Java U in City of London, Westminster

I stopped at Juva U and ordered an American coffee just to rest because I have a broken foot and I walk with a crutch so I sat on the terrace and there the waiter came to my table. Asked to leave aggressively in front of other customers. ..he explains to me that these places are for those who smoke shisha... while there was no one there, 2 tables occupied the rest is completely empty!! so I explained to him that I only wanted to stay 5 minutes because my foot hurt and that if there were customers arriving, I would leave the place immediately... but he didn't want to know anything so he told me refunded! you can’t imagine the humiliation in front of people! I often come to this cafe but frankly there has been a big change since then, this waiter is unpleasant and he has no sense of humanity.

Very nice service with excellent quality Shisha and food. Ashraf is the best host and prepares the Shisha as u wish.

We had breakfast at this place due to an error on my nearby hotel booking. This place was very close to the hotel and i was somewhat surprised at the superb quality of the food, the choice of breakfast available and also the general cleanliness. The food tasted great and my family enjoyed the expereince and we will definitely retrun here for the breakfast. The drinks were adequate, not great. Overall a very nice place.

I ordered english breakfast and it definitely did not worth at all the sausage was terrible the bacon not tasty at all the only thing that we could eat normally was the beans. Not worth the 9.95 that i paid for that breakfast . They definitely need to change ingredients. The service was very good.

I’ve used this cafe many times. The food, drinks and service has always been consistently very good. I was appalled today to find the toilets closed because of Covid. Surely if you’re serving food & drinks you should provide basic facilities?

Good Java is back to business again I missed so much. Today having a nice orange juice.Hoppefully the lock down is over.And we will be able to experience the best cup of coffee in central London.

The best capuccino I have drunk in London !!! Perfect English breakfast ! and blueberry muffin are delicious

Νόστιμο πρωινό, πολλές επιλογές και ωραίο περιβαλλον! Τα ποσέ αυγα, το βέλβετ κεικ κι αλλο ενα γλυκό με στρωσεις κεικ κ κρεμας (δε θυμαμαι το ονομα) ηταν οι αγαπημενες μου επιλογες!

I had a simple cappuccino and lamb kofta baguette (served warm) and they were both excellent. Wish I'd had time to stay for cake. Quick and friendly service

We went in here because the atmosphere was nicer than the Pret and Starbucks around the corner. Friendly team, simple good food - d coffeee.

Today Iam having a lovely cup of coffee with a very tasty croissant. Service is very rapid by the time I paid the coffee was in my table less the 2 minutes. The staff Flora and all her colleagues delivery an excellent service, which make you happy and always want to come back again.
