If you want a nice coffee, don't go there! Price definitely doesn't match the quality! I suggest training the staff before letting them brew the coffees!

In japan there is much more food and drink selection so im comparing it to ones there, which i liked a lot. Although it may be subjective, i remember coffee being better🤔. Interiors were also more appealing. Can't complain about the service

I bought a medium Americano and water at c. 8:15 on 25/6/2024. The male member of staff (Paolo I think his name is) who took my order and name was very professional and pleasant. The female member of staff who made the coffee was very rude. She dumped a cup of coffee down on the counter. Others were waiting before me so how was I to know this was my coffee. When no one went for the coffee, she deigned to say it was an Americano. No smile, no customer service. Why take my name if you can’t be bothered to even say my name? Did she profile me and decide I wasn’t worthy of decent customer service? Why are these types of people with no customer care skills employed? Is Starbucks this desperate? When I worked in the service industry as a student, we were taught better than this.

A plus for the service. The decor of the place is not encouraging. Coffee like everywhere at Starbucks.

Staff like to let homeless people sit inside all day who have not showered for a long time. I think they close earlier and serve less coffees that so they are content to let the situation continue. No management and extremely bad management. Customers spending 10 pounds on a coffee and snack should consider going elsewhere.

A typical Starbucks coffee shop. It is not too big, but spacious enough. It offers service inside, but also has tables outside on the perimeter of the cafe. The restaurant is located in a quiet area and offers a beautiful view. They have a wide variety of tasty products - of which I have tasted. The coffee is ok, and the teas are from the bag. The staff is kind and nice. The place seems to be well maintained, but the tables are not really clean. One thing puzzled me: why does the air conditioner blow cold air when it's winter outside and it's already cold.

We visited this starbuck and order a few drinks and enjoyed hanging out in the cool relaxed atmosphere. Great drinks and views. Excellent service by baristas- Manager Sarah and Barista Rebecca. Definitely recommend a visit here.

1st Starbucks in London in my mission Starbucks around the globe. Always enjoy the different Starbucks everywhere and this shop is nice and clean and same great services as everywhere else.

It's just a typical coffee shop such as any you would expect from this or a similar chain. It serves its purpose but not anything special.

I needed a sweet something snack and stopped just to get an Iced Gingerbread Biscuit. The gentleman that served me was pleasant and friendly. Nice branch. Small with limited seating. My difference between a 4 and a 5 rating was cleanliness. Seating area was not great! Biscuit was nice. Loved the ginger taste but icing was a little too sweet. Good otherwise.

Coffee tastes as always the same. Unfortunately this time 3 stars review as I’ve been approached by homeless people twice during my stay there and I’ve been there just for 30-40 minutes. Staff seemed to not really care about homeless ppl begging for money at the tables.

Bought two croissants at 6.50am today at £2.00 each to take away. Eating now at just gone 9.00am. Both stale, so I imagine I have just paid £4.00 for yesterday's stock. Wouldn't have gone here but needed to be somewhere at 7.00am and this was the only place open. Take my advice - save your money and get two fresh croissants from Sainsbury's for £1.40. Starbucks - such a rip off!

The atmosphere was nice. The staff were okay. They were probably tired by then so it's fine. They weren't rude or anything. I was just waiting at the till for a little longer than usual as a lot of the staff were doing something behind the bar. Although it was just me waiting there. So I wonder why they were busy. Restocking maybe.

A nice relatively quiet branch with indoor and outdoor seating. Drinks are made very well and the customer service is overall pretty good. The toilet is pretty grim which does not surprise me for a central London coffee shop. Open on Sundays which is great!

A reasonable Starbucks with some seating and fairly quick service, but the drink organisation was poor with somebody just putting drinks out without calling out who they were for etc which caused some confusion. Also got my order wrong when I asked for caramel and got a plain coffee...

Really love this Starbucks just around the corner. Staff are amazing. I would highly recommend their oat meal, the best one that I have ever had so far.

Barista was more than pleasant and the place was well air conditioned during the heat wave.

Staff aren't allergy trained. Two different members of staff gave wrong information when I asked about ingredients. First didn't bother to look for info, just answered off the top of his head and then didn't know where to find allergy info, second replied cake had dairy in it because it contains eggs. Eggs aren't dairy. Perhaps not their fault, not been given adequate training.

