Was en route to Swindon and managed to get a brunch at Upper Crust here in Paddington. Lovely service all round and a special mention to the host, Lydia. Thanks for the extra tissue. It came in handy with my blocked nose.

The food wasn’t good the service was bad I don’t like it the smell of the food was bad

Increíble ayuda y conocimiento de Eugenio. Nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos por Eugenio. Él era muy conocedor de los vinos y fue muy servicial durante toda nuestra noche. La comida era preciosa algunos trozos exigentes que funcionaban bien con los vinos. Bonita noche gracias

Bad food old non fresh or expired, AVOID AVOID

Hice mi investigación para este lugar antes de tener una excursión de un día a Londres. Parecía divertido. Cerca de la estación de Paddington, perfecto. Rockeado a las 6: 00 - 6 : 30 pm el sábado y estaban empacando y no había explicación del tipo aparte de que estaban cerrados! Muy decepcionado. No volverá cuando llegue Londres. La zona que lo rodeaba parecía muy tranquila, quizás esa era la razón pero si la publicidad Horario de apertura hasta el 23 : 00 horas espero que esté abierto.

During my trip to attend a symposium in town, my traveling companion and I had the opportunity to meet up with another friend who had opted for a hotel instead of an Airbnb. We found ourselves at a charming bar nestled within the lobby of the Hilton Paddington. Over the course of two separate days, we convened downstairs for some refreshing drinks. It was there that we encountered Abdullah, a truly exceptional bartender who knew exactly how to cater to the needs of three Asian women from America. His skills in mixology were truly remarkable, providing us with amazing drinks and impeccable service. Needless to say, the atmosphere passed the vibe check with flying colors. Those moments we spent together were nothing short of delightful, and I already find myself yearning for their return. If you ever find yourself in need of a fantastic late-night bar experience in Kensington, this is the place to be. Here, you can engage in intimate conversations without the need to raise your voice amidst the clamor of a noisy pub. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring, and you can even top off your evening with a well-crafted nightcap. Plus, the conveniently located bathrooms in the lobby add an extra layer of convenience to the experience. A five-star experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Muy buena comida y bebidas. Precios razonables. Muy feliz de que todo lo bueno volviera. Me sentí muy relajado buena ubicación todo genial.

Ate here a few times while staying near Paddington. Good portions and fairly priced for the area. Would certainly recommend

Visitando desde Australia. No hay muchas (buenas) opciones gastronómicas en la estación Victoria, pero al menos esta era accesible para nosotros con maletas grandes. Tiene un menú de comida básica y una buena gama de cervezas y vinos. El servicio se describió mejor como difuso - una sonrisa habría recorrido un largo camino - pero es una estación de Londres muy concurrida con una clientela ecléctica. El pedido llegó a tiempo, la comida era estándar de calidad y precio del pub (leer caro para los estándares australianos). Volvimos de nuevo más tarde en nuestro viaje y el personal era más amable, tres estrellas y media. Algo recomendado.

Horrible lugar de principio a fin. La comida era promedio en el mejor de los casos y el tamaño de las porciones parece ser una lotería, junto con los precios. Cobró tantos precios diferentes para las mismas bebidas y el personal no aplicó el descuento de día. Cuando nos preguntaron por el personal fueron muy groseros hasta el punto de hacer que el cliente no se sintiera bienvenido... .. así que nos fuimos del lugar. Si el perro cervecero no valora al cliente por favor háganoslo saber.

Solía gustarme aquí, pero el personal realmente te apresuró a hacer un pedido y me acusó de simplemente sentarse sin intención de pedir nada - cuando solo habían pasado unos minutos y estaba esperando a que mi novia se una antes de hacer un pedido. Les habría explicado esto felizmente si me lo hubieran pedido, pero en su lugar optaron por acercarse a mí con una acusación diciendo que claramente no tenía intención de ordenar. Realmente me sorprendió y arruinó lo que fue una buena tarde. Espero que el personal aprenda de esta experiencia y no vuelva a hacer acusaciones falsas y si necesita acercarse a alguien, hágalo amablemente en lugar de agresivamente. No voy a volver. 1 estrella de mí.

I’ve never been to Pergola before and was super excited for our first visit. On arrival the vibe was promising with great music and a bongo player and Saxophonist. We were seated by a lovely girl who was on her first shift working at Pergola. She took our drinks orders which was fine but 35/40 minutes later we were still waiting. Not sure why it took so long considering it was just a vodka,lemonade & lime and a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. We then had to chase 3 different members of staff. When the drinks finally came over they gave us the bottle of wine as it was. No wine cooler which I find astonishing considering we were paying £48 for a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc. The manager did apologise and brought some cocktails over but it seemed that most tables were complaining and had the same cocktails on their table. We ordered food which came out reasonably fast. Most of it was fine but the mac & cheese was basically dry pasta with some cheese on. We then ordered more drinks (same order as the first) and shock the same thing happened we waited absolutely ages and then when they eventually turned up we were told we needed to vacate the table. We asked for the bill and 20 minutes later we are still sat there waiting for it. We went to the bar with our drinks as the lady said we could wait there. No one came and it was only when we got sick of waiting and wanted to leave and asked the waitress about our bill she looked confused and clearly hadn’t even remembered. She then got her manager who finally gave us the bill. It was an absolutely shocking visit and so disappointing. It’s not a cheap place and considering how much we spent I think it’s just not on. Unfortunately I would never go back or recommend.
