Very overpriced - I paid £5.20 for a cup for vanilla pretzel pieces. They tasted as expected and were warm which as a plus, but I don’t think they are worth the price. Probably wouldn’t buy again but was a nice one off treat.

Pretzels are just expensive undercooked dough with toppings. Very disappointing for the price.

I had the sweet almond pretzel, it was 3.50, I did wait like 10 minutes because it was so fresh, but overall it was delicious. Will definitely come again.

Was treated like dirt they looked at us like it the entire time and made comments and laughed about me and my partner right in front of us. Gave someone else the pretzel we ordered and told us we had to wait. Pretzel was good tho

Ordered a pretzel for my son and was told it was going to take 5 minutes. Waited 15 and was told 2 more minutes. After another 10 minutes I got annoyed and asked how much longer it was going to take. I received no apologies nor explanation. The lady at the counter thought it was a better idea to sarcastically gas light me by saying that I only waited 8 minutes. I demanded my money back in the knowledge that neither me or my family will ever spend money at Auntie Anne's in the Glades and will only have negative reviews to offer when asked about this place. Shockingly awful service.

Unfortunately we don’t do sausages over here like the Scandinavians do so I do appreciate when I find this. I really enjoyed the sausage with pastry around it whilst shopping in Bromley. Good quality, tasty sausage, about £4 perfect for a quick grab and go lunch.

Good tasting Pretzels. They also do Slushies as well. So both keep the kids happy. Sometimes they can run out of the items you want and depending on the time there can be a long queue

The staff here are wonderful, my son sadly had an upset stomach and he vomited right in front of the store. The lady was extremely attentive and helpful beyond measure. The food is good but the service outweighs positively by far

Love Auntie Anne's Pretzels. The bites are the best. Staff are friendly. If you can, ask for fresh because they are better than the ones sitting in the window. Nice snack for walking around the shops with.

The pretzels are nice but I think there abit over priced for what they actually are.. It cost £3.50 for a vanilla flavour pretzel today. The children asked for one otherwise I probably wouldn’t bother at that price.. The service however was fast and friendly :)

Soft pretzels are not something we have in Belgium. I've always wanted to try them. So when I had an Auntie Anne's soft pretzel for the first time years ago, I was an instant fan. For the longest time, I thought all soft pretzels were as delicious, because Auntie Anne's were the only ones I had. Meanwhile, I've tried others, in various locations in NYC and London. Let me tell you, Auntie Anne's is the only soft pretzel you should ever try. Plenty of savoury and sweet options, but you cannot miss with the classic. My favourite "dealer" is the booth in Hammersmith station in London. I love watching them being made and the service is always friendly. Now, it may seem expensive for a pretzel. But one is a great snack and two is a cheap dinner.

This branch I have been too is a small both which you can find in Uxbridge shopping center, they have a really nice selection of bites of pastries. I ordered the small pites of Paperoni, and cheesy ones, it was very fresh and delicious.

Ok so I got the cinnamon nuggets. They was similar prices to competitors. Taste ok. They didn't have any cutlery which was a negative as I wanted a fork for the cinnamon bites. This was from a kiosk stall. Lots of pretzels for my money though.

I would not eat here for what you get it is overpriced. But our seven year old daughter loves the Cinnamon Pretzel and always asks us for them when we go there. The only trouble is she takes an age to eat it and you can hardly trapse around a shop with a messy child munching on a pretzel dropping crumbs everywhere so if you buy one for the little darlings then have time to sit down on the benches provided and let them munch away.

Lovely choices of sweet and savoury pretzels, love the vanilla sugar and the dips are to die for. Not tried their drinks but the bright lemonades look fun. Probably a little pricier than is necessary but worth trying and with a loyalty card some ok deals sometimes.

Un piccolo chiosco all’interno del centro commerciale a Bromley che fa una specie di pretzel (ma l’impasto ricorda più una pizza da forno), una specie di hotdog e una buona limonata. Per una pausa pranzo veloce mentre si gira per i negozi.

Very poor food considering they’ve basically just raised the price of the carvery to £14.95 overnight with no advance notification, the beef was so overcooked the carver couldn’t even carve it !!! It just crumbled into shreds and clumps the turkey and ham wasn’t any better as it had been overcooked to a similar condition !!! the roast potatoes were so hard,as you put pressure on the knife to cut them to bite size pieces the inside of the potato miraculously found its way out leaving a mish mash of sludgy potato and hard overcooked roast potato skin on the plate !!!! the stuffing is most probably some cheap catering version of Paxo it’s so dry it’s inedible !!!! As for the vegetables they’re clearly frozen and boiled within an inch of their lives , the cauliflower cheese tasted “plasticky “ most probably another frozen bought in commodity !!!, as for the mashed potato well, indeed that may be freshly prepared from natural ingredients “ potato “ !!!! but when one endeavours to scoop a portion of mashed potato onto the serving implement it’s a nightmare to actually get the portion onto the plate!!!! as it’s caked with mashed potato that previous customers have not been able to manage to actually get on their plate !!!! something similar to someone trying to clear frozen snow off their path with a shovel in the end the shovel is caked in snow unless of course someone cleans the shovel !!!! occasionally the carver nicks the designated tongs that’s meant for customers to pick up their roast potatoes, to actually scoop the shreds of meat that’s collapsed during attempts to cut the meat joints !!! On one occasion I scalded my hand on one of the tongs as a previous customer had just put the tongs back into the centre of the tray containing the roast potatoes or other vegetables !!! There is clearly a lack of supervision at the carvery hub !!!! The Queen Bull needs to get her act together !!! With regards to the reviews , as an observation anyone “ praises “ the establishment who clearly have no sense of taste, quality or smell other than having the easy option of not having to prepare and cook Sunday lunch, get their boots kicked, anyone who dares to send critical damning reviews get knocked back with sarcasm, take note of the bad reviews madam they’re the important ones Queen Bull less of the “ meeting and greeting “ do something positive do some positive supervision set higher standards to get your business on track or you may end up on Gordon Ramsay’ s Kitchen Nightmares programme, I’ll even sponsor your establishment !!!!!

The Bulls Head in Pratts Bottom is definitely our favourite local pub in the Orpington area. The staff are all lovely and welcoming, the crowd is mostly made up of regulars and people local to the village which give the pub and very warm and friendly feel. Food is always top notch, you get a nice choice of pub classics such as bangers & mash and fish & chips along with more gastropub type options as well. The baileys creme brûlée is outstanding and a must try. Drinks are pretty well priced too.
