought out. In the end we cancelled them as we had the meal 10 mins already. We also added sweet potatoes fries but got normal ones. 2 people had smothered chicken which was on the bone and not in description and it was dry and chewy. No one came back to the table to see how our meals were. The service was completely unacceptable considering where the location was and it wasn’t very busy either.

My Team and I popped in here for drinks before going for a meal we were surprised that we were able to get a table for 10 just to sit at for drinks the staff were very helpful in moving chairs and tables to accommodate us. Only issue we had was that it took a long time to get a drink at the Bar.

Monday everything is half price (food). Good selection to choose from. Service isn't too good at the lunch time rush but it is quite busy so understandable. Great for after work drinks too. Plays music on a Friday eve and has a nice atmosphere. Bar staff are really friendly and fast

Not a draught bitter beer in sight, complacent staff who seem more interested in talking to themselves than serving those who effectively pay their wages (us, the customers).It's all fine if you are a 20 something man or woman, but there ARE other age groups strangely enough who drink bitter beers, of which groups the management clearly doesn't wish to entertain their custom.

It's great they have a happy hour that is 4pm - 10pm however none of the bar staff actually know how to make cocktails. I tried the zombie and mojito, both as horrid as the other. I wouldn't waste my time here if you want a good cocktail.

5th time here and I swear the service has gone from extremely slow to unbearable. Far too many bar staff who clearly have had zero training and frankly think they come to work to chat with their mates rather than serve customers. Absolute joke!

I often visit Slug and Lettuce, and this was by far the worst experience ever.Waited over 45 mins for a drink to be brought to us, after ordering and asking about 3 times if our drinks were coming.Not only were the staff slow, but we also found them very rude.When the drinks were brought over, they were wrong.The glasses were dirty and there was no ice buckets.This was on a quite evening, so I dread to think what the service is like when it is busy.Avoid!!

Slug and lettuce always seems to be my last port of call before we get on a train fromCanary Wharf love the fact they do 2 for 1 cocktails before 10 on certain nights great bar good drinks would stay in there longer if I didn't have to get home there was 5 of us and a round of drink 4 cocktails and a gin and tonic was £30 which is really good

Omg this has got to be one of the dirtiest restaurants in Canary Wharf. I dare anyone whilst waiting to order to look at the "clean" glasses hanging on the rack - from where your glass will be taken when you order - they are grim.Also, if anyone can find dirtier toilets outside of a festival environment I would love to hear from you, they are shocking. Now I appreciate this place has higher footfall and use than most pubs in the Uk, but with that revenue surely the investment should be there.Now the staff are nice people, but being blunt - these guys are just amateurs - and so the lack of care and professionalism is shocking.I saw a customer ask for a tray for his drinks , and Greg had a tray of dirty cups/glasses and plates - simply emptied the tray, and with "juice" still in the tray, with bits of food and old sugar packets, without cleaning it - just put the customers drinks on that and gave him that ... that was a WTF moment ... These guys should not be working in this environment if their standards of acceptability are that low.At the point I saw the waiters wiping down a table he had just cleared with the napkins left by the customer that they hadn't used, I wanted to make sure I didn't catch anything and left ... Slug is one above Weatherspoons - in this environment you thought their game would be lifted but oh no - if anything this place is the worst I have ever seen of theirs.

Went here for Hen day Brunch as a party of 20. Restaurant were very accommodating and had done up a lovely area for us. Service was good and food was lovely. Great location and good value for money.

Worst slug and lettuce ever been to ! 15 minutes to get a drink at the bar .... One waiter for the whole restaurant , food came before the drinks did ... Place has gone down since the last time visited , its a super busy place yet they dont hire enough staff .

Place is dirty, staff is rude, around 15 min to get a glass of wine, bartenders do not know what a queue is. In summary, a great choice if you want to ruin the rest of your day.

Menu items aren't great. But given that it was half price, it wasn't so bad. I wouldn't go back again, even at half price. Service was quick.