Good coffee and wraps etc. Restricted choice of savouries and sarnies / wraps / panini but plenty of sweet stuff, eg pastries. Friendly staff.

Good coffee, fast service. On this occasion I ordered ahead via the app, you have to prepay to the app, the plus is you make you coffee as complex as your taste desires (something that would be in my opinion difficult in store) the plus is it saves your perfect blend to order again. From placing the order it is usually ready to collect within 4 to 7 mins 👌🏼

The coffee Starbucks standard, is not my favourite coffee but when is nothing else around is okay. The staff was really nice

Not sure staff here is properly trained. After getting my order wrong several times, I started making online order instead, which seemed to help, though that is a fail now too. Don't think I will come back.

Great starbucks Antonio is an amazing Barista, remembers peoples name and drinks on top of serving fast and offering friendly service.

Lovely friendly staff. Very clean and well presented and superb coffee as you would expect. Only thing that let's it down is the limited selection of products they have, ie cups, bottles etc. Other than that it is a lovely shop.

Great coffee place. It is not busy, as it is a bit hidden, which is great if you want some coffee on the way to some shopping in Oxford street

... we visited this place and were surprised that during the pandemic a bathroom was left dirty, without toilet paper, sanitizer, and disgusting. We didn't enjoy a coffee because of that ...

Fui a lavarme las manos y usar el baño después de hacer el pedido, ya que había completado un largo viaje y quería lavarme las manos de antemano debido a COVID - 19. Me disgustó muchísimo entrar en un baño que estaba sucio y apestaba a orina. De hecho, había un contenedor desbordado, no había papel higiénico, lavado de manos y horario de limpieza. Durante COVID - 19, el gobierno me recomendó tomar medidas adicionales para mantener limpios los entornos y no pude ver esto en esta tienda. Había 3 miembros del personal trabajando y la tienda no estaba ocupada en absoluto. No veía ninguna razón por la que no pudieran mantener esto limpio. Me sentí mal y disgustado por beber un sorbo de mi café. Tuve que caminar 5 minutos por la calle solo para tirar el café antihigiénico y comprarme un café Pret a Manger que estaba limpio y delicioso. Le plantearía este asunto al ayuntamiento de la ciudad de Londres que lleve a cabo una inspección urgente si no recibo una respuesta satisfactoria de Starbucks.

Very nice & comfortable atmosphere!

A well managed and super covid compliant operation, as expected from a mega corporation. the staff here far exceed any and every customer satisfaction requirement. uber cool and friendly, helpful and caring. Double espresso and quick trip to the clean toilets at 8 am sharp. everything in order. great crew and coffee wasn't bad either. shame its a Starbucks but hay ho...!! Kudos on the great staff..

Im back to work this week and thought let me grab coffee via the app before i start seeing patients again. Got my coffee got to work and the small message on the cup really made my day. So to the barista who wrote the note THANK YOU 😇

This place is where coffee tea and many hot drinks come to live. I always like their kenyan taste in the tea and supporting farmers woth more pay for their hard work

I love how they are doing my coffee.Very nice,funny and polite staff even sometimes can be very busy and stressful my coffee is done very quickly. They can have very difficult costumers sometimes but i have noticed how polite and careful are trying to accomplish them.

A spacious setting makes this a good place to have a quick meeting or to get some work done. However, expectedly, the coffee leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, this particular Starbucks could have achieved a 3-star rating, but misses out due to the lacklustre service. Staff are at best monotonous, and at worst unengaging, unenthusiastic and disinterested. For a much better coffee experience, try Harris + Hoole or Workshop Coffee.

As good a Starbucks as anyone I have visited in the US, Canada, UK, or Greece. I went early on a Saturday morning while waiting for my hotel room to be ready. The service was friendly and quick. Similarly to Athens they had oat milk which I have not been able to get in the US or in Canada.

Very cool place. The furnishing is different from other Starbucks restaurants and the internet is really good too. The staff is friendly and you can usually find space on Weekends. Bathrooms are pretty clean but could be cleaned a bit more often. Overall it is a good Starbucks experience.
