Was en route to Swindon and managed to get a brunch at Upper Crust here in Paddington. Lovely service all round and a special mention to the host, Lydia. Thanks for the extra tissue. It came in handy with my blocked nose.

Lovely food, and friendly staff. Alekhya and Dario were very friendly and accommodating. They were quick, and efficient.

Ken was very fast to serve me, and super friendly, making my order super easy and quick so I could get on my train from Paddington. Thanks Ken!

Melkin (I hope I’m spelling that correctly!) was very warm and welcoming. She served me with a friendly smile whilst I was on my way to work :-)

Just grab a quick baguettes from here before boarding my train, Baguette was really fresh, I appreciate the fast and friendly staff as it really important that staff understands most of the customers are in rush to catch their train.

It was my first visit to Paddington Upper Crust as there was a long queue in my regular brand Cafe Nero, to be honest I was really surprised by the quick friendly service I received from the staff and coffee quality was brilliant. Thanks for making my day Upper Crust

I’m a fan of Upper Crust baguettes but today tried something new - a haloumi cheese and avocado breakfast muffin. Take a tip from me ... don’t even think about trying this and definitely not at well over £4 each.

I usually stop here when I need to take the train to Bristol for a mushroom & egg baguette warmed in the oven. The portion is large and flavorful and pretty good. Service is super quick here so be prepared when you step up to the counter. Pricing is fine for the fact this would be considered fast food.

パディントン駅のヒースローエクスプレス乗り場のすぐ近く、バーガーキングの隣にあります。バケット形式のサンドイッチがウリで 、ロンドンの主要駅でよく見かけるお店です。店内飲食はなく、テークアウトのみ。一番安いのがチーズ＆トマトで￡3.59。中心価格帯は￡4.29で高い物は£4.79。 バゲットなので、さすがにヒースローエクスプレスの搭乗している15分で食べきるには顎が疲れます。。。が、美味しさはまずまず。

Had a flat white (only available in small cups) which was the strongest cup of coffee I think I've ever had. Also went for a chicken tikka baguette which was fine. Adequate if you are in a rush and hungry, otherwise, choose elsewhere.

I used to take my morning croissant every morning before I would catch my train but of course today will be the last time. I have asked for a croissant and then soon after I have changed my mind to a cinnamon pastry, but the lady with a very arrogant voice told me "I'm sorry my colleague has already pressed the item on the till" so she put the croissant in the bag and gave to me in the most rude manner ever. Then I have said "never mind I will take both of them" and she said "oh very nice!!" Again very arrogant. I have been a waiter in my life and work in customer service at the moment and I have never done anything similar. There is always a way to change items specially if she did not receive the money yet or made the transaction. Customer service is the key for a successful business and you guys seriously need to fix that.

Not to be overlooked if you find yourself at Paddington and hungry. Unlike the other fast food outlets you can be guaranteed a really fresh sandwich made from great bread. Also coffee, tea and soft drinks. Prices reasonable and service fast

It is impossible to justify charging £3.20 for a medium flat white. There should always be profit to be had, I’m not Owen Jones, but there’s profit and there’s profiteering. I wish the business every misfortune.

I thought upper crust only kept their baguettes for a short time. Easter Tuesday 2.20 my Cheese and Tomato Baguette was stale at both ends. Not much you can do about it as you rush for a train - filling was okay but at fairly high end prices you expect fresh. They had a huge stock on offer and perhaps the Tuesday after Easter was not as busy as usual. They are usually pretty good

We have bought Some pastry as desert. Large portion and heavenly tasty at good value. Go and pick onze you like

Friendly, efficient and helpful staff which is what you need when you've got a train to catch! Not so sure about their avocado and egg muffin though - strange taste possibly from warming it up and partnering warm avo with sundried tomatoes !? Sadly disappointing!

One of the best restaurants to serve amazing sandwiches with different recipes that will suit your taste.. Nice selections and delicious.. A cup of coffee is really worth as well.

I ordered a sausage muffin, super smoothie and black coffee for breakfast whilst rushing for my train and it went down a treat - the lady serving was super fast, friendly and efficient just what's needed when you are on limited time!
