Worse coffee in town the guy making coffee this Sunday morning very messy

I love this branch in fact I only go to this branch in Chislehurst they are always serve with excellent customer service. 10/10 everytime guys

Toasted panini was well over toasted, could hardly get my teeth through the bread ! Lovely drink

Very friendly staff here in Chislehurt. Plenty of room for the baby's big 3-wheeler buggy too.

Worst Costa coffee ever Very dirty and untidy and the service very slow, my kids food and drinks were cold. Big disappointment

Coffee shop opening early in the morning I really don’t understand why Costa Coffee open 7 am it’s very late

Their service it too bad ,waited 25 min in queue to get my drink, since Indians took over ,food,quality,opening time all are at the lowest point

I came here in the morning and the young woman who served me was amazing. She was so nice and chatted to me whilst I waited for my drink. She even asked if I wanted extra tissues, my food in a bag, and if I wanted any chocolate powder on my mocha. Both the ladies were really nice and it made my morning. This is definitely the best Costa in the area because some of them don't bother even looking at me when giving me my drink.

I love Costa but I was very disappointed with the almond croissants the last time. I had the first bite and realised it was stale. The lady exchanged them after my request but I think this should be improved, maybe you can warm them up before serving.

Amazing customer service and lovely staff. I stayed here pretty much all day working, and the staff were wonderful and very friendly, even though I farrr outstayed my welcome. Apologies to the staff for being here a few minutes past closing!! Unfortunately I did not get any names except Valentina who helped set up my costa card, but all the girls and the guy working today were brilliant, and as I was in all day saw how they handled all the customers with care and attention, even during busy periods of the day. p.s. just a note that Google opening hours say 6pm close on a Monday, cafe closes at 5pm so look out for that until it is updated!

you would think a chain owned by Coke would be better, but when it was owned by the original owners it was better. Boring food , average coffee.

The staff here are lovely and friendly and the service is relatively quick. After I pick up mine and mum's prescription or when I do the shopping for her, I always go in because come on its Costa! Why make an iced latte or coffee at home when you can come in and get people to make it for you? (it tastes better anyway)

Service bit slow but always enjoy drinks here, clean with seating inside and out.

The airconditioning in the sitting area is set to the lowest temp, only suitable for Eskimos. Moved to Caffe Nero across the road.

Clean place, staff are friendly and polite

Nice little Costa but there is nothing worse than going to the toilet and seeing very very dirty toilet brushes. These are used by your customers and are sickening to see especially when we are there to eat. Hygiene is key all round. They are clearly due to be changed and should be kept clean on a daily basis. That put me off my snack. They need changing otherwise nice cafe.

I used to love Costa. All of them Europe wide, but generally the quality of the coffee has started to disappoint. I only go to Costa now for takeaway toasted paninis.

It’s a normal Costa, small and busy. That means the tables do not cleared as often as they should. The arrangement though standard for many Costa’s has the restricted entrance but there are plenty of seats to the rear.

It's a Costa so you know what you're getting. But in a great neighborhood so there are nice customers

Used Costa at Next store near Bearstead. Although the new Goats cheese focaccia is really good it is still soggy because they no longer use panini press. To keep profit's coming in they no longer deliver to your table but ask you to wait and take yourselves by which time your coffee drink is now cold. Similar story at Costa Eltham. However must say Costa at Tesco Dunton Green do still bring to table. Thank you. Luckily Nero still use Panini press and coffee is really better

Very much a social hub these days. Good atmosphere and friendly staff plus good range of coffees. Cakes and pastries need to be much cheaper given their size.

This is a pleasant and cosy coffee shop overlooking the high street. All the usual drinks and food. Not a huge amount of seating so can get difficult to get a seat at busy times. Costa's latest tweet: "As part of our ongoing commitment to reducing waste & increasing #Recycling we are removing plastic straws from our stores. We will launch a non-plastic alternative straw this year as part of an on-going review into all our packaging & takeaway cups

As expected from Costa had a great Flat White, Coffee ☕ this afternoon. Barister even tried to produce a Christmas 🎄 on the top. Happy staff happy customers. Keep it up.

As always with Costa the coffees are excellent and a light bite can be purchased. Cold drinks and shakes are popular with the kids.

Great coffee and Okay staff, does get very busy especially at the weekend, stays open late though, unlike Nero's over the road which shuts at 5.30pm.I think Costa shuts at 6.00pm or even 7.00pm on some nights. So don't worry about them closing.

Poor service and never heat the food up to the right temperature. I had meat ball wrap and had to go back to ask them why it wasnt hot inside. No apology and told 4 mins enough. The same thing happened in Walton Thames Costa. This is a health issue and some one will get food poisoning one day.
