What is happening with the Starbucks in Edgware? I was utterly shocked and embarrassed to set up a business meeting in this place. I've never seen this place so dirty, the entrance was filthy there were cups everywhere and the floor needed a good scrub. I had to apologise to my client and explained to him that the Starbucks used to be spotless a few months ago. What happened to the staff? Everyone is new now and so slow with the orders. I won't be going back anytime soon.

Asistí a este Starbucks hoy (justo a la izquierda), y no había calefacción en el café. Explicaron que la calefacción estaba encendida cuando las ventanas estaban al vapor, pero eso se debió obviamente al hecho de que estaban haciendo bebidas calientes toda la mañana. Era como estar sentado en un congelador, y el personal no fue muy útil cuando les llamé la atención. No estoy seguro si están tratando de ahorrar dinero (???), O el hecho de que no podrían molestarse en hacer que los clientes se sientan cómodos en función de la noción de más trabajo requerido. . . Todo lo que sé es que no asistiré a este Starbucks en particular en el invierno (a menos que sea una comida para llevar). Este lugar es como el Tardis al revés; porque ocupa un lugar prominente en la esquina, parece bastante grande desde el exterior; se envuelve alrededor de Edgware Road y la calle lateral. ¡Pero por dentro es diminuto! Creo que hay alternativas mucho mejores en el área, donde se obtiene un poco más de espacio para codos y donde el personal es menos como autómatas. Me decepcionó un poco; no es un lugar donde me gustaría pasar mucho tiempo.

Confusion over drinks order not helped by the fact that you are not even offered a receipt. Once the error came to light (1 drink short) still ended up 1 child with no drink. All this despite we had also ordered food items. Very unacceptable. Never again.

Viagem com crianças e somos vegetarianos. Em qualquer parte do mundo, você sabe o que vai encontrar no Starbucks. Para qualquer hora do dia, era nossa salvador. O atendimento dessa equipe em particular estava fantástico. Em 12 dias, acho que fomos lá tomar café da manhã em 7 oportunidades. Excelente!

I'm only reviewing Starbucks as a warning to Americans because the Starbucks we've tried here in London seem to make drinks much, much stronger than in the US. If it looks like it needs more milk/less coffee or tea, don't hesitate to request it or you will regret it. Also ordered an iced chai latte recently, and it was pretty much straight syrup. I know that sounds like a dream come true to us chai latte lovers, but it was a nightmare. Feet were too sore to go back to have it fixed - put the 8 creamers in our hotel room in it and that helped immensely. Btw we only went to Starbucks for expediency's sake...it's the first quick and easy coffee/breakfast place we walk by every day. Otherwise we try to avoid anything we can get at home.

I'm amazed how friendly and helpful the staff are here. I only visit once a week and I don't get the same person twice, but it's always a pleasure. Other Starbucks I find the staff a bit jaded at times. Thank you !

The food options at this London Starbucks are different than here in Canada and, some people would avoid a chain to get something more "authentic". I recommend Starbucks as they do have a "local" menu with their food choices as well as the standard fare. Convenient when you need a grab n' go for the tube. Always a safe choice.

I stayed in a nearby hotel and just wanted to chill out have some breakfast and have a coffee. This Starbucks is comfortable and had nice staff.

Staff are friendly and very effiencient and I enjoy a hot coffee and have found that not many cafes serve Hot but thankfully Starbucks does . There's always a yummy treat to have with my coffee and another added bonus free wifi
