A fabulous little GEM situated just up from Bromley South Station. The cleanest eatery I have eaten in, good food good prices. Very Happy.

A nice café. Four of us had different breakfasts. All were cooked well and arrived quickly. The toast was top notch. The staff were friendly and I will definitely visit again when I'm back in the area.

I ordered Omlette and Cod&Chips. The Omlette was overcooked. The cod was not fresh and the batter tastes very bad. Only good things were Chips and salad. We also had smoothie which was average.

I had a baguette with Chicken Salad and it was delicious. 😋 l have been coming here since it first opened and the service is always professional and quick. The waitress is very friendly too. I would recommend this cafe to everyone.

Charge me £10 for just a cheese and ham omelette. Over priced and the food wasn’t great. Won’t be coming here again.

Nice down to earth place with delicious food and drink as well as reasonable prices. Smoothies are particularly tasty.

Seats here, especially along the middle section (the two seat tables), are too close to each other. Service & attention is poor; took nearly 15 mins to have the order taken... & not in order of arrival; later arrivals served first!! Poor - won't be going here again; don't if you are thinking of doing so.

I had the bacon cheeseburger and chips which was very tasty. I was pleased to see that the burger was flat and wide rather than tall, so good not to have to either cram it in my mouth, or dissect it first!

Good food, hot, promptly served. Portions less generous than last time we visited pre lockdown.

Always go in the cafe when we are in Bromley. Love the food freshly cooked and hot. It's always busy there which tells you that it's good.

Food was plated and served well. Everything was well cooked according to my stated preference. A variety of food on the menu and we all enjoyed our choices.

The food here is excellent and it is located near Bromley South train station so is easy to get to.

I always find when I go into the Olive Tree the food is good it's small but friendly.

Service from a daughter who would rather be anywhere else. English breakfast cooked by a cook who’s never eaten one. Brown sauce like water and tastes like vinegar. If you came in for something different to eat and don’t mind rude thoughtless service you might be less disappointed than I am. At least it’s clean

Reasonable prices, clean and tidy. waitress was very friendly, polite,saying goodbye and thank you to every costomer. Quick service, can be busy in the mornings or pre shop opening times. Stayed for a chat after eating and was not rushed to leave by staff, relaxed atmosphere. Food is tasty, cooked fresh and not greasy like some cafe's. Recommend for a quick bite, big breakfast, say some lovely dishes come past!!

Excellent meal had baked potato with chili concerned and a side salad which was fresh and looked do appealing will definately visit again

This is l would say, part of Bromley traditional comfortable food place, from traditional English breakfast to nice rice kebab on plate, lovely burgers and fries, coffee or tea varieties for all different tastes. Busy during lunch times if you are in a group of more than 2, max seats are for 4 people but not always available. Good valuable for money and I would recommend it. Best service on the area.

The food looked good but was cooked in rancid fat so had a horrible, bitter taste. There's no excuse for this. I didn't complain because I was with a friend who was paying for me but won't go here again.

Was a busy place but the service was good. The food was great! The menu offers typical English dinner food along with Turkish Mediterranean cuisine. The price was right. I will come back.

The awful oat late that I paid for £3.40! The milk was from Asdas own milk and charged for extra 50p. The milk simply boiled and poured into the cup couldn’t drink the coffee due to burnt taste. I wonder why the coffee shop was not having a single customer whereas all the others aside were full.

Nice looking place, looks classier outside but still nice inside. Very clean, staff were attentive and happy to help with whatever you need. Food was well cooked, all quite basic but still pleasant to eat. Pretty reasonably priced. Have to say it was quite busy so they clearly appeal to the local customers.

The food was slow to arrive and wasn't exactly piping hot. Average at best.

If I'm in Bromley this place is my go to. Absolutely huge portions well priced, beautifully presented and not a bit of grease in sight. If it's not family run it certainly gives that impression- and the comfortable diner style seating booths allow for private conversation too. Love this place.

Disappointed!!! We decided to give it a try as have seen a lot of positive reviews about the place... The food was average at best, the smoothies not great and watery, coffees nothing special, the staff not too friendly. Won't be going back

It was very average. Service slow, prices ok. I had high expectations from the exterior but afraid they weren't confirmed. I chose "home made soup of the day", which turned out out to be a famous brand of cream of chicken soup from a can (it has a very distinctive taste). No choice of bread and was given white stodgy bread as accompaniment. Disappointed and won't return.

It has upgraded a bit in the span of a few years but has slowly got a bit bland but if your looking for a consistent quality meal choose olive tree.

As many other reviews state, staff have attitude issues and one particular staff member has a serious attitude issue! I have been here many times and every time I went to this cafe I have ordered one of the set breakfasts which comes with either tea or coffee. Staff do not acknowledge this when ordering and walk off before you can even ask which one you would like. This then makes it very awkward when asking for the tea or coffee. Then the last time I went, I asked the waitress if I can have my tea or coffee which comes with my breakfast and then got some really rude attitude from her (rolling her eyes and strong sarcasm), then added it extra on my bill ! The food is already overpriced for what you get and the food is very average tasting, nothing special. Just a convenient place to eat if you’re in Bromley and want a breakfast. Completely unprovoked attitude from her, me and my gf were polite and friendly. Made us feel very uncomfortable. I do not recommend !

I'm a big big fan of The Olive Tree Cafe in Bromley... I'm a regular for late breakfast! The staff are just brilliant... always so friendly. And they're quick, even when they're busy , which they often are (because they are popular!). PS They have the best coffee PPS Great for people watching if you sit outside!

Bad job... lack of respect for the time it takes to get the delivery orders ready. Lack of respect for food app drivers.

I ordered a bacon baguette. What arrived was a long soft and squidgy roll with a few bits of bacon in it! £3.95 for that! I shan't be eating there again.

Nice staff and lovely food but very cramped tables struggled to move about.

Staff have major attitude problems. Waitress on front of house is rude, any customer queries are dismissed immediately. Male staff member always speaks to you as if he'd rather you weren't there. EDIT: After placing this review I got an unsolicited message on Facebook from the manager. I do not think this is appropriate and as this business clearly make a habit of searching their customers on social media I would not recommend visiting.

Food absolutely worth every penny and gorgeous.

Good place to get things like omelettes and jacket potatoes at lunchtime. The staff are very friendly.

I was looking for a place to eat breakfast here in Bromley High Street and I saw this restaurant near Bromley South Station. Took a search at TripAdvisor, saw good reviews. This is the first time I ate an English breakfast and I love it. Taste was not so strong nor weak. The coffee is also good. Will definitely come back here

Relaxing cafe that was friendly and service for us attentive Chips were not greasy and the other food we ordered was simple to make but ordered well. Everything was excellent except the panini/sandwich options were on the light side and no staff members were wearing face coverings
