Lockhouse has brilliant food, laid back atmosphere and great service. Leon and the rest of the staff were amazing!

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this specific Costa Coffee branch. I ordered a frappuccino with an extra shot of coffee, but instead of adding the shot, they used powder. When I asked about it, the staff insisted the shot was added, but I was watching and clearly saw it wasn’t. What’s worse is they acted like I couldn’t hear or see what was happening. The drink tasted awful, and this is usually my go-to order. I’ve never been treated like this at any other Costa location—this branch really let the brand down. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so other customers don’t have the same experience.

What a find, wasn’t here last time I was in the area. Thought I’d give it a try and was greeted by an unbelievable selection of cask and keg ales. As I’m a lightweight, I prefer the IPAs and there is a great selection to choose from. They also have a food menu ( not too much choice, but let’s be honest, you only want a pork pie or a burger with a decent beer) I never had any food on this visit, but what was coming out of the kitchen looked excellent. Will definitely visit again with a view to having food… if I can put the beer down long enough! On a final note, the bar persons were friendly and helpful in suggesting beers to drink.

We had a flat white from this branch of the chain and it was a little hot maybe but still a very good cup of coffee. Prices are a bit higher than some other places.

I stopped at Juva U and ordered an American coffee just to rest because I have a broken foot and I walk with a crutch so I sat on the terrace and there the waiter came to my table. Asked to leave aggressively in front of other customers. ..he explains to me that these places are for those who smoke shisha... while there was no one there, 2 tables occupied the rest is completely empty!! so I explained to him that I only wanted to stay 5 minutes because my foot hurt and that if there were customers arriving, I would leave the place immediately... but he didn't want to know anything so he told me refunded! you can’t imagine the humiliation in front of people! I often come to this cafe but frankly there has been a big change since then, this waiter is unpleasant and he has no sense of humanity.

petit magasin de bagels à emporter qui a fait le bonheur de notre séjour londonien. Situé à deux pas de notre hôtel vers Paddington, le Bagel factory propose des bagels excellents, bien servis, pour tous les goûts.

While I had read a few reviews and found a couple of Fish & Chip places close to our hotel, I asked the doorman at our hotel for his opinion. I know that in many cases this is not always the way to go, but we were pleased with our choice. We all had Fish & Chips and while I don't like mushy peas, these were fine - straight up peas. IMHO could have used some butter and seasoning but at least not peas that look more suitable for an infant. Service was great - personable and welcoming.

Esta fue mi primera vez visitando un restaurante mediterráneo oriental, y la experiencia fue absolutamente increíble! La comida era un sólido 10 / 10. Una parte destacada de nuestra visita fue nuestra camarera, una señora marroquí Hajar, que no solo era encantadora, sino que también nos sirvió con una cálida sonrisa, creando un ambiente relajado y acogedor. Sin duda volveré a visitar!

Fuimos a este Starbucks tres días seguidos para el desayuno. Julie fue la más dulce que nos reconoció el segundo día y al tercer día ya sabía mi nombre. Ella estaba tan feliz y nos trajo alegría para comenzar nuestro día de aventura en Londres. Por supuesto, la música Taylor Swift de fondo también ayudó. Gracias Julie.