If I could leave a minus score I would. Absolutely terrible service, nothing good to make me want to return. Waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order 35 minutes for our drinks to arrive 40+ minutes for food. When we complained, didn't even get an apology....DO NOT VISIT....TERRIBLE.

I am a big fan of Slug and Lettuces. I went here with a friend after a concert at the 02 on Saturday 25 March. It was a mess in there, messy tables, sticky, felt really grubby. We waited the bar for ages whilst one of the staff decided that cleaning up was more important than serving us, eventually he did serve us, first we couldn't get the cocktail we wanted.... never had that happen before. We chose an alternative and sat down.After about 5 minutes some other guy came over and said drink up and leave as they are closing. I've never been told to leave a place before. I've worked in catering and if a paying customer has bought something before closing time then you don't shoo them out and you wait until thy are finished in their time. Happy to take money and then virtually chuck people out...Had someone said politely before serving us y are closing soon, we would have had the choice to stay for a 'quick one' or go somewhere else. It seemed there were all young lads working there and only interested in getting home on time from their shift! If your are employed to do a late weekend shift, then do it properly and don't rush paying customers out.I will return to other Slug and Lettuces, but not this one, there's clearly managerial issues of this particular one that needs addressing.

We stopped here for a drink after attending a concert at the O2. We arrived at 10.40 pm and were left standing at a near empty bar for 15 minutes while a bartender called Dawid was cleaning up. It took a colleague to tell him to serve us before he did but not before serving two other customers that had arrived after us.We ordered espresso martinis but were told we couldn't have them as the coffee machine had been turned off. We ordered two other drinks. I watched him making my apple vodka mojito and noticed that after he poured in the vodka, he tipped something from an unidentified pint glass covered in clingfilm into my glass. I am guessing it was rum but didn't appreciate being given the dregs from wherever.We sat down with our drinks and in less than ten minutes, a bartender came over and said "We are closed, please drink your drinks and leave". The bar was only too happy to take over £17 off me to buy the drinks and then didn't want to give us time to drink them. Nobody told us when we ordered that the bar was closing so I found it particularly rude.I have been to many Slug bars and never encountered any problems. I will not be returning to this one again, however, as it was a complete joke.

Das Lokal gehört zu einer Kette. Wir haben einen Salat gegessen und ein Bier getrunken. Das Essen war völlig ok für einen wirklich günstigen Preis. Die Zutaten alle frisch. Auch die Speisen die virbeigetragen wurden sahen gut ubd frisch aus. Die Einrichtung ist witzig und bunt. Außergewöhnlich. Der Kellner war sehr sehr freundlich. Wir würden noch mal hingehen.

Entered this branch of S+L at 11.30am on a Monday. The restaurant was quiet at this point, so we ordered quickly to beat the rush which started around 12.15pm. Ordered 2 coffees with the food, one coffee had a big smear of lipstick on the cup, so we asked for it to be replaced, the wairee tutted and walked off to replace, with no apology. We ordered 2 lasagnes and a side of garlic bread. The lasagnes came after 15 minutes and were burnt at the bottom. The garlic bread didn't come so I asked a passing waitress if it was on its way. She said Its just coming now. 5 minutes later still no bread so I asked her again, she said 'I took it to another table, so I will ask them to cook some more!'. The way she spoke there wasn't even any cooking, she completely forgot twice. My partner said don't worry we don't want it now as we have nearly finished our meals. We said they were overcooked but edible. She said 'oh okay' and walked off! The word sorry was not said once!! We couldn't believe the attitude of this lerson! It started to get a lot busier and the staff were struggeling so we didn't bother complaining to the manager as we both manage pubs and know how hard it can be. ALL WE WANTED WAS AN APOLOGY!!

