Service is always fairly good, and the atmosphere isn't ever great just a lot of work lads

I don't usually pop into Orpington all that much, and this was the first time I went to visit this pub. I was very impressed with the visit and found the service to be quite impressive. I didn't order any food, as I didn't have a lot of time on my hands and needed to be somewhere else. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt where it comes to food. Great job, guys and gals.

Came here to see Jamie and the Jets who were brilliant. Great atmosphere. Pints of Heineken and Pravha came to £9.60.

Kirsty makes a naughty jerk chicken burger 10/10, my friend had a chilli dog and also rated 10/10 nice one kirstyyyy!!!!

What a great place to have a drink with family or friends. This clean, modern pub which still has the feel of an old fashioned pub, is a gem. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly with bar staff and customers happy with the delightful ambience. A great nice sized function room at the back caters for any occasion with a nice bar, patio area and the room connects nicely to the bar area so you can play one of the few games tables such as pool. Music plays in the background to make this pub feel exciting as you enter. Definitely a great place to spend a few hours. Well done. We will definitely recommend this pub and we will return.

Enjoyed the pub. Staff was great. Pubs not over priced. Got dart board, pool table, pinball machine, a betting machine and a beer garden so enough to keep you entertained. They also have TV in there showing the sports so that's a bonus

Went into the pub this afternoon and it was lovely. Friendly staff with good selection of drinks. Bar was nicely presented with some cool beer runners. Noticed there was a bar billiards table which I’ll be popping back to try when I have more time. Would definitely recommend visiting this pub. A***

Cool place to have a few beers with the guys and girls. Nice range of beers, with sports shown on big screens. Staff are very friendly, cool environment all round.

Come here regularly and am never disappointed. Good selection of drinks coupled with great live music, friendly atmosphere and awesome bar staff who have your drinks ready the second you walk through the door. Who could ask for a better place to call their local 🙂

Despite clear improvements since the recent fire – better pool tables, pinball, better hygiene – the new landlord has inherited a sports bar when what he really wants to run is a 70s-themed disco. You can't enjoy your team winning and discuss the match with friends because within seconds of the final whistle the sound is switched off and the disco is in full swing at conversation-stifling volume, even though nobody's dancing and the punters are finishing their drinks and leaving. If they don't think the game is important enough, they won't even run the commentary. I watched two legs of the Carabao Cup semi-final, a week apart, and the same music was playing on the same loop with the commentary muted. Let's be fair: it's better than it was: staff are pleasant and efficient and they've got rid of that rancid Shiraz they were serving till a couple of weeks ago.

Nice space, affordable drinks and food (pizza only), very pleasant staff. The music is too loud. Chips would be a good addition to the food. Beer garden at the front and rear.

Terrible drug atmosphere, which staff don’t seemed bothered by. Not to mention staff are rude, and act like it’s play time, rather than a place of work. Mold in the ice, so clearly don’t clean there. Won’t be going back, and advice others to drink else where!!!

Nice enough pub. Smart loos and decor is good. Quite chilly in there. Loud music but it is a sports bar. They don't serve a huge menu but pizzas are on offer

Having passed the pub every day for a long while I eventually decided to nip in, and I can say that I wasn’t disappointed. As a publican myself I don’t have a bad word to say about the place, friendly staff, fantastic atmosphere and 10/10 beers. I think the new manageress has really brought a refreshing vibe to the pub. An absolute must try on the high street.

Not my cup of tea although beer fine and priced pretty well. Too noisy with no soft materials to dull the sound of loud conversations during the day. More an evening place by the look of the set up and pool tables.

Haven't been here since my late teens, they have had a good reverb and the place looks clean and welcoming for customers 😀

They're lucky to get a star a big fat guy pretend as if he didn't se me and it wasn't even busy and the lady they were just ignorant i visited last week and they were young girls they were very nice and polite not the 2 working today pathetic

The White Hart has now had a complete makeover! I went into there the weekend to watch the footie and its all changed, New staff new make over, Pool tables even the decor! My son even commented on how friendly the staff were. I went back again to watch the lionesses play. The drinks price is fair and their deals are brilliant at the moment, they even sell cocktails on tap now!!!

I had preconceived ideas about this pub having used it in the past. I was very surprised with what I discovered. Friendly staff and refurbed areas including a purpose built sports bar at the back, plus pleasant garden area. Certainly very different from the last time I was in. Another plus point is the price. £2.80 for a Doom Bar. Clearly they have to compete with the 'spoons in the high street but I would rather come here. Far cleaner than the 'spoons. Would recommend a visit if its been a while since your last visit.

Clean and friendly pub, with billiard tables and a steel tip dart board. I liked how the pub is kinda split into 3 large but semi-or fully separated spaces, so no matter which space you’re in you don’t feel the overwhelmingness of being in the same pub with a ton of people.

Good pub very friendly and very covid safe a male member of staff was so helpful and tentative to a disabled customer especially since he was doing most of the table service and it being busy Saturday.

Even in these difficult times of rules and restrictions I found the staff professional and helpful. The pub itself was clean. The glasses were spotless, there is a good variety of ales/lagers/ciders on draught and the usual spirits! They also have a good selection of wines. It is obvious that the toilets (ladies) have been updated, new toilets with push button flush, new sinks and hand dryers, soap always available. However some customers seem to think it is acceptable to mistreat these amenities so a couple of locks on doors have been broken but I have found this to be the case in posh restaurants - you cannot help the mindset of your clientele!

Nice little pub, well price however not much a selection of drinks to offer but plenty of room to sit with 2 beer gardens (1 in the rear and 1 in the front).

The white heart is a clean and fantastic places to visit. If you just fancy a freadly pint And a chat . The staff there were just great.

This was the best pub for miles in 1973 when Charlie and Ann were the landlords, and served a delicious hot pot, and never forgotten when buying Charlie a drink🥃 commented "WHAT A LOVELY THOUGHT" he was the best landlord I have ever known. 🍻

Good choice and cheap prices of beer and spirits in the bar. The pub is sports cultured with TVs dotted about showing the latest. 2 pool tables that need tlc. Darts board. Known to serve food during the day time but haven't indulged yet. Staff are smiley and friendly. Toilets are very smelly.

Nice bar, with decent games (pool and darts). Outside bit at the back for some fresh air too and the regulars seems friendly enough. The games stuff is a little worn out however.

I haven't been in here for a really long time, it used to be dingy and not that great, i went in at the weekend and was so impressed by what had changed, the decor is really modern and clean, toilets are good and hygienic, drinks are reasonably priced and the staff are really friendly, definately going to pop in for food next week!

Was busy on a Thursday eve but it was the evening the lights got turnt on in the high street. Prices were very good, specially I'd you like a gin as they had lots of offers

Very annoying for people who live nearby when they play extremely loud music during the week until the late hours. Not very ideal, they should keep in mind that some people have to go to work in the morning and would like to be able to sleep.

The white Hart is a long standing Orpington pub,which has recently had a full refurbishment, and I must say the place looks fantastic, good friendly staff, cheap drinks, 8 new TVs, so great place to watch football cricket, golf, rugby etc. They also have a new food menu, which I've heard is very good. Seems to be attracting a new crowd, this place is on the up, and I hope it continues as the high street pubs are a dying breed

Came here for lunch today and I had a handmade cheese & bacon burger with chips...It was only £7.95, my friend had the chicken and bacon melt baguette with chips and salad it was absolutely gorgeous. Apparently they have new people taking over the kitchen and I for one am extremely impressed. I saw some other people eating and it all looked lovely. Will definitely be coming back with my family! Great food!
