¡Qué hallazgo es este lugar! Tuve su almuerzo especial de arroz con chile y 3 ensaladas, también vino con crema agria y queso. Realmente delicioso y el personal fue fabuloso. Caí en la tentación y seguí con café y una tarta de kiwi, avellana y pistacho. . . asombroso. Los precios también son geniales. ¡Muy recomendable!

Ok so it was definitely my fault. I went in with a Groupon voucher at 3.45pm wanting lunch or afternoon tea for two. I had no prior appointment but I was there with my bestie. The receptionist explained that lunch was over in 15 mins and asked if I’d like to book an appointment for another day. My heart sank. My friend had come all the way down from Buckinghamshire for lunch. We had not caught up in four years. It would be a shame to have to look for a new venue at this time. Florine is consulted (hope I got the name right?) and he comes out with a big smile, apologising profusely (apology???). He explained that the afternoon tea section would be closed in 10 minutes and rather than us rush our lunch and not enjoy it, would we mind if he set it up in the bar so we could take full advantage of the two hours allocated and enjoy our afternoon tea which he promised to set up himself as the chef was finishing his shift. We followed him to the lovely bar where he set up a secluded corner for us and we had a lovely, serene afternoon tea complete with three refills of Prosecco. IT WAS LIKE HAVING YOUR OWN PRIVATE SERVICE BY THE M’AITRE D. As usual The scones were heavenly , the cakes delicate and fresh and the sandwiches moist and filling. I have had my afternoon tea here six times now and will continue to have all my lunch dates there. The staff are delightful and FLORINE went above and beyond today Wednesday 3rd August 2022 with his kindness and excellent service. In these post covid days service like this must be appreciated. I hadn’t been here for a while and a friend visiting London suggested it for a weekday afternoon catch up. It was great. Lovely relaxed atmosphere, nice beer, friendly helpful staff and quietly getting busy as the workday ended. I think I’ll be back soon and maybe have a bite to eat as the food that went past looked good.

I entered the shop and straight away there was a real lack of communication. There was one person before me in the queue. I ordered a coffee and a bacon and avocado bagel. That's when the wait started. The coffee came after around 2 minutes, so I thought good service! I was wrong. I waited a further 15 minutes for the the 3 people behind the till to apply avocado and bacon to a toasted bagel. So after a lengthy enquiry I finally received my bagel. At this point the coffee was cold, but atleast the bagel was a solid 5/10. Lacked seasoning.

Hired the downstairs room for a leaving party and it was amazing! Such a perfect night with all of my friend’s!! Couldn’t recommend this place anymore. Was allowed to go early to decorate, could plug my own music in and we had access to our own bar! Everyone had the best time! Lovely staff too 😊 and the top it all off the drinks were a great price!! If you’re having a party you NEED to book this place.

The girl serving was nice. The coffee ok. The biggest impression left on me though was the state of the toilet. There was only one toilet which was for male, female and disabled. It was absolutely filthy. Not that it hadn't been cleaned during that day but that it had ingrained dirt in it and the sanitary bin needed throwing out and replacing. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned since they got it.

Really, really cute, tucked-away spot - great for a casual afternoon meal. The service here was so superb. I was on a Peep Show filming locations tour in London and this was a must-see for me. The manager totally remembered the shoot and regaled me on the experience. Food was excellent and I'll definitely be going back to try their pizzas which they stone-bake on the premises. The neighborhood is so cheery and right next to a historic park with lots of fantastic Victorian architecture. A great find. Cheers!

As a typical tourist, I'll complain about not working wifi. When I was mentioning this to a staff member, I was told that this is normal and that all that the staff can do is to complain further to their manages. In any case, this is the problem of multiple Starbucks and I don't know why. Maybe too many customers are connected and it overload the network. But this is exactly what a café should be prepared for or count with. There is only 1 toilet at the place for everyone. Considering that the shop is not the smallest, maybe few of them would be better. I had matcha latté. It's possible to have it without added sugar. Yay! But since I was staying at the place, no one asked my name to put it on a cup to go (even though I had one). I am sad that I didn't have the proper Starbucks experience. But yeah, that not working wifi and just 1 toilet seems to be it in Starbucks in London.

It was a hot day and we decided to pop in and get some icecrea, before we headed to a show at the theatre close by. The ice cream was tasty and they had a decent amount of flavour options.

We arrived for Sunday breakfast at 9.40 and were promptly seated and ordered. It took over 1/2 hour and 2 enquiries for our breakfast to arrive. When it did my poached eggs were stone cold. Considering it was £30 for two very modest portions this wasn’t very good.

A proper, traditional English pub in the heart of London. No gimmicks, no heavies on the door, simply a warm welcome from the fabulous staff and a great atmosphere!

Great place with a solid selection, accessible for both new and seasoned whisky drinkers. Especially brilliant service from Jason, who was not only a great conversationalist, but also went the extra mile: not only answering questions but actively went out of the way to provide a tasting experience at the end. Will absolutely be heading back.

I was looking for some nice vegan food and decided to check out the place. They had amazing Young Vegans pies and some good choices to fill your plate. I would definitely recommend mushroom stroganoff pie with mash and gravy on the side! Very lovely staff and helped a lot with the choices, recommend!

Such a lovely chicken burger, marinated to keep it juicy and grilled to perfection. The waitress even remembered us from our previous visit two weeks earlier! Reasonable price, friendly service.

fake sushi. this is not japanese Sushi, chinese or US sushi. not worth eating. 昔は寿司職人が握る本格寿司がHarrodsに入っていたのですが、今は中韓が経営する「典型的なFAKE SUSHI店」に変わってしまい残念。食べる価値ゼロ。