We went here for drinks only, and won't return. The barman pulled the beers as flat as anything. He also held the glasses by the rim, and not on the bottom half as supposed to. Don't know where his hands have been...or how clean they are...We asked a female staff member to wipe a table that was dirty so we could sit down, and she wiped all the crumbs and dirt onto my lap!!! We were seated close to one of the waiter stations. One of the male staff members were taking cutlery and a napkin to a customer, dropped the napkin on the floor next to our table, picked it up, and proceeded to give it to the customer. Eugh!!!!! That's proper disgusting!

We ordered two different salads. Both of them were basically unedible. The avocado tasted disgusting, surely it had gone off. The cocktails were almost ok but there was hardly any alcohol in there. Stay away from this place.

I go to this bar/restaurant all the time. Lunch and Evenings. The staff are very nice. Scott is our favourite. It can be noisy in the evening so sometimes you have to repeat or make it very clear what you are ordering. All the staff work very hard and we have never had a bad meal or drink there. My next visit maybe mid-week lunch but deffo Thursday evening. Keep up the good work!!

I literally don't know where to start. Firstly we waited 30 mins for our drinks to be made. Then we ordered our food... an hour later we asked where our food was, it was of course forgotten about and took an hour to then be made and come out. In the meantime we ordered more drinks from the bar and was told they would come to the table and after 20 mins I went to find out where they were and they claimed we never ordered any until we proved the order via receipts. Then one glass came out with lipstick around the top. They also took a following 25 mins to come out. The toilets had no toilet roll and one missing toilet seat and no light and general mess everywhere. It was disgusting. Doesn't even deserve 1 star!!!

I should've known better, seeing as this is a drinking venue and not a restaurant, but the food we had for lunch was awful. I had a bibimbap (again, should've known better than to order a Korean dish) which couldn't have been further from what I should be. It was gross... hot rice, warm egg, and stone cold soggy vegetables. My colleagues had the burgers which they all said was equally as disgusting, with tasteless flattened meat between soggy bread.Do not come here to eat!!

Not bad at all. Came here for breakfast, i think it was £8 for a full english + includes coffee or tea. Food came in about 10-15mins.. That was cook because i knew it was cooked Fresh! The small foreign waiter(black hair ) needs to smile more ! Maybe because it was early in the morning or she was having a bad day.. she was good though. Only down side was the little "pretty" boy who walks round with all his tattoos on show doing no work what so ever! LAZY. Needs to go.Other than that, was great. thanks!

Staying in area for the night, we decided to pop in here for dinner and drink. It was New Years Eve Afternoon. The 2 bar men looked like they would rather be somewhere else and just stared at me when I went to the bar. One walked off and the other walked as slow as he could to come and serve me, like I was putting him out doing his job. I asked if I could order food, he just raised his head slightly, not saying a word. I put my order in ( still without him saying a word) then ordered drinks. He then grunted at me how much the order would be, I paid, he walked off. No thank you, no smile, nothing! Our food arrived by a lovely, friendly waiter who couldn't do enough to be helpful. Wouldn't go here again.

First time in Slug and Lettuce restaurant the food amazing the waitress Niki short and smily. Very helpful ,good suggestion and always happy. But the bartenders horrible slow and didn't want to do drinks for restaurant. We waited for our drinks 20 min when bar had 3 bartenders and only 2 customers. After Niki go to the bar show them the ticket they just ignored her and then she did the drinks herself. Definitely 5 stars for her! Well done Niki because of you we will come again thank you for making our night so enjoyable. Nina and Leandro

After walking in the shopping area we really needed to eat and drink something. It is a big place, in the middle more a drinking area and a place to watch a football game (it was on at that time). At the right and left enough place to sit and have something to eat. They also have this nice place where you can sit on a half round sofa, very nice to sit next to your loved one, instead across the table.Service was in the beginning very slow and our table was dirty. Food was hot, bit greasy thoug and certainly enough.

