Nice setting, but the lady staff was very rude. recommend visiting one of the many other coffee shops at Waterloo station.

Cheap poor quality robusta beans re-packaged as ‘quality robusta’ (no such thing) by two bankers trying to maximise profit. Charging more for robusta coffee than some do for arabica will leave some people duped but true coffee lovers won’t touch this. Sacked staff on the spot as soon as lockdown was announced during Covid then came grovelling back as soon as furlough was announced too!

Truly awful - over-complicated ordering system that didn't work properly, high prices, coffee when it finally came was not particularly tasty and barely lukewarm. My first and last time in a Black Sheep branch as it encapsulated all that is grim about big city, commercially-focused coffee shops.

Very disappointed in the breakfast sandwiches we received. We paid £5.95 for a coffee and breakfast sandwich deal. We couldn’t use the self serve machines but the member of staff was helpful. The tables outside were all dirty and no one came to clear or wipe them. The ‘single origin’ oat milk flat white was more like a single shot latte. I expected better at cafe which claimed to be ‘speciality coffee’ . My vegan sausage sandwich was in a tiny stone baked roll with 1 sausage in. My friends bacon sandwich consisted of the same roll with one piece of undercooked fatty bacon. This is not what we expected on a main thoroughfare to Wembley Stadium in London.

My colleague and I have been buying our Pistachio Lattes from this branch for a while now and at first we thought it was a one off incident. However, on every single trip back for our Latte fix - we have been greeted with the same attitude from the same person on each occasion. She is rude, grumpy and seems to not want to serve us at all. This is the last straw and we definitely won’t be going back. The gelato place down the road also makes Pistachio Lates , so will be supporting this place instead.

We visited black sheep coffee for the first time, uncomfortable experience.no a good morning, not a how can I help?not even a half smile even if it was convenient, we felt unwelcome. I’m working on hospitality industry for more than 30 years, I never wrote a review, but today I felt the need to do it , for the two baristas a smile doesn’t cost.

Such amazing service, tasty coffee! Would highly recommend to anyone in the area - the bit around the station is. It exactly known for its good spots so grab a chair outside.

The staff at Black Sheep Coffee are friendly, relaxed and welcoming, and the coffee is top-notch. While the food options may be small, they are all good value and delicious. The service is quick, so you can get in and out in a jiffy. All in all, Black Sheep Coffee is a fantastic spot for a quick caffeine fix or a leisurely lunch.

Coffee is very good but the staff are rudeness people I've ever encountered. Asked for a coconut capachino they gave me normal milk. I pointed this out to them she laughed and said don't worry all taste the same.wont be going back there again. Quick service for 2 takeaway coffees. Cash not accepted which is fair enough given Covid, but he then I formed my husband that soon they were moving to Crypto currency, which did seem a little more odd. Anyway, coffees were OK - I had a cappuccino which in honesty was more like a latte and my hubbies Americano was not very strong but like I said. They were OK.

I enjoy drinking their Robusta Revival Coffee very much. It is strong with great flavor to it. Blacksheep also serves good bakeries. Caramel Brownies are my favorite.

Ordered 2 coffees & 2 cakes... paid money. Cakes were given immediately with a number sign to receive coffees (seems strange since it’s only coffee). Went to sit. Man who took my money went out the back, woman was cleaning a table & other man cleaning. Who was doing my coffee. Half cake eaten, no coffee. Went to ask lady where coffees were- very chilled out approach to ‘order didn’t go through’. She asked the man to make the coffees & continued cleaning. She asked which coffees we wanted. Still no one near the coffee machine- lady came over again to ask in a chilled out way which coffees we wanted. She strangely blamed man. Eventually after going around other guests the coffees came & man who ordered them said he would give us a voucher for free coffees. This obviously didn’t appear. Coffee looked nice but tasted average. Way too relaxed.
