Have always popped in here for coffee and cake when in london No exceptions this trip so sad to say recent reviews spot on. Lattes were Luke warm at best, service indifferent and prices way off scale for what was on offer. Food uncovered and looking weathered by late lunch Very overpriced Needs a shake up

Lost its touch! Terrible service. Food left out in the open and flies everywhere. Don't be surprised if you're enjoying the tasty cakes and find a fly inside. Service is awful. Staff are rude and not professional at all. They don't retain staff very well. Used to visit a lot and was much better until new management had taken over. I give this place a year until it's shut down. Such a shame when the cakes and food are very tasty! I suggest something is done otherwise this business is a lost cause.

I went to this place for an early morning coffee with a client. The staff were busy displaying cakes and did not serve me although I was sitting down and waiting for 10 mins. I eventually had to ask for a coffee which came quickly and was delicious. Whilst I was waiting for my client to arrive the staff were having a personal conversation complaining about another member of staff, which I found very unprofessional and I was the only one in the coffee shop so they knew I could hear everything. Perhaps the service was bad because it was first thing in the morning and they were busy preparing food! It's a shame as the coffee was great and the place is really cute!

I was looking for cafes that sold cronuts - it was a thing at the time and found this tucked away near Bayswater Road and Marble Arch. My girls and I went there for brunch to try the cronuts - luckily for us, there were still some left! We loved the little sit down area. It has a mismatch of plates which we thought was adorable and it just feels like you're at home. The bakery itself is tiny and really is just a to-go place but if you can, have a sit down and enjoy your baked goods. For those who like little quirky places, this is the type of cafe you'd go to. They do sell sandwiches as well as baked goodies! Indulge in your sweet tooth with Cocomaya, a little sweetness won't hurt.

I went here twice on my recent trip to London. It was tragic for my tastebuds, but opportune for my waistline that I found this place two days before I left the city. I tried the cherry-pistachio bun on my first visit, and the custard-berry brioche on my second time there. Both were out-of-this-world good. And I'm a baker and quite snobby about these things. They weren't overly sweet and sugary, and they were a perfect complement to their delicious coffee. I ordered flat whites both times I went there, and they were perfect. The place is adorable, and there are indoor and outdoor seating options. They give you water with cucumber and berries in it, which is a nice touch. My only complaint is that service is quite slow. If you're not in a rush, it's not a big deal.

Stopped by on a Sunday morning for a half dozen pastry to take to Hyde Park. Each was a bit stale and chewy. None had any crispness or flake. The flavors didn't wow. The store was cute but cramped. Overall, I'll head elsewhere next Sunday.

This little place consists of two spaces, each with a separate entrance. The store, which you must visit to order coffee and pastry, and the eating area, to which your order is delivered. Both are charming. The pastry was excellently made as was the coffee. Sitting in the little white-washed cafe in the London drizzle was a relaxing treat.

Cocomaya is by far my favourite place to have an afternoon tea and cake. They have a delicious selection of cakes, cronuts, cruffins and more! Their teas are very nice too - plenty of options to choose from. My favourite is the rose bud tea, yummy!! Their tea sets and plates are super cute and colourful, they are all mainly Vintage China sets. Would definitely recommend trying this - you will not regret it! In fact, be ready to become addicted!!

We had continental breakfast and liked it so much we went back the next day. Coffee is outstanding. We had museli and granola, soy milk, regular milk, cinnamon bun, fruit brioche, flourless chocolate cake, and another yummy pastry. Communal table where we sat or tables in the tea room available as well as take away. Our only regret is that we couldn't return for another day but we certainly will when next we visit London. Not cheap but worth every pound and pence.

It all looks OK but service is poor and the bar food served is cheap frozen food at prices that should require a far better quality. There are far better options in London

Fui a desayunar. Mucho a mucho. Este lugar no es para mi. Buen café sin embargo.