Ottimo per l'aperitovo o il brunch, il bar è uno spettacolo con tutte le bottiglie in vista e il locale in generale è molto bello e luminoso. Io lo consiglio per il brunch o per l'aperitivo (ma evitate se l'aperitivo se non amate i posti affollati). ottime le patatine fritte e bellissimo il panorama!

We attended here yesterday for drinks & food - the waitress that served us did not smile once, we order a lot of food and drink and it was almost like she did not want to be there however we had a issue and one of the staff, i didn't catch her name did everything she could to help us and she saved the day regarding some tickets we lost cant thank her enough!the food was average and it gets very busy so defo get a table.think bar staff and waitress need a little smile!

I work in Canary Wharf and you would expect pubs to be busy at lunchtime however this place frequently has only one person behind the bar.

Slow, sexiest. Just an absolute disgrace. Waited at the bar got ignored. Staff to busy flirting with women. Dirty, sticky floor and tables. Never again

I was in London last weekend. My wife and I went to the bar area for a drink after dinner. I asked for Smirnoff vodka, the barman poured Absolut Vodka. I let it pass. Then I ordered a bottle of Mumms for £28 from another barman. He instead gave me a rose bottle of Mumms, which was £10 more expensive.I asked to speak to the manager. I told him what happened, he immediately gave me a refund.Is this something the staff are trained to do?If someone complains, them they will give a refund?Make sure they don't cheat you as well. Disgusting.

Monday is half price food, which I have to say for around £5.00 per person was great value. It was very busy, I suspect due to he offer and as a result the food service, when you only have an hour for lunch, was to slow.Although when food arrived the food was very good for the money. Try and book a table if you can for lunch so to streamline your visit.

Been there as a party of 20, for leaving drinks of a colleague.Must admit table been booked for us and there was enough bar tenders.But very packed even on Wednesday night.

Popped in after work and fancied something to eat. Was not really expecting much to be honest. Was greeted by the waitress who sat us down and we ordered a bottle of prosecco (on special offer) a fish plater and a rib eye steak. Prosecco was very good and food was excellent! Cooked exactly as requested and served in the right timescale. Waitress was very nice and smiled (this can be a rarity in london) and was always available.We went in at 6pm and it was heaving with people but this added to to the atmosphere.

Food and drinks were good nice bar however long waits at the bar due to staff shortages and the cocktails

A group of 11 of us came here for lunch and a few drinks, as soon as we arrived Anita (Polish waitress) was so welcoming and helped us move the table around to accommodate the whole group. she took our orders and the food was delivered very quickly and she was always polite but the most impressive thing was when it come to paying the bill. we all wanted to pay separately but Anita took away the stress normally involved in who had what etc as she had already worked who had what and approached us individually and showed us the receipt with what we had to eat circled off so each person paid for exactly what they had without squabbling. I thought this was a nice touch and very professional and based on the level of service Anita gave us we will all return.

Vi var her en lørdagskveld. Baren var veldig full, men vi fant oss et hyggelig bord på uterestauranten. Tydeligvis et populært sted. Jeg kommer gjerne tilbake, men det var ikke noe minneverdig opplevelse. Bortsett at jeg kommer til å huske dem for å lage irish coffee med marshmallow istedenfor fløte... Ikke helt min smak men sikkert artig for noen.

My friend and I were meeting in the canary wharf area and I suppose as this is right by the station we (probably like others) popped in here for a quick drink. The place was heaving at 5pm on a Friday there was barely space to stand. This is not a problem, as it adds atmosphere. The place had tourists as well as people who must have popped in after work for a drink. Anyway one thing that I didn't like about this chain was the rude bartenders, they were abrupt when you asked them a question and I think forgot how to smile. We ordered a couple of cocktails and these were ok. Because of the service we decided to take our business elsewhere!

Enjoyed a very nice meal here on the Monday evening. To our surprise mains were half price and desserts were 2 for 1. Pie crust was rather thick but otherwise the chicken pie was very nice. Good selection of draught beers. Considering how busy it got, the service was good
